• Albert (3/5): Sasiad to nieporozumienie. - Lokalizacja Pobyt byłby naprawdę okej, gdyby nie sąsiad, który ewidentnie miał problem o wszystko. W poniedziałek i wtorek około 20-21 zadzwonił na policję tylko dlatego, że normalnie rozmawialiśmy w pokoju. Nie było żadnej imprezy ani muzyki na full. Bardzo nieprzyjemna sytuacja i przez to ciężko było się czuć swobodnie podczas pobytu.
• AmrFathy (7/5): Good for short stay - Clean and comfortable for families Nois are almost everywhere because of the ground floor. In warm weather staff needs to get notified to close the heating system, otherwise it turns very hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥

• Giulia Lorisa (7/5): - Super good location! The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for a big group, and there were plenty of bed sheets and towels available for everyone. Customer service was also very helpful and responsive. The toilet was very old and quite loud. The heater was also difficult to deal with because we were not able to control the temperature ourselves. Another issue was the noise monitoring system. We were a group of girls simply talking together in the evening — we didn’t have music playing and were not being loud. Despite that, I kept receiving messages and phone calls around 10:30 pm saying we were making too much noise. At one point the police were even came. However, when they arrived, we were so quiet that they couldn’t even identify where the supposed noise was coming from. A friend of ours actually ran into them outside by coincidence while she was arriving. Overall, the experience made us feel like we had very little privacy, as if we were constantly being monitored or listened to. We were if that’s even allowed 👀😅
• Dirk (8/5): Mitten in HH. Unkomplizierter Check-Inn. - Toller, unkomplizierter Check-Inn. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig spätabends wegen Schneestau auf der Strecke nach Dänemark gebucht und hatten einen reibungslosen und angenehmen Zwischenstopp mit 5 Personen. Mitten in Hamburg. Empfehlenswert!

• Karl (7/5): - Das Bad ist zu klein. Das Reservierungssystem für die Kaution ist das allerletze. Man wird wöchentlich erneut aufgefordert die Kreditkartendaten zu hinterlegen. Bei Anfragen bekommt man einen Standard-Text als Antwort. Erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage per Email konnte geklärt werden, dass die wöchengliche Erneuerung der Kreditkartendaten überflüssig ist. Es hat soooo henervt!

• Alla (9/5): Квартира большая и очень удобная. Посудомоечная машина нас очень выручала - Хороший район, рядом магазины и общественный транспорт. Я была удивлена, т к для доступа к жилью мне необходимо было доплатить 150 евро, и эта сумма не была указана в объявлении. Надеюсь мне эти деньги вернут на карту
