• Marcus (1/5): Decepción: dueño gana por dos, huésped pierde por dos - No coincidió lo expresado en la información con nuestras expectativas. Que no aceptaran nuestra cancelación avisada al llegar al lugar: el ingreso era completamente por escaleras,no inclusivo, estaba húmedo tanto el ambiente como las toallas ennegrecidas. Muy frío. todo desde la entrada sucia hasta el pasillo, la cocina , el baño y la habitación. Olía mal, la limpieza y el mantenimiento eran lamentables. Aún así, lo peor fue la falta de reconocimiento del dueño ante la petición de cancelación. No se solidarizó ante la imposibilidad de uso de una persona mayor ( aclarado desde la contratación adelantada). No nos devolvieron el pago total que abonamos pese a que NO USAMOS NADA porque no pudimos acceder con mi madre de 75 an̈os, y que revendieron un día obteniendo doble ganancia, además de haber obtenido nuestro dinero con mucha antelación. Dejamos la llave e inmediatamente al corroborar el estado del lugar tuvimos que buscar otro hotel espontáneamente. Al no devolvernos el pago incurrimos en muy elevados e impensados gastos. Actitud deshonesta por parte del dueño que obtuvo completamente su ganancia e injusta ante la falta de intermediación que avale nuestro planteo.Todo para el dueño, nada para el huésped, ni siquiera en un punto medio de ganancia- pérdida. Jamás nos ocurrió en tantos años de negocar con Booking. Solicitamos AYUDA PRONTA.

• Kreica (8/5): Lovely affordable accommodation - central and quiet - The location is excellent — very quiet and conveniently close to the Vaporetto stop. I really appreciated the communication; any questions were answered almost immediately. I had no issues at all during my stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone travelling on a budget. I liked everything overall. The place is a little run-down, but it was very, very clean. I would have preferred to know in advance that the bathrooms and showers were located in the corridor. That said, I honestly enjoyed my stay.

• Antanas (7/5): If you plan to just sleep in Venice and don’t care about fancy place to stay this is perfect choice for you. - So I will go straight. I think you could only enjoy this apartment if you take canal view room. It is big, it had own toilet and shower cabin (although it is not fixed so you feel scared standing inside when it moves on its tiny legs). This was room we were staying in. Location and view from is exactly what you see in photos (amazing). But this is the only advantage. We were staying for one night only and we felt pretty good after whole day of walking. No sounds from canal could wake us. If you don’t care much about overall condition of the apartment this is perfect choice for you to spend couple nights and enjoy view and Venice vibes. - owner was helpful and checking process was smooth and clean - own toilet and shower cabin - amazing view - no outsize noise except from boats - excellent location These are real things but if you need to stay here just to spend nights or evenings it should not really matter (again, I speak only for canal view room): - very poor condition of rooms and furniture - cleaning could be better

The room spacious and we had access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. This was a bonus given we were three adults using one bathroom in our room. We were within walking distance to the train and very close to any spots on the island! Excellent location. Communication was clear with the host. Difficult to answer! The canal was outside our window. It was a bit noisy at night but we booked knowing that. The lapping of the water made up for any noise. The bathroom water was run by a pump. The sound wasn’t what we expected. Once we figured out the water system all was fine.

• Lucy (8/5): Would stay again! - Such a great position with view! We had a lovely view of the water and boats outside our multiple windows. The room was very large and myself and my teens enjoyed the space in our downtime between exploring . A water bus station taking up or down the river was just outside the appartment! Staff were very accomodating and allowed us to store our bags safely while waiting for our check in later in the day. Super close to the train station to leave the islands as well a lovely park for a bit of greenery and sanctuary. Of course being next to the water came with the sounds of the outside world. Was a little disturbing for our one night there but probably would have been more used to it if we stayed longer :). Plus, we chose to keep the windows adjar for night air. Could have had a few more things to use in the kitchen to prepare any foods between eating out if thats the plan for your family, but otherwise no problem.

