• Robert (10/5): Family friendly, great location and great accommodation. - Amazing location, clean. We had our 3 children with us and was perfect. Only issue was no dryer but we knew this before hand.

• Nichole (8/5): Charming apartment in a perfect location - The location is phenomenal. I used to live in San Frediano area, but I wanted my family to be close to the sites…as well as being in a nice area with shops and restaurants in close walking distance- so Santo Spirito was perfect. The apartment itself is so charming, the decor and set up were perfect for our family of 4 and a 1 year old child. The staff were attentive to our needs and available quickly when we messaged them. None of the air conditioners were working properly, they were all reading error codes. We messaged the property about this and they sent a repair man. But it didnt seem to get any better after he was there, and the error codes were still on the units. The apartment is above a very busy restaurant and bar, so leaving the windows open late at night meant a lot of noise. If you are a light sleeper, and need a cooler apartment- this might not be the right choice for you. In late September, the temperature outside was perfect to leave the windows open, and during the day we did…but then there was a bad mosquito problem happening. We all got a lot of bites during our stay, so it would have been nice to have some screens on the window shutters or some of those mosquito plug ins that repeal the bugs. These things would not deter me from staying at the apartment again though, as I loved the location. My family members that had the 1 year old child said they didnt think they would want to stay again unless the air conditioners were working properly. They would have preferred windows closed so that the baby wasnt getting bit by mosquitos, and less noise. Last comment on the property, we liked that it had a washing machine but there were no instructions on how to actually use it or the dryer functions. That could be a nice feature, as we had to google directions multiples times since we were not familiar with that type of washing system.

• Jérôme (8/5): En dépit de divers problèmes, séjour très agréable. - L'emplacement est très central. La cuisine est très bien équipée, en vaisselle et en ustensiles et appareils. Le salon et son canapé sont confortables. L'appartement dans son ensemble est agréable, les deux principales chambres spacieuses. Il est propre. L'aide ne se fait que par texto, alors que nous avons eu besoin d'aide à plusieurs reprises (eau chaude, électricité, connexion WiFi, gaz, machine à laver). C'est bien dommage. Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur la réservation, nous n'avons pas été accueillis, ce qui aurait tout changé. Je recommande cet appartement, sous réserve d'un accueil physique indispensable. Les piles des télécommandes étaient à moitié HS. Un des lits était en partie cassé. L'une des douches n'est absolument pas accessible à une personne de forte corpulence.

• Angel (9/5): Great location - We were warmly greeted on arrival by a friendly and personable host who provided plenty of helpful information about both the apartment and the local area. The apartment itself was spacious, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, just steps from Ponte Vecchio, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful spot. A perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

• Leigh (9/5): Great location in a lively neighborhood, within a short walk to all Florence sites. - Our family loved the location of this apartment. Plenty of dining and shopping options just outside the door. The host provided a list of restaurants and nearby attractions for our 3 days in Florence; and gave us some great tips when we met him at the apartment to check in. We arrived before check-in time, and the apartment was still being cleaned, but we left our bags and set out to explore. The accommodations were clean and worked well for our family of five. The small bedroom didn’t have AC, but there is a fan in the closet we used in that room. We did one load of laundry and the washing machine wouldn’t drain so we had to set up the drying rack in the kitchen for sopping wet clothes.

Massimo had many great tips for our stay and what to avoid and not to. The furniture in the sitting area could be a little more updated - and maybe additional pillows on the bed as they were quite flat and not super supportive.

• Jl (9/5): Charming apartment in a fun neighborhood - This is a spacious and well kept apartment in a vibrant neighorhood. There great restaurants, shops, and places for appertif literally right outside the door. We had to force ourselves to venture beyond our immediate surroundings. The local host was very flexible and accomodating with our schedule. He met us early so we could drop off our bags. The place had been cleaned so we were able to complete the check in process ahead of schedule. The showers are tiny, but this is not unusual for places we stayed. The washing machine and air conditioning controls are confusing; get a tutorial when you check in. There no dryer; also not unusual.
• Jan (8/5): We loved staying here and, if available, will book again when we return to Florence. - Very spacious and clean. Location is phenomenal with coffee shops, shopping and restaurants near by. Just a few minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio. This area is my favorite to stay in all of Florence. Very comfortable beds and nice bedding. There is no lift and so walking up the 2 flights of stairs with very heavy luggage was difficult. The street it is on is very lively and loud until about midnight. That was fine for us because we stay up that late anyway. After midnight, it was very quiet.
• Hans-walter (9/5): Spacious flat in the heart of Florence - Great location, vibrant area but relatively quiet, very spacious rooms, kitchen is well equipped, 2 really big beds, plus a small one. In short, all quite luxurious! We would not hesitate to come back. Minor problems: bathroom was a bit smelly, no proper dining table, not desk. We got 2 sets of keys, but with one of the keys for the main entrance of the building the door could not be opened smoothly

The heater was working well when we were there in March. The water pressure was great the decoration pleasant and authentic. The mattress in our bed has gotten slightly old. Would be time to get a new one or a topper.

• Steve (8/5): Excellent location, helpful and great communication from Niccolo and staff. - It was very central, decent size and well stocked kitchen, towels, linen, etc. Can be noisy at night, but you’ll get that in a central location. It didn’t really affect our sleep after the first night.
