Reshma (10/5): Fabulous hotel with fantastic staff - Breakfast was very good.Views were great and the staff and cleanliness were fantastic. A big shout out to Daniel, Bernard, Adrian Andrea, Violarosa, Diego, Jose and Iveta....all amazing and the list could go on. We will revisit!!! Heard two seperate individuals say they were returning and the hotel only opened March 2025.

Louise (9/5): A delightful stay in this beautiful hotel with staff who can’t do enough for their guests. - The hotel is beautifully designed with large comfortable spacious rooms. The staff are delightful and so helpful. The food is delicious and the breakfast is absolutely superb! The piped music around the hotel is rather irritating outside the rooms. I had some noisy neighbours but the staff dealt with it so well and were so helpful.

Monica (9/5): Wunderbar in (fast) allen Belangen - Die Architektur ist sehr modern und stimmig. Sie Gartenbeete sind sehr geschmackvoll arrangiert. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer lässt keine Weitere Wünsche offen. Genauso wie das Frühstück, dass wirklich alles bietet, was das Herz begehrt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals (und auch ihre Professionalität ) in allen Bereichen ist wirklich beeindruckend. Das Hotel als solches lässt keine Wünsche frei. Obwohl man vom Zimmer aus einen schönen Ausblick hat, ist das Hotel (in dieser Gegend Teneriffas nicht anders zu erwarten) umgeben von kleineren Strassen (am Pool liegend hört man immer wieder Motorenlärm) und doch recht weit weg vom Meer. Das Essen im Restaurant Bonfire war ok, ich hätte mir aber für den Preis definitiv mehr erwartet. Es dürfte einfallsreicher und auch schmackhafter sein.

Внимание персонала особо впечатлило, очень приветливые, каждый день оставляли в номере вкусняшки и шампанское. В мой день рождения так же принесли тортик, всё было супер замечательно. Мы вернемся, обязательно.

Malcolm (10/5): Simply fabulous - Fabulous resort, modern, uncluttered & fastidiously clean. The staff were excellent & knowledgeable as you'd expect from a 5 star resort. We had a villa which was superbly appointed and worth the cost. Facilities are excellent. The resort is a 5 minute taxi from the local town of La Caleta. An easy stroll in the morning but a fairly steep walk back given the terrain. Nothing to say.

Josephine (9/5): Superb. We will be back! - Swim in swim out pool from the bedroom was fabulous. Perfect for getting a swim in before breakfast! Quality of breakfast was excellent. Seasonally fresh and varied. All staff were very friendly, polite and engaging. Access to taxis exceptionally efficient.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the room service. When we called, it took about an hour for someone to arrive with the menu, and we were told that since we were staying on the fourth floor, it takes them longer to come up. Unfortunately, this was quite disappointing compared to the otherwise excellent experience. Overall, a wonderful stay, but the room service definitely needs improvement.

Jennifer (9/5): Our day was fabulous. Would highly recommend! - The property was gorgeous. The staff were wonderful. We stayed in a two bedroom panoramic suite and it was lovely. There was really nothing I didn’t like about the property. The only thing I would like more is if they had another restaurant on site.

The pool area is so relaxing and beautiful. The service was excellent. The room was huge and so clean. The Guerlain Imperial scented toiletries made me feel like royalty. The room was well appointed. We had a nice large balcony with views of the water in the distance. It was especially beautiful at night with the lights twinkling in the distance. There wasn't parking available, but David was nice enough to wait until there was street parking available and parked our car for us. We had to leave early in the morning, so we missed breakfast, but they packed us a huge picnic breakfast to take to the airport with us. Excellent dinner at the restaurant. I wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel.

There was limited choice unless you like Fish or Beef, and what we did order was not cooked at all well in our opinion. The fish was covered in oil and the beef was undercooked. We would liked to have seen a bit more variety on the main course menu.

marjorie (9/5): Magnifique séjour - Merci infiniment aux personnelles de l'établissement (réception/ restauration / femme de chambre/ bagagiste et conciergerie) qui ont été aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour et réactif sur toutes nos demandes. La jolie attention du gâteau d'anniversaire déposée avec soins dans notre suite sans avoir rien demandé à été très apprécié. L'établissement est beau / propre / lumineux et très agréable avec de beaux matériaux. De même pour la location de voiture, nous sommes passés par l'hôtel qui à su nous faciliter la tâche.

