Magnifique vue sur mer Je remercie personnellement la réceptionnistes qui parlait parfaitement le français. Le « réfrigérateur » n’en était pas un. Un climatiseur ds la chambre aurait été un plus.

Las almohadas tenían poco relleno.. No nos entraba ni el agua en las cenas con media pensión, las bebidas se pagaban a parte.

Felix (7/5): - Strandnah, Sauber, schöne Anlage. Keine gute Qualität bei Frühstück und Abendessen, wenig Abwechslung, und der Speiseraum war laut, und nicht sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Man findet schon was zu essen, aber vieles ist auch kalt. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer direkt am Pool, an dem den ganzen Tag Musik läuft. Wir hatten direkt beim Check-In gefragt, ob es möglich wäre zu tauschen, darauf wurde nicht eingegangen. Die Musik startet ab 10 Uhr morgens, und läuft bis 23 Uhr. Ein Mitarbeiter hatte an einem Tag bereits um 7:15 sehr laut Musik angemacht - sodass meine Partnerin und ich nicht mehr schlafen konnten.

We once attended a socials game evening, was quite fun with a large variety of games to play. We got upgraded to a bungalow instead of a 2 person room. This did not really feel like an upgrade, but rather a "now this is worth our money." There was a lot of dust in the closet and hair on the sofa, the cleaning lady cleaned it well after we told her this. There is an open shower without courtains where the whole bathroom floor gets wet when you shower. The Kitchen was rather small and not for tall people.

Janire (9/5): - Destacaría la atención del personal y la calidad de la comida. Merece mucho la pena la media pensión. La piscina no es muy grande pero es bonita y está muy limpia. El entorno es agradable y está cerca de Morro Jable o Costa Calma. También hay actividades de animación muy divertidas y profesionales. En el bar de la piscina hay pocas opciones de consumo, estaría bien ampliar la marca de las cervezas.

MARCO (5/5): Si può fare di più per migliorare, anche con poco. - La posizione, la cordialità del personale in generale, possibilità di parcheggio anche vicino l'alloggio. Letti con materassi sfondati, quindi molto scomodi, sopratutto se si hanno problemi alla schiena, riassetto del letto molto grossolano, per nulla curato. Presenza di muffa nel materasso del divano letto, oltre ad essere deteriorato e scomodo. Muffa anche nei mobili dell'angolo cottura, come si vede nelle foto allegate. Colazione e cena con poca scelta, spesso ripetitiva, magari si potrebbe poter scegliere le marmellate con almeno 3 gusti, invece di obbligare ad un unico gusto (fragola) per tutto il periodo. Il pane lo trovi fresco e buono al mattino ma solo se non arrivi troppo tardi. Fuori dall'hotel manca completamente l'illuminazione, ma questo non è colpo della struttura, ma a chi gestisce politicamente questa zona. Per me è la seconda volta in questo hotel, la prima volta era andata meglio, questa è stata deludente.

Pérez (7/5): Un lugar increíble con un personal de lujo pendiente de una actualización de instalaciones - El personal era fantástico y en especial un chico de animación que creaba muy buen ambiente. Las instalaciones merecen un poco de renovación tanto en habitaciones como en zonas de ocio, la zona de espectáculos y donde realizan las actividades tras la cena. La carretera de acceso al hotel estaba en mal estado y no estaba el hotel indicado en ningún cartel.

Martin (9/5): - Skvělé přivítání na recepci od sl. Teresa. Sive malý ale vyhřívaný bazén. Velmi turisticky klidná destinace Hezký přístup k oceánu přes mírné skaliska. Jídla chutná, byť byl výběr menší, ale našel jsem vše co jsem chěl. Konec února a nebylo plno, teploty nadprůměrně příjemné, dovolená se vydařila.

El personal muy atento y amable, incluso nos sorprendió que en los días ahí alojados mi pareja cumplió años y nos dejaron un detalle como felicitación (aunque no habíamos dicho nada al respecto). El entretenimiento está bastante bien también. Que está un poco alejado y que el complejo, pese a ser bastante grande, no tiene aparcamiento. Fuimos en fechas de baja ocupación y ya era complicado buscar aparcamiento en la zona, imagino que en alta ocupación hay que dejar el coche por ahí tirado como puedas…
Rebecca (9/5): Posto magico - Struttura bellissima, dotata di tutto quello di cui avete bisogno. Intorno non c'è praticamente nulla ma forse il bello è proprio questo, è un posto magico. C'è un bar, la piscina, la spiaggia vicinissima, un parcheggio e campi da tennis/bocce più la palestra. Il cibo è molto buono e le camere super spaziose. Anche lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile. L'arredo della camera e soprattutto il bagno è un po' datato ma comunque è molto carina. Domenica non mi hanno pulito la camera, non so se perché fosse un giorno festivo o per dimenticanza, comunque nulla di grave. Unica pecca... Il minimarket è chiuso momentaneamente e il più vicino è a 15 Min di macchina. Se fate la mezza pensione non avete compresa nemmeno l'acqua, ho dovuto pagarla tutte le sere. Questo forse sarebbe da rivedere

Cucina ottima e abbondante sia a colazione che a cena con la possibilità di testare cucine di paesi differenti. DePaul (8/5): Correcto calidad precio, pero limpieza un - El gimnasio y la piscina. La gente del catering y la simpatía. El personal de limpieza no reemplazaba el vaso del baño, sino que lo enjuagaba y lo volvía a colocar. Además, no se utilizaba la aspiradora, lo que resultaba en una acumulación de arena de playa. En ocasiones, solo disponíamos de una o dos toallas, aparentemente en función del criterio del personal de limpieza. Si te toca lejos de la zona de la playa... estarás a oscuras en el jardín o terraza.

