• SJ (10/5): - The balcony was a huge seller for me. The view was amazing to watch the sun set and rise and also watch the storm roll across the sea! The beds were so comfy! The only thing I would say was the balcony was right below where the seagulls land so it was abit dirty but that couldn't be helped. Would still come back regardless!

• Andrea (10/5): Fantastic views - I booked the flat based on the pictures online especially of the view. It did not disappoint, the view is amazing, you can see the whole bay and the castle. Seeing the sunrise over the sea is out of this world! The flat is very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The beds were very comfy, the flat was very clean when we arrived. There are lots of little touches that just make this accommodation extra special...eggs, milk & bread were provided on arrival along with sachets of coffee, tea & sugar. There was ample amounts of kitchen towel & toilet rolls...just little things but they're the things that we appreciate as it makes our stay so much simpler not having to immediately go to the shop or bring them along. The communication by the owner before & during our stay was excellent. They provided step by step messages & videos on how to check in as you have to collect the key from further up the road. A parking permit for parking on the street is provided and there were plenty of spaces while we were there. There are lots of stairs up to the flat but its worth it for the views from the balcony.
• Melanie (10/5): Excellent apartment will definitely be staying again - The only snag was collecting the keys from a different address, although it was on the same street, when there was a key safe box on the wall next to the door.
• Amy (9/5): - Apartment was very clean and well-equipped - Had everything we could have wanted and host very responsive to questions that arose. Three flights of stairs felt like a long way up at times but absolutely worth it for the wonderful view!

• Tomlinson (8/5): Lovely Penthouse apartment with fantastic views - The fantastic views from the apartment and the really nice interior facilities and telescope provided, lovely comfortable modern bedrooms good standard of decoration and modern up to date bathroom and kitchen, including tea bags and other sundries provided for use by visitors and a selection of games as well. Trying to get the Pdf file open, which was sent by the host with the details of how to get the key's and code to get into the apartment on arrival Having to take out the rubbish from the apartment and try to find the correct bin for it

• Tina (10/5): The best view of North Bay there is. - This was my third visit to this flat and it never disappoints(see previous reviews). It was my daughters first stay and she loved it. The panoramic view of the whole North Bay from the balcony has to be seen to be fully appreciated. Sitting there with a brew in the morning is my happy place, I look forward to it so much. My next stay is in September and I'm already counting the days. Danyal is the most helpful of hosts, any questions or queries he is always on hand and responds immediately. A special note has to go to the cleaner as this flat is meticulously clean. I am particularly fussy but I defy anyone to find a single speck of dust in the place. Skirting boards, window frames, everything is spotless.
• Jane (10/5): Penthouse - Amazing apartment. Lots of room, very airy and light. Spectacular views from the small balcony. Extremely comfortable beds. Exceptionally clean. Bathroom lovely and clean. Well equipped kitchen/ bathroom with hand-wash and lovely little extras. Great position to walk to either north or south bays. We went to open air theatre, which was approx 10 min walk away. An exceptional find. Would definitely go back.

The apartment is very well equipped, everything you could ask for… even milk , eggs & bread left for you. Cupboards are full of useful cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper. There is plenty of tea, coffee & sugar! We didn’t want for anything! Even a fan in the room for the hot nights! The PDF of instructions to enter the building was fabulous! So detailed… even a short video. We will definitely be back x thank you 🙏 The stairs! But what do you expect for the penthouse 🤣
• Shaun (10/5): Scarborough Penthouse Flat - Superb. We stayed over the Easter Bank Holiday. Flat was spotless, lovely decor and the little extras were a pleasant surprise. Communication was excellent, we were made to feel that our stay was important to the owner and they wanted it to be perfect for us. View is fantastic, the location is lovely and the amenities are all a short walk away. Would highly reccomend this property to anyone visiting Scarborough, 2 couples stayed and both loved it.

• Marie (10/5): Absolutely fantastic stay in a top quality apartment - This was a beautiful, amazing apartment. Very well thought out in the terms of facilities. Everything you needed was there. Absolutely spotless, Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds, excellent furnishings, everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The views over North Bay are stunning. It isn’t often that the pictures shown in advertisements are accurate. But in this case, they were. The lovely little touches made it a fabulous place to stay. Added bonus of Milk already in the fridge, along with the bread, butter, jam, eggs, condiments, tea, coffee & sugar. The owner has really thought of everything. So 10/10 from us. The Reliable Wifi was brilliant. We went as a couple, just to get away for some quality time together. This apartment really hit the correct spot for us. It was so easy to isolate Nothing, unless you count the stairs to get up to the apartment. But it was so worth it. 😂

Very recommended. - The flat was excellent, nicely furnished, clean and was stocked with tea, coffee, milk, bread and eggs, which were welcome after a long drive. Instructions were clear and precise. Right on the coast with a sea view, it is an excellent place for a holiday. 4th floor location with no lift. No main bin to deposit rubbish on leaving.

The flat was very spacious and provided amenities for everything that I needed to have a fun and enjoyable stay. A very modern complex, perfect for 1 - 4 people.

Ok the balcony isn't very big however enough to open the doors and enjoy the view. Made very welcome from the start with good communication, would definitely go back again one day. Only negative is the stairs if mobility is an issue

• Tina (10/5): Relaxed solo break in a stunning location. - Everything, the view from the balcony is astounding, this is my second stay in this flat and I have my next already booked. It is spotlessly clean, the beds are super comfy and has everything you need for a relaxing break.
• Tina (10/5): Will never stay anywhere else on North Bay, this place is perfect. - This flat is absolutely perfect. It is immaculately clean, beautifully presented, has super comfortable beds and a view I believe may be the best in the whole of North bay. The location gives you quite a central view of the whole bay and the balcony is absolutely amazing. The telescope and binoculars are a particularly nice touch to watch the ships and wildlife in the distance. On entering the flat the glass light in the hallway with skylight above creates a beautiful rainbow effect in the hallway. You then immediately enter the living room and are staggered by the immediate sight of a panoramic view of the bay. I have been visiting Scarborough for the last 3 years and don.t think I will ever stay anywhere else, I have already booked my next stay. The 4 flights of stairs can be a bit of a pain after a long day walking but I personally feel the views are worth it.
• Steve (10/5): Great location, parking permit covered, clean, very well equipped great place to stay - What a fantastic place to stay, with a seamless experience from the start to the finish. Amazing host ( Daniel) and everything is covered once inside the apartment. Beautiful view and cannot fault. This is not a place for physically disabled as it is on the top floor but Penthouse does tell you this so it is horses for courses in a building where you would not expect a lift
• Katherine (10/5): The best accommodation in Scarborough - The apartment owner had thought of everything. This included board games, a telescope and some handy foods such as bread and milk. We couldn't believe how stunning the sea view was when we walked in. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and all the rooms were beautifully decorated. The penthouse exceeded our expectations and we'd definitely book again. Nothing. It was faultless.
