Guest Reviews
- scott (9/5): Very nice and homely caravan - The property had a very good location very clean and tidy and very spacious Small downside no Wi-Fi in the caravan but my young daughter had to learn new ways to occupy herself on an evening so no big problem
- Michelle (6/5): We still enjoyed it - It was central You had to book everything you couldn’t just decide and turn up, the caravan was very dusty and smelly
- Moira (9/5): - Loved the caravan, it was clean an very comfortable and really very quiet which is what I needed. Have to say the food wasn't good. It came out cold the first night I was there. Breakfast wasn't to bad in truth but the evening meal I had with a friend who came to visit wasn't good at all. We had lasagne chips and coleslaw. The lasagne wasn't nice at all, the chips were cold and the coleslaw was partly black around the edges of the cabbage. We did say to the young lad that came to collect the plates when he asked if everything was OK for us. After we said no not really and explained a little we were just told I'm sorry about that an that was it. The meal cost us just over £52 with a drink. Very disappointed.
- Mark (10/5): Excellent - Caravan was homely and clean and in perfect location Couldn't fault it
- David (8/5): - The caravan was spotless and clean Nothing to do with the caravan but the passes the cost us £80 for 3 nights wasn't value for money in my opinion
- David (9/5): Walk Tall. - The accommodation was excellant , and it was near to all the facilities. There was no WiFi , and no safe access to the beach !
- Elaine (3/5): Elaine n Clives trip - Sadly the caravan wasn't very clean drainer ,fridge bedding un ironed ,mould in shower .We couldn't get TV on for durations. I contacted the main site owner through this site had no reply!
Thankfully we didn't have children .
Very disappointed will not stay at the van again .
Overall site was perfect for us we will return but stay in a different van . The van TV not working..for durations not very clean and aired bedding not great ,
- Michelle (8/5): Very good - The caravan was lovely and the thoughtful touches were fab Tv signal was none existent and phone signal weak ...not the hosts fault tho
- Amanda (9/5): Comfy place, great on-site entertainment, and a stones throw from good times! - The directions to this property were entirely incorrect (go right after the Skipsea Sands sign, not left), but after we found it (following a lovely call with the landlord) it was a good a caravan with almost everything you could really ask for.
We needed an emergency vet as it happened - great place called Aldgate up in Bridlington saved our dog’s life. After that, we enjoyed all that Brid had to offer, followed by Skirlington Market on the Sunday - 100000% recommend!!! I didn’t read the fine print, and forgot to bring towels. My bad though, tbf. Not much tp, and the Nisa shop closes at 6pm, so had to make a run to Hornsea for basics. Not a big deal at all.
- Hunter (7/5): Average - The caravan was a good size and surprisingly spacious WiFi poor phone signal poor there could of been more entertainment in the caravan ie dvd player with a few dvds
- Nicola (8/5): We had a great time, very enjoyable. - Caravan very spacious and had all kitchen equipment you would need, could do with a wooden chopping board though.
Location was great for getting out and about to visit other places. We paid for entertainment passes but found there are additional charges for some activities. Also having to queue up at 9:30 in a morning to book a swimming slot was a bit of a nuisance, need to get to the Showbar early to get a seat.
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Caroline (8/5): Great place for under 10 year olds - The caravan was very clean, the entertainment passes were good value for money. Unlimited swimming and access to entertainment
Entertainment aimed at I would say, suitable up to 8-9 after this you leave for the adults. We paid for passes to include unlimited swimming.
We stayed over Easter where there was an Easter pool party at an additional cost of £7.50 per person for 30 minutes. £30 later we found it was basically a 30 minute swim with some inflatables and music. Felt pretty ripped off.
The steam room wasn't working
- Gwen (9/5): Superb - static was spacious and comfortable with good amenities
- Hilary (8/5): Very good - Caravan was good for a last minute, 2 night break.
- Reith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rosie (10/5): Lovely short stay, was nice to find somewhere to explore and fun to do with having a February birthday often is boring w - The caravan was clean, warm and a great size, it had everything needed, pots pans etc couple board games, the host was kind, easy to contact and accommodating