Personnel sympathique. hôtel calme et épuré. la chambre 320 est près d’une route ou beaucoup de voitures passent … ça m’a gâché les moments de calme de la journée. il aurait été appréciable d’avoir des petites attentions( gâteaux, fleurs, eaux, petit mot) en arrivant dans la chambre. on dirait que c’est un appart pour une location qui n’a pas été occupé depuis longtemps. c’est tout bête mais ça peut tout changer.

oscar cristo (10/5): Paraíso en el paraíso de Tenerife - Me ha gustado todo la verdad ! Es un lugar que toda la excelencia ! El lugar es mágico !!! La zona de la piscina tiene unas vistas espectaculares y se está súper tranquilo , una maravilla con hamacas y tumbonas súper cómodas y toallas a tu merced . Del personal nada más no se puede pedir , se ven a la gente alegre y muy pendientes ayudarte o a servirte , nos hemos sentido súper cómodos y sin falta de nada . Al personal le damos un 10 sobre todo a Jose M y a Ismael en la pisicina . Super atentos y simpáticos . Las habitaciones son muy lujosas , camas cómodas y almohadas perfectas que yo suelo tener mala elección con eso …. Pero sin problemas….. la ducha y la bañera con suficiente caudal y agua caliente …. En las habitaciones tiene dunas vistas increíbles y aunque con mi hija nos tocó una habitación alta los planta bajas tienen su pisicima a 2 m de la terraza … nada recomendable 100x100 y le damos la excelencia Se nos quedaba que tienen un lugar para niños con unos cuidadores lo las de simpáticos y comprometidos con su trabajo , gracias chicos . Nada me gustó todo .

Luxe, geen blingbling, quality of life. - Eigentijdse, praktische kamers, handig ingericht, superbed, degelijke verzorgingsproducten, fijn terras... alles is er. Het ontbijt is werkelijk grandioos... heerlijk. Het zwembad en de staf die ervoor zorgt dat je werkelijk niets tekort komt en dat alles constant piccobello en proper is. Dat geldt trouwens voor de hele staf! Open en hartelijke mensen. Massage in de wellness was prima, de fitness redelijk goed geëquipeerd, niet groot, maar handig Overal een prachtig zicht op zee. Rustige medegasten. Heel weinig, maar als ik écht kritisch mag zijn dan vond ik de openingsuren van de wellness te beperkt (enkel woe-zond en vaak nog niet de hele dag), sauna extra te betalen is jammer en het geluid van de airco-installatie storend als de raam van onze kamer openstond

Samantha (10/5): Wonderful modern location to stay and enjoy the best of Tenerife. Great team and breakfast. - The awesome room, modern and spacious with lovely sea views. Breakfast was great - massive amount of options. The team are so helpful and friendly at breakfast and at the pool in particular. Really lovely concierge team - super helpful. The spa is closed for 2 days per week and the team here are not always as great as the rest of the team. You have to book and pay for the sauna -£20 per person (free with a massage). The shuttle only operates from 6pm. The app is really poor and unintuitive, and you need to make most of your bookings through the app.

Gianluca (7/5): Style without the substance required at this level. - The hotel makes an excellent first impression. The architecture is pretty good, and the concierge team is clearly well trained. Breakfast team also great. Unfortunately, the overall service does not yet justify the positioning or the rate. The property’s hardware is ahead of its operating model. Dinner service was uneven and poorly coordinated. While staff were friendly, friendliness alone cannot replace attentiveness, judgment and accountability. The physical property is ahead of the operating culture. With stronger leadership and a sharper focus on detail, this could become a very good hotel. At its current price point, it is not there yet.

Restaurant Bonfire is ook een aanrader. De presentatie in restaurant Crater was subliem. Valet parking is geweldig georganiseerd. Het menu in Crater. Meer dan schitterend voor het oog. Maar ons inziens teveel geitenproducten. Te dominant aanwezig. Thema was dan ook alles van eiland La Palma.

Les attentions du personnel sont appréciables mais trop intrusives. Le personnel sonne pour offrir des chocolats ou des serviettes fraiches alors que nous ne souhaitons pas être dérangés. Il est difficile de distinguer ce qui est offert et ce qui ne l'est pas : certaines attentions sont déposées dans la chambre mais finalement sont payantes.

Matthew (10/5): Relaxing - Loved everything. It’s a brand new hotel and the staff are great. We had a 2 bed villa with pool and it was great to just relax and it be quiet. The pool area was great too. Bonfire is also a lovely restaurant. Obviously this depends on the weather but as the hotel is about half a mile inland you can be affected more by cloud from the mountains but that’s the only thing. Still tons of sun though!!

Brynhildur S Bjornsdotti (10/5): Top quality hotel besides a golf course! - Hef ferðast oft til Adeje strandarinnar og þetta hótel er á hæsta standard sem ég hef upplifað á Tenerife eyjunni. Fallega staðsett við hliðin á glæsilegum golfvelli. Flott hönnun á hótelinu, matur, drykkir, herbergin og rúmin. Þjónustan frábær. Munum absolút koma aftur! Ekkert sem mér líkaði ekki. En ágætt að fólk viti að hótelið er ekki í göngufæri við mikið af veitingastöðum og annarri þjónustu. Þarft að vera á bíl.
