• Sofia (6/5): Boa localização em prédio amigável mas quarto um pouco velho - Boa localização e prédio limpo e amigável. Cozinha bem equipada de utensílios As cortinas não tapavam a claridade, não havia toalhas/panos na cozinha nem microondas. A cama era um pouco desconfortável e a fechadura da porta não era muito fiável

The host was unresponsive to some questions, the matress was lumpy very uncomfortable, we stayed 3nights with two big towels and two small towels, no microwave or coffee machine, but they do have complete utensils.

• Dante (1/5): Terribile experience - Nothing. The automatic check in process is very complicated and definitely not customer friendly. Moreover I had a noisy boiler into the room and I slept ver badly.

• Nataliya (9/5): Overall a great place in a good location with helpful staff. - It is a very roomy apartment with nice decor. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was pretty comfortable too and the staff was responsive. Make sure to watch instruction video on how to operate the lock, if you’ve never dealt with these types of locks before. There overhead light did not function, so I had to search through the dark place to find a source of light when I arrived.
• Nataliia (4/5): It wasn’t pleasant experience. - Nice location Apartment is old and not cozy. Bed was not comfortable as a pillows. Manager wasn’t helpful and it was difficult to find apartments without host, it wasn’t coordinations about Wi-Fi.
• Tina (1/5): Moldy old apartment with no heat - This property was moldy, didn’t have heat or hot water when I arrived. I contacted the property and Booking.com after the first night of my booking. I ended up leaving to stay at another place. I had the hardest time getting a refund. I had to issue a fraud through my credit card. I won’t be using Booking.com again.
• Alex (9/5): In between old and new city - Great location, walking distance to most sightseeing places. Very unique decor. Thank you for second set of keys! We couldn’t plug in electric teakettle in kitchen outlet and had to use one in living room.
• Anna (10/5): Perfect stay to explore Milan and get some rest in this comfortable, well-located apartment. - It is a very spacious apartment that is right by the city center. The two bathrooms (each with a shower and a toilet) were very convenient. The operators of the apartment answered quickly and were very helpful!
• Chloe (10/5): Great! Just the issue with the lift. - So beautiful and traditional...the lady who gave us the keys was a bit grumpy lol, but we had a beautiful stay- would stay here again. At the end, you have to leave the keys on the fireplace mantle peice which means that you can't use the lift to take your luggage (you need the lift key in order to use lift) so we had to lug our really heavy suitcase all the way down 4 or more flights of stairs, and I had a bad back, so if you're a not very strong lady like myself, you'd struggle alone, or say if you're a wheelchair user - that's a no go, or have issues walking or god forbid young children! I think something needs to be sorted out here!
