Anna (1/5): Disapointing about the personal and attitude. The guest should be respected and treated friendly. Also for that price, t - Central First day no hot water, property answering poorly to my messages, and not solving the hot water problem. Accusing me that i invented the problem. The phone number on booking is not available and the person responding on WhatsApp was taking a lot of time. Tried to book a late checkout, not for free, but there was absolutely not even a hint of openness with me. At least to make up the no hot water day problem.
