• dahlia (8/5): - The size, there were 6 of us The beds were great and you honored our request for no feather pillows. Good location!! The front bedrooms allowed much street noise. No kitchen towel. Initial codes did not work, system was messed up.

• FJ (8/5): Apartamento cómodo y muy bien situado, con algunos detalles por mejorar - La ubicación es excelente, a poco más de 5 minutos a pie de la Plaza de San Pedro. El apartamento es muy amplio, estaba impecablemente limpio y resulta muy cómodo para familias. Las camas son confortables: en la habitación pequeña hay dos camas individuales y en las dos habitaciones grandes, dos camas de matrimonio en cada una, lo cual nos vino perfecto al viajar en familia. La zona está llena de restaurantes y bares, lo que facilita mucho salir principalmente a cenar sin tener que desplazarse lejos. El anfitrión respondió con rapidez a las pocas consultas que tuvimos; aunque no hubo contacto directo, tampoco fue necesario. La ducha de uno de los baños no pudimos utilizarla, ya que resultaba imposible regular la temperatura del agua. También nos sorprendió que en ninguno de los baños hubiera barras o perchas para colgar las toallas; se notaba que en su momento sí las hubo, pues estaban los orificios en las paredes, pero no se han repuesto. El ruido procedente de los bares y restaurantes situados justo debajo de las habitaciones grandes, que son las que dan a la calle, fue algo molesto en algunos momentos. Quizás se podría mejorar el confort de las mismas instalando mejores cerramientos en las ventanas. Aunque no llegamos a cocinar durante nuestra estancia de 4 noches, el último día intentamos poner el lavavajillas para los vasos y platos utilizados, pero no funcionaba.

• Alda (3/5): .Acho abusivo o valor das taxas apesar de ter que lavar a louça á mão!! 10 pessoas - Gostei da localização Não gostei que para tomar banho,no duche quase não saía água !E na casa de banho com banheira era difícil acertar a temperatura da água para o duche! Não gostei que me levassem 360 euros de taxas,apesar de eu ter fito que a máquina da louça não funcionava,tivemos que lavar a louça á mão!!! Esperava que tivessem um gesto comercial comigo.
• Filipa (10/5): Excelente opção para ficar no centro de Roma - Localização muito central. A 5 minutos do Vaticano e da estação de metro Ottaviano. Muitas opções ao redor para tomar o pequeno almoço e jantar. Supermercado a 2 minutos do apartamento. O apartamento é muito grande e espaçoso. Cozinha bem equipada. Comunicação com os proprietários funciona bem. Excelente opção. Por vezes saía pouca pressão na água do chuveiro.

• Maarten (7/5): Good place for 3 days visit to Rome - The apartment is located in Prati, one of the best spots in Rome! The Vatican is almost around the corner. Most other of Rome's attractions are at walking distance. For those less into walking public transport is nearby. The apartment is specious and has lots of potential. Our host was very quick to respond and flexible with checking-in and checking-out. Across the street there's a fantastic new (opened May 2025) place to have breakfast: Bakery House - Prati! When arriving the apartment had a horrible odor from the previous guests/tenants. Even after cleaning (which was done well!) the odor wasn't fully gone... I think the previous guest had smoked in the apartment. The apartment itself is actually beautiful with lots of potential, but needs a fresh coat of paint and in our opinion some interior styling to make it more warm (interior feels very sterile). The bathrooms are outdated, shower needs to be fixed and water pressure in both bathrooms is insufficient.

• Avino (10/5): We we pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the apartment was. - The apartment was well situated in a lively area with plenty of restaurant options. We were just a short walk away from the Vatican and @$15 -$22 Uber rides to main Rome attractions. The host Daniella was very accommodating for our early check in. The place was spacious and comfortable. Will definitely rebook when visiting again. Only draw back would be the noise level at night from restaurants below. Didn't bother us at all but can be heard from indoors.
• Rudolf (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable apartment, beautiful and clean building, good coffe near entrance, two bathrooms, spacious rooms, great location, just a few minutes from Vatican and subway. Helpfull owner, there was no problem to drop luggage before check-in, and they also contacted us once the aparment was ready before agreed time.Little noisy and lively on friday, but we expected it and just enjoyed the atmosphere.

• Tomáš (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was really pro and helpful. The apartment is just like the photos. Would I do the same accommodation with this size group? YES There is this very cool way how even a big group of 10 people with just 1 set of keys can get inside the apartment! Some minor issues like: - shower needs a little fix - dishwasher... i don't know what happened to it but probably somebody was cleaning the inside of the door with some acid and ruined the metal so it looks dirty but it's not - adding more plates and glasses for a group of 10 would be really helpful - fixing the toilet seats would help as well

Lively but safe area, as well as secure property. Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (washing machine available), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A balcony facing the courtyard. Cable TV. Excellent Wi-Fi. Well-functioning air conditioning. Last but not least, very responsive and helpful host.

• Sachiko (10/5): Great choice for family and friends. - This place was big and very close to Vatican. We had a party of 6, and we slept very comfortably. The living room is very spacious to hang out too. We were happy to have stayed there for 4 nights. (It must be usually quiet, but since we went during the new year holidays, the restaurants across the street was having parties and pretty loud until past midnight. Didn’t bother us that much because we were jet lugged anyway.)

• Jdmistry (9/5): Superb - We had a lovely stay at this apartment as a family of 8. It was clean modern and spacious. Check in was easy and the host left us a lovely hamper of complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival. Fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. Great for families. The location was excellent, close to Vatican and easy access to public transport. The host was super friendly and kind enough to post some postcards for us. Noise from the apartment above was a bit loud at times but that can't be helped. The pillows were uncomfortable.

• Fleace (8/5): Beautiful Place - The size for a group and location. There were many suspicious white stains on the sofas. Looked like from men having sex. We did not sit on the sofas for this reason. We suggest a good deep cleaning.
• Mona (1/5): wouldn't recommend this unit. not worth the money - Close to Vatican No hot water enough for our family of 7 water pressure so bad old shower facilities are old and the holes are blocked located in busy road and noisy till midnight

• Maria (9/5): Divine apartment was great, location and service wise. - The location of the apartment is great: near the Vatican city, very close to 2 supermarkets and a variety of restaurants to dine. The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities to cook. We were received with a small present of different snacks and a bottle of sparkly wine, very nice details. The host was prompt to answer our requests and inquiries. The only thing we did not enjoy was that the air conditioning was not cooling very much and the host helped us to fix it.