Y la habitación que nos tocó era un témpano de hielo no le daba el sol en ningún momento jajajajaj casi nos congelamos

Et lorsque j’ai réservé sur Booking la chambre avait un fenêtre et vue sur la mer, or nous étions en sous- sol sans fenêtre ! C’est Booking qui semble responsable du manque de clarté !
Izabela (8/5): - Miły personel, bar w którym można napić się drinka czy pograć w bilard, dostępny basen lekko podgrzewany, zadbany i ogrodzony teren hotelu, dostępny duży parking oraz blisko do oceanu (bardziej widokowo) Na minus lokalizacja - hotel dla miłośników ciszy i natury, ale wszędzie potrzebne jest auto nawet jeśli chodzi o posiłki poza hotelem. Słabe śniadania codziennie to samo mocno postawowe, nie mieliśmy innych posiłków w hotelu więc nie wiem jak lunch czy obiad- jest dostępna taka opcja.

Dominique (8/5): Wunderbares Hotel für eine Woche Fuerteventura. - Lage, Pool, großes geräumiges Zimmer mit Kühlschrank. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Essen könnte hier und da von der Qualität besser sein. Vieles war sehr fettig. Fleisch teilweise sehr zäh.
Alexander (8/5): Quiet small Hotel on a surfers Beach away from the crowds in a beautiful setting - Good reasonable breakfast variety, slightly changing dinner options that were quite tasty. Exceptional staff always helpful and buzzing around, friendly! Missing the old Sports Programm from Playitas, but I think they are working on a new system and facilities. Gym ist still great! Tennis available, some yoga/stretching which is pretty good! Sauna/Jacuzzi not open, yet but amazing massage therapist on location!

Karin (5/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Das Personal war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Statt unseres gebuchten Comfortzimmers wurde ein Upgrade auf ein Appartement im letzten Winkel der Anlage angeboten, das furchtbar war - abgewohnt, mit abgeschlagenen Fliesen und Möbeln, schimmelige Vorhänge und ein Schlafzimmer, in dem ich nicht einmal meine Kleidung geben möchte und schon gar nicht darin schlafen. Nach heftiger Beschwerde wurde uns ein besseres Zimmer angeboten, obwohl uns bei der Ankunft gesagt wurde, dass kein Zimmer frei wäre. Das Essen war nicht sehr geschmackvoll und leider auch wenig abwechslungsreich. Entsetzt waren wir auch, als wir die Kanalisationsrohre am Strand entdeckten, unmittelbar unterhalb der Hotelanlage. Scheinbar wird das Abwasser ins Meer entsorgt!

TV was in the living/kitchen area where the sofa bed was however the sofa was broken (unable to use it extended) . Cleaners will only come in toake the bed , floor not mopped/swiped daily. Old towels, not changed over our stay Was no washing up liquid to clean our coffee cups No air conditioning , I was a bit cold. Over the summer wil be a problem without the AC

MiraMedespacio (7/5): - El emplazamiento y la amabilidad de todos los empleados. El bungalow, anticuado. Una bañera alta, sin barra para apoyarse al "saltar" , con el toallero muy separado, peligrosa para quien tenga limitación de movimiento. Alguna pelusa en el armario. La llave oxidada no abría bien y tuvo que venir un empleado de mantenimiento. El desayuno buffet, mucha cantidad y variedad pero poca calidad. Croissant duro como una piedra. El sitio es espectacular y el exterior está bien cuidado, plantas, caminos, etc. Sin embargo el bungalow que me tocó requiere una renovación y mejor equipamiento.
William (4/5): Dreadful food, patchy service, poor town - Some of the staff were very professional and sincere in their communicative, generous attitude. The price of the accommodation was also reasonably good, the nearby coastal front provided some breathtaking scenery and the pool was a lovely warm temperature. However, the resident cats were the real star of the show! It was very unreasonable and daft not to provide washing up liquid, tea towels or dish cloths – I mean, the accommodation features self-catering facilities! One particular member of staff (young chap with dark hair, a tattoo and a piercing) was also surly, mean-faced and unfriendly, letting the staff team down. But worst of all was the absolutely terrible food. The Mexican themed night featured not only random food that wasn’t Mexican but moreover featured foul tasting, bland dishes that had no imaginative flair or skill whatsoever. It was also mean to charge extra for wine or beer (one glass would have been good). I also have to add how rubbish La Pared is: the road surfaces are appalling and there are hardly any facilities there at all, and it is also rather cut off from other towns.