Tuve que llegar una hora mas tarde para hacer el chek in y resulta que estaba cancelado por llegar tarde. Si me avisaron que había que pagar una penalización y ese no era el problema, lo iba a pagar llegando porque no pude hacer una transferencia internacional, pero al llegar no había nadie para atenderme y solo tenia un mensaje que estaba cancelado mi chek in. después de escribir a mi anfitrión se arreglo mas tarde y pague los 25 euros y me entregaron las llaves, pero se siente uno muy mal llegar con tu familia a las 9 de la noche y que no puedas entrar y que no este nadie para atenderte en el momento.

Really nice location. We made the booking last minute but had no issues with checking in. The staff was very nice helpful and friendly. Spacious room and clean bathroom (shared). The bed was comfy.
• Federica (1/5): Ideale per chi vuole mettere alla prova il proprio sistema immunitario. - L’unica cosa é la posizione. Tutto. Ho soggiornato in questo ostello con l’illusione di aver prenotato una sistemazione economica; in realtà ho scoperto di aver preso parte a un’esperienza immersiva nel concetto di “abbandono urbano”. La pulizia è un tema trattato con grande creatività: probabilmente qui si segue una filosofia minimalista, eliminando direttamente l’idea stessa di igiene. I bagni, in particolare, meritano una menzione speciale: polvere ovunque, superfici che raccontano storie di ospiti passati e un generale senso di degrado che nemmeno il tempo sembra voler disturbare. Abbiamo addirittura dovuto comprare prodotti per la pulizia perchè il livello di sporcizia era veramente altissimo (nota bene: non sono abituata ad andare in hotel di lusso ANZI) La struttura nel complesso appare vissuta… molto vissuta. Diciamo che più che un ostello sembra un set perfetto per un documentario sul decadimento architettonico nonostante la struttura abbia potenzialità ENORMI. In compenso, se cercate un posto che vi faccia rivalutare profondamente qualsiasi altro alloggio futuro, questo è assolutamente imbattibile.

Struttura datata, problemi con il self check-in perché non funzionante, bagno in comune poco organizzato e con tanti prodotti già usati ed ancora in doccia, ma soprattutto non é ammissibile che il personale non parli in italiano.

Communal fridge, microwave and kettle to use. Only one coffee mug in the kitchen. Limited cutlery and crockery, no tea or coffee supplies.We did have our own and used the kitchen kettle. No tea towels in the kitchen or paper towel in the toilet. Bed was uncomfortable, had sunken in the places where people sleep. No underlay on the mattress.

Die zweite Decke war nicht frisch bezogen und roch nach Vormieter, die die wir hatten hatte ein großes Loch. Der Boden war schmutzig. Es wurde ein teilweiser Refund mit booking.com erfolgreich durchgeführt.

• Marie (5/5): Une fois, pas deux. - Les photos donnaient vraiment envie, mais c'était des photos. Ce logement est terriblement bruyant. Vu que les parties communes, larges, sont vides, le bruit résonne et quand en plus, les voisins n'ont pas de savoir vivre. La salle de bains partagée est une chose, mais les toilettes y sont aussi. C'est très problématique dans un appartement de 5 chambres, dont certaines avec 3 lits. Par ailleurs, le tapis de bain n'a pas été changé du lundi au vendredi. La douche est encombrée de vieilles bouteilles de shampooing ou de gel douche, mais cela n'est rien à côté du tartre. Il y a vraiment un gros problème de ménage. Je n'ai jamais eu accès à la cuisine, ne serait-ce que pour remplir ma gourde d'eau. Dans la chambre les branchements électriques n'avaient rien de rassurant

