The biggest issue is their dishonest booking process. Even after booking in advance, they tried to increase the rate when I arrived. They cancel confirmed bookings just to demand more money from customers, which is total cheating. On top of that, the staff is very rude, non-cooperative, and behaved badly when we raised these concerns. Save your money and stay somewhere else where they actually respect their guests. • Mathieu (6/5): - Very close from the airport. Hotel is clean and the staff is great. AC works perfectly. Only one thing, during the night you can hear a lot of animal’s farm very close from your room like chickens and goose so just be prepare to sleep a few hours because they are very noisy.

The service of the staff was really good They misguided the location it was actually 5 -6 min drive to the airport. They have advertised 5 minutes to airport. We have to book a cab to reach airport.

Hotel rooms are maintained clean .. Their rude behaviour.. collecting payment before entering the hotel . and no restaurant..
• Victor (6/5): Good place to stay if you have an early flight - very close to the airport and one of the workers (the owner?) took us to the airport (was not a free ride but fair) - we woke up early to the sound of chickens So if you need to get up early to the airport it is fine but not if you plan to rest... - it is away from town so only one restaurant was open for dinner which was good

• Brian (7/5): Good location for airport - Close to the airport and room was clean and plenty roomy enough for overnight stay with a table and chairs. When we arrived the person on reception seemed not to be expecting us and had to call someone and it took a while before he found our booking. He did not seem to speak any english. I booked a taxi to the airport which was pretty expensive at IR500 (for India) given the airport was indeed 5 mins drive away.

All the staff were courteous polite and friendly. A really good room with breakfast and tea coffee facilties air con and TV. A very relaxing stay and a good place to rest whilst doing the sights of Kerala.

• Karen (1/5): Dishonest Manager!!!! - Clean and comfortable bed. A lot!!! Unfortunately the attitude of the ( I presume the manager) completely overshadowed any good. Upon arrival at midnight after a couple of flights, we were told that we didn’t have a booking even though I had the confirmation from months ago. As the room price was now double on booking.com he decided to lie in order to get us to pay more. In fact he initially tried to get us to pay even more than the advertised price, until my husband checked. As it was midnight we had no choice but to accept. The included breakfast was a joke. In the room it clearly states that you have European choices, yet when we arrived to eat we were shown an Indian breakfast. When asked about the other options we were told we could have 1 hard boiled egg each and shown cold hard toast that looked like it was made yesterday. To summarise… we have been travelling Asia for nearly 4 months and have never come across such blatantly disgusting behaviour from a hotel staff member. Certainly not the way to encourage foreigners to stay here.

The hotel itself is comfortable, and there are excellent restaurants nearby. A convenient and pleasant place to stay.

It was late at night but still they delivered the items. The hotel manager was very helpful and helped in arranging a taxi for site seeing. Rooms are spacious with good air conditioning. No lunch or dinner available as the kitchen has still not started. There was no refrigerator in the room. The buffet breakfast had very limited options.
