• Gemma (10/5): Very easy and great communication as it was short notice lovely location nice and quiet very child friendly - Clean and tidy everything you needed was there The shower head was taped on where it had broke previous could do with a new one but apart from that it was fine

• Benn (10/5): A lovely stay - Sandy was exceptionally helpful and the caravan had a comfy homely feeling, it was well stocked with all the bits we needed, also it was very warm in there and very quiet The only negative wasn't anything to do with the accommodation but the children's entertainment seemed poor compared to parkdeans 2 biggest rivals

• Alam (9/5): Great value for money - Great heating system. Water mixture tap which was difficult to adjust. Simple replace with easy mixture tap would solve the issue. Shower hose not suitable for kids better to have hand shower along with over head shower. There was little smell coming from toilet that could be easy fix.

• Robert (8/5): Provides a perfect base to stay pictures ars representative of the caravan and if asked I would recommend this as a plac - Great value for money, quiet location and everything I needed for my stay. Great shower pressure If I were to be picky the kitchen cupboards need to be sorted so only the good pots and pans are kept.The board under the sofa could do with being secured as it did slip a few times onto the pull out bed. None of these things would stop me from booking again

• Amika (10/5): Was excellent and excited - The location is great you have access to a lot of shops and things for the kids. Nothing really.
• Amy (10/5): Lovely, clean, comfy, peaceful caravan with plenty to do and easy to get around. Really happy with our stay! Thank you : - It was lovely and peaceful next to the duck pond. The kiddies loved seeing the ducks in the morning. I was fine for 2 days but had I been staying longer then the lack of data signal would have driven me mad. Obviously not really a ‘property’ issue, but it was only the thing I could think of.

• Lorenzo (5/5): Great location - Perfect location for Skegness and the beaches around, and an round clean site The outside decking with the seating area and pond was really lovely! The caravan was in need of some TLC cob webs here and there and the crockery was all needing a clean before use (considering you pay £40 cleaning fee you would expect it to be clean) and the sofa was broken so if we stayed longer that would have been an issue
• Vita (10/5): Great place to stay, lovely host. - Lovely,clean and cosy caravan, has everything you may need, good location and excellent host with great communication.Safety gate for children very helpful considering,then caravan is near pond. Highly recommend. We had a lovely stay 🏖️ Nothing that I didn't like, just for anyone who may use the swimming pool,book tickets at the reception in advance, It's pricey about £18 per adult or child. Works well for a long stay i guess. Swimming is just indoors and gets really hot when it's a heat wave. i could recommend the Embassy swimming pool in Skegness only 9 min drive, it has indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor pool was pretty warm and has a shallow bit for young children

• Tracy (9/5): Beautiful, homely cottage style caravan. - An exceptionally clean and comfortable caravan with a nice view of a pond. The only minor thing, there wasn't a hairdryer.

Also lovely family in the caravan just to the left of us . We had a great weekend and hope to return in the near future. N/A
