Pauline (10/5): Amazing Victorian apartment in a super location with sea view - Beautifully decorated, and really spacious flat. Well equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches with a clothes steamer and hairdryer. The bed was really comfortable as well. The location is bang on with a sea view from the lounge and close to shops, pubs, restaurants and an easy walk along the promenade to Hastings Nothing everything was fab.

The location is outstanding,only a minute from the Sea,with peaceful surroundings and a lovely Sea view from the window. The atmosphere felt refined yet homely-warm ,quiet and perfectly comfortable with premium bedding. I had a truly relaxing stay and will be delighted to return again. The flat doesnt have internet,but it was actually a pleasant break - I used my phone data and enjoyed some quiet time away from constant scrolling and news. Highly recommended for those who appreciate comfort and style.

From the moment I arrived, every detail reflected care and hospitality — from the welcoming biscuits and chocolates , tea and coffee. The apartment is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and wonderfully warm and comfortable. Located in a quiet, safe street with free parking nearby, it offers both peace and convenience. Just a minute’s walk from the sea, the area is full of charming cafés and a local artists’ coffeehouse that adds a special creative touch. The spacious interior, high ceilings, and luxurious bathroom made my stay exceptionally pleasant. A perfect retreat by the coast — elegant, relaxing, and unforgettable.
Owen (8/5): An enjoyable retreat! - Spacious living area and excellent kitchen facilities - a short walk from St Leonard's town centre, the sea front, and 'Heist' the brilliant food market! Also handily placed to catch the train, or to stroll to Hastings! Sofa was a little uncomfortable for a 'lazy' afternoon in front of the movies. No internet access means you have to be imaginative in finding a connection for the TV if you want to watch Netflix/Prime etc. but regular channels work well. It is a long way up several flights of stairs - so pack light and be lucky enough to get a spot close by!