• Friederike (4/5): Nicht noch mal - Die lage ist wirklich super Das Gemeinschaftsbad was ekelhaft versifft. Ich habe den Gastgeber mit Fotos darauf hingewiesen. Dann wurde etwas oberflächlich gereinigt. Immerhin. Danach sah es nicht wesentlich besser aus. Alles wirkt gammelig, kaputt, uralte zerschlissene Teppiche, völlig zerknautschte Bettwäsche. Hygienisch sehr fragwürdig. Ich würde die Unterkunft in keinem Fall nochmals buchen.
• Elisa (4/5): Improvvisazione allo stato puro - La posizione, molto comoda per la stazione e per visitare la città. Il prezzo, solo perchè era il risultato di una doppia offerta che si è cumulata. L'appartamento è una struttura fatiscente che sembra attualmente ancora in corso di ristrutturazione (piuttosto artigianale e improvvisata), quindi non ancora adatta ad essere affittata. Nella descrizione della camera era compreso un bagno privato, inesistente: l'appartamento è composto invece da 4 stanze con due bagni in comune. Sarebbe onesto specificarlo, invece di dichiarare il falso. La pulizia è approssimativa, sia in camera, che in bagno, che nella parti comuni. I mobili, soprattutto in bagno, sono vecchi, sporchi e instabili (doccia e mobile per il lavabo). Nella camera sembrano più nuovi, ma c'è un tappeto molto liso e sporco, così come le lenzuola e gli asciugamani, macchiati. Non mi aspettavo certamente una struttura di lusso, nè gli standard di un albergo: sono in genere adattabile e poco critica, soprattutto su fasce di prezzo basse per la città (risultato, però, di due sconti Booking che si sono cumulati: a prezzo pieno avrei lasciato subito la struttura e chiesto il rimborso), ma credo che uno standard di pulizia accettabile sia il minimo sindacale se si vuole affittare un appartamento. L'host non parla italiano, ma solo inglese. Non è stato un problema per noi, ma di certo non è accettabile che non risponda alle richieste: nonostante fossero infatti giornate ancora fredde, il riscaldamento era chiuso e la camera davvero gelida. Alla nostra richiesta sul se fosse possibile accenderlo (via Whatsapp, come tassativamente richiesto), l'host visualizza ma non risponde. Vista la temperatura, le coperte erano insufficienti per due letti. Gli infissi e le porte sono vecchissimi, sporchi e non isolano affatto. Posso capirlo e accettarlo più di altre cose, ma si potrebbe almeno schermare meglio i vetri della porta di quello che era probabilmente un salotto trasformato in camera da letto per evitare che entri la luce del corridoio (forte e impossibile da spegnere) per tutta la notte.

• Paula (3/5): LUGAR RANDOM CON VISTAS BONITAS - Al llegar el primer día, nos recibió un chico (amable) que nos entregó las llaves y nos dio una explicación básica sobre la puerta de entrada. Desde el primer momento, el alojamiento daba sensación de estar algo descuidado y necesitado de una buena limpieza. En el pasillo donde se encontraba nuestra habitación había una alfombra grande que hacía de puerta a otra habitación "oculta" con varias lavadoras y secadoras (???) que funcionaban hasta altas horas de la madrugada, generando un ruido constante y molesto. La habitación tenía buenas vistas al Gran Canal, pero eso no compensa en absoluto el nivel de ruido. Era prácticamente imposible descansar, ni siquiera cerrando las contraventanas se conseguía aislar el sonido exterior. Por último, las fotos del alojamiento no reflejan fielmente la realidad. Sin poder asegurarlo, creo que están generadas por IA. La diferencia con lo que encontramos al llegar es notable.... En conjunto, una experiencia bastante decepcionante y muy por debajo de lo esperado.

• Tatiana (1/5): - Месторасположение и вид из окна В отеле идёт ремонт. Наша комната пахла цементом, под кроватью был цемент. Кухни нет, она превращена в строительный склад. Один общий туалет с душем на многокомнат -постоянно занят. Горячей воды не было. Отопления не было. Интернета не было. В комнате было очень холодно мы попросили обогреватель. Отель вернул нам 50% стоимости, так как уровень проживания не соответствует заявленному.

