Tive que esperar 2 horas pra fazer o chequim, não me pediram foto de documentos e nem número de documentos quando fiz a reserva, solicitaram depois e como é eu estava impossibilitado de enviar. Ficou pendente imagino que porisso ocorreu todo o transtorno. Eu só recebi a senha da porta do apartamento e o número do apartamento após as 20 horas depois que fiquei ligando pra meia mundo. Minha esposa estava cansada e chegou a entrar em desespero achando que não ia dar certo. Cheguei até a procurar outra acomodação na hora mesmo correndo o risco de perder o dinheiro que já tinha pago a vocês.
