Cala noc uprawiał głośny seks, nad ranem jego kolega wszedł mi do pokoju, bo pomylił pokoje. pełno robactwa, wszystko się klei i śmierdzi. Nigdy nie rezerwujcie tego miejsca.

• Mut.M (2/5): Last die Finger davon. Die Bilder auf der Seite entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit! Vorsicht - Die Lage ist das einzige was schön da war. Voll zugemühlter Eingang, das hat uns schon sehr skeptisch gemacht. So wie das der Anbieter bis zum Schluss nicht auf die Nachrichten reagiert hat und die Hausnummer nicht mitgeteilt hat, die Zeit gezögert. Erst um 14:46 Uhr nach mehreren anrufen uns mitgeteilt mit dem Hinweis dass um 15:00 Uhr Check-in ist. Die Unterkunft was sehr ungepflegt, schön von außen Matratzen, überall Flaschen, Mülltüten, einfach dreckig, sah nach etwas vorher feucht gewischt, was zusätzlich nach moderich roch, mit einigen weiteren unangenehmen Gerüchen dazu. Der hektische, Lauter, unfreundlicher Gastgeber war ungeduldig, er ist beschimpfend auf uns zu gegangen bei Bemerkung wie es da aussieht und hat uns gebeten, laut im Ton aus der Unterkunft zu gehen. Was wir auch sofort machten. Die Unterhaltung war uns mit ihm nicht gelungen. Wir sind auf weitere Taxi kostet sitzen gebleiben und mussten uns andere Unterkunft suchen. Booking wurde darüber sofort telefonisch informiert und gebeten die Unterkunft zu prüfen. Laut Administration von Booking hat der Anbieter auf Anrufe nicht reagiert, so dass es zur keiner Klärung kommen konnte.
• john (4/5): not clear that this is the owners residence - location accomodation was a mess. The owner lives there and this should be made obvious on the listing. Place reeked of cigarettes as owner and friend openly smoking during check in. Check in lasted over an hour whilst owner took a shower. However the owner was very pleasant towards me. I stayed one night and went elsewhere, couldnt be a*sed getting into any dispute so lost out on 5 nights.
• Nathalie (1/5): A dénoncer, honteux !!!! - L emplacement, le quartier La terrasse vue océan L hôte et son agressivité/un fou, le bazar, la saleté, les squatters la nuit et le bruit, chambre qui ne se ferme pas, la weed et alcool, sentiment d insécurité, se retrouver enfermée sur la terrasse, frigo partagé, pas de bouilloire micro ondes crad, draps mouillés le 1er soir, vue sur une terrasse dépotoir, pas le doit de parler ou poser une question, communication impossible, pas de papier toilette, vieilles serviettes, pas de produits toilette ni équipements décrits, pas accueillant plutôt repulsant, pas accès à l eau potable bidons de 5l, cendriers sales partout, vaisselle sale qui traîne, mauvaises odeurs, du linge qui sèche,partout , pas de coin repas propre, pas d intimité, musique imposée, service navette voiture encrassés et conduite dangereuse, ........ne pas pouvoir dormir et ou me reposer après un voyage difficile épuisant, subir le stress de l hôte (sauts d humeur et l impression de déranger) Me sentir arnaquée et en danger Les photos, y en a trop de toutes preuves

• Christoph (1/5): - Die Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Nähe zum Meer. Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Zwar hatte das Zimmer ein eigenes Bad, jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit im gesamten Apartment stark zu wünschen übrig. Der Gastgeber wirkte sehr unordentlich, und sowohl die Küche als auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche waren insgesamt ziemlich dreckig und ungepflegt. Ein weiteres großes Problem war der starke Geruch in der Wohnung. Es hat dauerhaft nach Zigarettenrauch und teilweise auch sehr intensiv nach Chlor gerochen, was sehr unangenehm war. In der ersten Nacht kam der Gastgeber gegen 23 Uhr mit mehreren Freunden zurück, und sie haben bis etwa 4 Uhr morgens lautstark gefeiert. An Schlaf war dadurch kaum zu denken. Auch im Badezimmer gab es Dinge, die sehr unpassend wirkten – im Badezimmerschrank lag zum Beispiel ein Klistiergerät, was einen eher befremdlichen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt leider sehr unangenehm, vor allem wegen der mangelnden Sauberkeit, des starken Geruchs und der nächtlichen Lautstärke.

