Расположение апартаментов отличное, на параллельной улице - камера хранения багажа (кстати, на верхнем этаже этого здания классная обзорная площадка), 5 мин. до пл.Каталонии. Рядом супермаркеты, магазины, кафе и ресторанчики. Метро недалеко. Квартира просторная, уютная, кухня полностью оборудована, 2 ванные комнаты, 3 спальни и гостиная для общих ужинов. Все продумано, очень чисто. Прелестные балкончики для утреннего кофе. Легкий доступ к жилью. И огромное спасибо владельцам за раннее поселение! Так как мы в Барселоне были не раз, но останавливались в отелях, то этот опыт проживания в апартаментах был очень позитивным. Отдых удался! нет претензий

• Widya Huzana (9/5): Comfy and welcoming - Location is great with easy access to aerobus and metro rides. Large apartment for a family of 6 with 2 bathroom is a plus. Staff (Marlena) were very helpful and quick to response even though it was a holiday season.

• Eliza (7/5): - location was great, and easy to find. super central with cute balconies overlooking the street. super spacious apartment to fit the group of us. only minor issues were the hot water (this ran out very quickly), the water seemed to escape the shower easily and wet the floor in the bathroom (timber type). the kitchen could have done with some coffee pods to go with the machine and also some laundry detergent (as travelers dont typically carry this).
• Katarzyna (9/5): Great location, comfortable stay, and charming city vibes - Super clear check-in and check-out instructions, and great communication with the host. The location is excellent for getting to know Barcelona (super view from the small balcony; Casa Batlló seen a million times :)), which means it’s not quiet, but the sounds of city life didn’t bother us - in fact, we enjoyed them and had no problems sleeping. Metro and bus stops are very close, and we explored a lot on foot from here. The capsule coffee machine might not seem like a big deal, but it’s a game-changer; capsules can be bought at a nearby store. Beds are comfortable, and the sheets and towels are white and clean. The showers have hot water, and the water pressure is fine. The property does, of course, show some signs of use, but that’s hardly surprising - we would happily stay here again ourselves. The biggest discomfort for us was what someone else has already mentioned - the wooden shower doors, which remain damp, swell, and have a slight musty smell. From a distance they look fine, but they’re not the best solution. As a temporary 'minimum fix', at least an absorbent cloth would be useful to wipe them and the floor after use (the mop wasn’t very convenient).

• Lindy (7/5): Fabulous stay and would highly recommend to family and friends if the above items were taken care of. - The location was exceptional within walking distance to a lot of popular tourist attractions. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants, retail shops, Metro, bus lines, taxi ranks all at your doorstep. Lack of wardrobe or chest of drawers for clothing in two of the three bedrooms. You could get by on a weekend stay but not for a 10 night stay as we did. The shower door situation is just weird and dysfunctional. It’s a wooden door with wood framing that’s taking on water and with that the woods is distending and getting water logged and growing mold.
• Jiun (4/5): 숙소는 좋지만, 오래 지낼 시 고려사항 있음 - 위치가 메인 거리와 가까워 좋았음. 깨끗한 숙소 하루 넘게 지낼 경우 수건을 직접 빨아서 건조대에 널어둬 건조하고 써야 함.4일 연속으로 지낼 바엔 하루 단위로 체크인을 4번 하기를 권하는 걸까.

• Gizem (8/5): I would absolutely advise this place everyone who wants to be at the heart of Barcelona - The location was perfect, and I really liked the house. The furniture, design, and ambiance were amazing. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have breakfast every morning at the café downstairs. I couldn’t reach the helpline when we couldn’t open the door. But fortunately, someone arrived at the apartment, and we were able to get in.

• Gradinar (7/5): Good - Location is very central, apartment was very clean and spacious One of the showers (the smaller one) was draining water very slowly, so even when taking a short shower water started to run overboard. There was a lot of noise from outside day and night due to construction and generally the street noise. Normal check in is after 17:00 which is very late, we were allowed to check in at 15:00.

• Majed (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The hosts even provided some games and books for kids, which kept my children entertained. The location is absolutely amazing, making it easy to explore the city center and local attractions. The beds are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment.
