• Kim (9/5): - Great caravan, in a great park. Great facilities for all ages. The caravan position was great close to everything but not so close to disrupt sleep. Close to some lovely beaches. Wants to stay longer but sadly had to return home for work monday.
• Lynn (10/5): Very helpful hosts and great communication - It was very comfortable and so clean. A good size and well equipped. Would be nice to have the outside deck like some of the other properties but appreciate that is expensive to do.
• ledger (10/5): Great weekend away - Caravan was lovely and even had some essentials to use which was a great extra that we didn't expect, location is great close to major retailers and clacton beach and the site was great too also host was quick to respond to any messages 😀 One toilet a bit small but there was a bigger one so didn't really matter and only one plug in bedrooms but most caravans are like that

• Petter (10/5): - Very clean, everything we needed, even dvds for all the family to watch. We were just dissapointed we was only using it for sleeping purposes would of been nice to stay longer! just need to take your own towels and food. Thankyou very much for a comfortable stay x

• Kerry (8/5): The only negative was the security on the door wanting to charge £20 admission on the night to play bingo! - Well equipped.clean , a good caravan for a dog friendly break. Could be better sign posted by the camp.

• Pattison (10/5): Exceptional - The only area for improvement is perhaps clearer directions to the caravan, once on site. Other than that, it was an excellent and perfect stay for our needs. Thank you!
• Louise (7/5): Good - Good location We didn't use the park facilities because these are an extra £19 per person for 3 nights. The on-site bar is also really expensive. The bedrooms are small which is standard for this type of caravan.
• V (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious and homey. Wifi worked well and the written guide was really useful and informative, great idea. Would book here again.

• Elaine (10/5): Exceptional - I didnt actually stay here...I booked it for my son and daughter in law....I did however visit them...the caravan was brilliant...lovely and clean...lots of games..dvds..wi fi etc for the grandchildren...the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need....bedrooms were lovely...linen was spotless...couldn't fault any of it... just a short walk to amenities....

• Emma (10/5): Lovely caravan. Will book here again - Caravan was lovely, spacious and was well equipped. In a good location with Tescos nearby. Passes for entertainment and swimming were expensive (£26.95 per person) as didn't take into account the number of days you were there.