• Pintori (1/5): Lestofante - Niente Il proprietario della casa (perché è una casa non una struttura) non si è presentato ,abbiamo solo avuto un cotato telefonico dove ci diceva che lui stava a lavoro e non poteva venire ad aprire casa sua prima di 5 ore lasciandoci cosi in strada dalle 13 alle 18 al che abbiamo deciso di cercare un'altra sistemazione cosi perdendo il denaro versato di 120 euro . Una sistemazione e una personana da evitare un delinquente italiano (non che nostro connazionale) . Non mi capacito che un soggetto del genere possa proporre ancora soggiorni su booking

• Yassine (8/5): Un lit pour 30€ dans une chambre individuelle pendant que pour le même prix on dort à 15 dans un dortoir - Rapport qualité prix incroyable, hôte très accueillant et respectant le privé, 30€ pour dormir une nuit dans un lit plutôt contortable à un endroit desservit par bus donc pas isolé, très proche de la mer, parfait pour dormir près de l’aéroport pour la dernière nuit

When i called the owner he said he was in Sicily and couldn’t receive me. After calling booking.com 7 times and after they asked the owner of the accomodation to confirm i didn’t stay there, but he is not responding. He is not responding to my messages and calls. • Kevin (1/5): Disrespectful and unprofessional host - We booked a room for one night (€76). Once there around 10:30 p.m. because of bus delays, no way to access it independently. When we finally managed to reach the host, he was at a "meeting", asked us to wait outside for 30 minutes and especially not to call him again before cutting off all contact. It's disrespectful and unprofessional. So we left extremely tired in search of another accommodation, thus losing the money invested for nothing. We do not recommend this host!

Am Tag der Anreise zur Adresse gefahren leider war nur ein Straße und keine Hausnummer hinterlegt. Naja versucht anzurufen keiner nimmt ab Kontakt über booking wurde komplett ignoriert stornieren geht nur ohne Rückerstattung selbst der boooking Support sagt nur sie leiten es an Vermieter weiter(guter Witz er reagiert ja nicht.) in der Straße gibt es noch eine Vermietung aber die haben mit der Anzeige nichts zu tun. Abzocke ? Hoffe das booking sich kulant zeigt und das Geld erstattet

• Noëlle (3/5): I do not recommend this place. - I arrived later than expected. I kept the owner updated throughout the journey. Initially, I said I’d arrive between 17:00 and 18:00, but it ended up being 19:00. That’s annoying, I know, but what happened next was—to put it mildly—a bit over the top. Giorgo was furious—yelling, throwing things, and threatening to cancel my stay—while I stood there in shock. Then, he suddenly switched to being overly nice, asking why I looked "like that." I told him it was because he had just yelled at me like a crazy person. He later apologized for his behavior, explained that tourists "ruin his life," and offered a trip to Montana Roja and a free ride to the airport, which, I suppose, was a nice gesture. I initially agreed, but later that night, he came home very late, probably drunk, and was extremely noisy. The noise continued the next morning at 6 am. As a result, I couldn’t sleep, so I skipped the walk and made my way to the airport on my own. He clearly has serious anger issues and lacks self-control. I think future guests should be made aware of this. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews beforehand, which led to a rather exhausting last night before a long journey home.
• Yuliia (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great, really close to the beach, but there weren’t any nice cafes or anything fun nearby. The house was dirty, with the smell of cigarettes everywhere. The bathroom doors didn’t close, and the bedding wasn’t clean. The host just left an uncovered duvet for us, which was half-wet and smelled of bleach, obviously trying to clean something from the previous guests. We ended up sleeping in our sleeping bags on the bed. The weirdest place we've ever stayed.
• Macarena (1/5): Bad - First off, it’s not clear from the description that it’s actually a room within a house, shared with the owner. The owner did not provide check-in information in advance and did not offer enough flexibility about arrival times. When I arrived in the property, he smelled of alcohol and was raising his voice because “it was too windy and I had to be careful with the door”. The kitchen area was very untidy and it was overall not clean. The only semi-decent area was the room itself, but I did not feel safe staying there as a solo female. I left the place as soon as I got there. I wish I had known all of this before wasting over 120 euros for two nights there…
