• İlayda (3/5): - The apartment is in a good location and the interior is decorated in a cosy, welcoming way. However, our overall experience was unfortunately marred by significant communication and maintenance issues. Despite informing the host of our late arrival well in advance, they failed to notify security or respond to our messages when we tried to reach them an hour before check-in. The host did not reply until the following morning. We were very nearly left on the street; the only reason we were able to enter was that the security guard luckily recognized the host’s profile picture and eventually handed over the keys. Furthermore, while the listing includes a pool and balcony, both were completely out of order due to major construction on the building that we were not informed about beforehand. In addition to losing those amenities, we were woken up by loud construction noise at 7:30 AM every single morning. Finally, while the apartment looks nice at first glance, the materials and appliances are quite low-quality. The fridge made strange, loud noises throughout the night that disturbed our sleep, and the bathroom fixtures felt very cheap, giving the space an unpleasant and unkept feel. It is a shame, as the location and aesthetic are lovely, but the lack of transparency and the check-in stress made this a disappointing stay.

• Glenn (8/5): Ik heb een plezierige verblijf gehad, alleen viel het tegen om normaal te koken de pannen waren heel slecht. Wat ik leuk - De accommodatie was perfect, het meest wat aan de accommodatie beviel was de beveiliging. Voor mensen die een longprobleem hebben en zonder vervoer is het een ramp om bij de accommodatie te bereiken , de weg loopt omhoog en is niet vlak.

• Danie (7/5): Had a nice weekend stay in Greenpoint, not the best rest with fridge making noise at night: - Perfect location, The bathroom need to be renovated, not good water pressure in shower, no plugs next to bed to charge phone, fridge in room makes a noise.

• Ignacio Andres (10/5): Buen Departamento, buen precio, estacionamiento, ideal para salir caminando a lugares turisticos. - Departamento muy acogedor, y muy buen precio para la ubicación, muy cerca de varios puntos turísticos que fácilmente puedes llegar entre 15 a 30 min caminando, el departamento tiene de todo, muy cómodo, me gusto que se podía cocinar y ocupar el horno eléctrico, además es muy espacioso, también tiene piscina y estacionamiento. nada impecable
• JADEN (10/5): - The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with an iron, ironing board, and a full-length mirror to check your look before heading out. The bed was comfortable, the cupboards provided plenty of storage, and the spacious shower was a great bonus. Overall, our stay was wonderful.
