• Caren (7/5): Nicht unbedingt das Highlight unserer Reise - Lage schön ruhig und trotzdem nah genug an Akureyri. Leider war das Haus nicht nicht gereinigt, als wir 15 Uhr ankamen (hatten check in bestätigt bekommen), Kontaktaufnahme gestaltete sich recht schwierig. Die unteren Kellerräume sind etwas befremdlich, ein Schlafraum grenzt an die Garage und ist nicht verschließbar. Sehr störend war auch das stinkende Wasser, dass aus allen Hähnen kam. Erinnerte sehr an den Geruch fauler Eier. Der Müll konnte wegen fehlender Tonnen nicht entsorgt werden.
• Marlise (6/5): - Die Lage war top und sehr ruhig. Der obere Bereich war sehr schön eingerichtet. Lediglich die Stühle am Esstisch sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und waren ziemlich abgenutzt. Wunderschöne Terrasse. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Aussicht. Leider waren waren aber weder ein Tisch noch Stühle für die Terrasse vorhanden, was sehr schade war. Das dritte Zimmer im Keller hatte leider weder ein Fenster noch ein Schrank. Dafür schlief man neben einer Küche. Das war etwas befremdend. Alles in allem aber ein cooler Aufenthalt.

• Jake (7/5): Good - The property is in a great location. There is an amazing view from the deck. The house itself is nice and comfortably slept our group of 7. The kitchen sink did not work while we were there, so we couldn’t really use the kitchen for anything. I notified the owner of the property about this right when we checked in, but I didn’t hear back until after we had left the next day.
• Tjeerd (2/5): Een dikke tegenvaller zeker niet geschikt voor 6 personen - Uitzicht We where verry disappointed with the house. 1. There is a bedroom without a window, we are brokers and it is not a bedroom but storage room. 2. no outdoor furniture. 3. no coffee cups available. 4. a refrigerator that is too small for 6 people. 5. the curtains are sheets on a rod. 6. A part of the Pans where not 7. several pans were broken and not suitable for cooking on induction Until now the least maintained house of our trip through Iceland.

• Alex (9/5): Brilliant stay just a few teething issues. Would return 100% - Spotlessly clean, well equipped and lovely views. Would book again. Good communication and support from hosts and accommodating to different requests. The stairs were not perfect with kids but think they’ll be carpeted soon by the looks of it. Could use a ‘how to’ guide for the property re rubbish/local area etc. Third bedroom is a bit odd with some kitchen stuff in it. All positives outweigh all these though and we would 100% stay again when we do route one next time.

• Julio (10/5): Amazing view of the city and sky - Gives you the feeling you are actually in the forest but you are -0 min away from Akureyri downtown Recommendation is to place a better sign with house number, or adjust instructions to tell you need to turn left downhill at the end of the street, in the night was difficult to identify if that was the correct way because it was covered in snow
• Meghana (8/5): Beautiful house located in the midst of nature. Loved the stay. - Loved the location. The house seems recently renovated, so everything seemed new. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Some of the doors in the basement had loose handles, so we couldn't lock any of the doors. The kitchen could be stocked slightly better, considering we were in the middle of a forest with no immediate access to Grocery stores.

• Denis.93 (9/5): Superb - Really nice accommodation. It is still in reconstruction but upper floor was really beautifull. We really enjoyed our stay here. Small tea cups and missing tea pot. Also ladle was missing. We would appreciate if there would be curtains also in livingroom. Also we recommend to turn off the fridge in downstair apartment - it was loud and we had problem with sleeping. Also it would be great if you locked the doors to garage. It would feel us more secure.