• Tobias (5/5): - Die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön. Die Unterkunft ist mit kurzen Fußmarsch vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Die Linie 1 hält fast vor der Unterkunft. Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war zeitweise sehr laut durch die Boote und dünne Türen. Es gab nur ein Badezimmer für 4 Zimmer. Löcher in den Wänden (vermutlich aufgrund der aktuellen Renovierungsarbeiten) Kaltes Wasser in der Dusche.

• Tatsiana (8/5): - Объект выбрали на один день перед отъездом, так чтобы очень рано утром пешком добраться до вокзала. Для семьи из троих человек был отличный большой номер. Достаточно света и хорошие постели и белье. Все комфортно и видно, что ребята стараются. К сожалению недостаточно качественно делается уборка — под столом были зубочистки от прежних жильцов и пыль, а в санузле была сломана крышка мусорного ведра и это проблема для пользования, особенно учитывая, что санузел общий. Ведро стоит срочно заменить, это негигиенично. окна выходят на узенькую улицу, поэтому все звуки усиливаются в разы. Даже разговоры одиночных прохожих звучат громко. Поэтому, когда открыты окна - получается чересчур шумно. А невоспитанные подростки взрывающие взрывпакеты и хлопушки для развлечения — совсем беда. Но это обстоятельство не стильно зависит от хозяев хостела.

Tout s’est bien déroulé en simplicité. Très bon emplacement et prix ok. Si vous voulez le standing d’un hôtel, ce n’est pas ici que vous le trouverez. C’est plus une maison avec quatre ou cinq chambres et deux sdb communes. Simple, efficace mais la propreté n’est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Les lits étaient quand même ok et ils fournissent des serviettes de bains 👍🏻

( no recuerdo su nombre pero era irani ! ) NOS HIZO SENTIR MUY COMODOS ! No tiene baño propio ( info ya sabiamos ) Ruidoso ....los vaporetos no dejan de tocar bocina ....aunque te acostumbras !

• Selin (1/5): - It was pretty close to the Parking lot and train station. The staff was nice and very helpful. They are nice people The room was extremely dirty. The beds had not been changed. The nightstands were dusty. Overall it seemed as if no-one cleaned the rooms in a while. There are no bathrooms inside the rooms, only shared ones down the hall that were also dirty.

The room I stayed in offered a stunning view of the Grand Canal, which made the experience even more special. The room was impeccably clean, and all amenities were provided in a complete and well organized manner, with nothing lacking. One of the major highlights of this accommodation is its excellent location,situated directly opposite the Water Bus station, offering exceptionally easy and convenient access to all parts of the city. Overall, the quality of the stay, combined with the outstanding location and comfortable atmosphere, makes this property an ideal choice. I would definitely recommend it to others without hesitation.

• Bilgehan (6/5): - Konumu ve sahipleri çok iyidi. Ulaşım için çok merkezde. Havalimanından bir otobüs on dakika yürüme. Tren istasyonunda altı dakika yürüme. Bu kadar köprülü yollarda valizle kısa süre yürüyüş çok iyi bir durum. Manzarası çok güzel grand canal’ı gören odada. Ortak paylaşımlı tuvalet her şeyi var temizliği de fena değil, Havlu veriyorlar. Suları sıcak biz ocakta gittiğim için çok iyi bir durum. Oda ısıtması da çok iyi. Yataklar kırık ve inanılmaz rahatsız. En azından kırık olan yataklar yenilenebilir.
• Fanny (8/5): - C'était très chaleureux et accueillant. Il y avait aussi chauffage et climatisation. La petite entrée dans la chambre est très pratique. Très propre Rien en particulier. Mes amis m'ont dit que la salle de bain du couloir n'était pas très propre et dans celle près de la cuisine il restait des savons oubliés d'anciens client, sinon elle me paraissait très bien.
