Karaoke machine was an incredible treat. The house was so clean and everything was so comfortable. We couldn't recommend this more, absolutely wonderful

• Grace (7/5): Lovely grounds, just need to look into the power supply for heating. - Had fun feeding the chickens and patting the alpacas. Loved the table tennis area and materials for starting a fire. Host was friendly and very attentive. Even attempted to help us mail back something that we left behind at the property. Power trips happened four times during our two night stay. It was a bother havig to go out of the house in the middle of a wintry night to flip the switch back on twice on both nights. The power cant support the heating, even when we were careful not to switch wverything on at the same time.

• teagan (10/5): We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful farmhouse with our group of 8 adults and 4 kids. The property was spacious, cl - The property was spacious and extremely kid friendly. It had lots of space both indoors and outdoors and the furniture was very comfortable. The indoor fire place room was great for gathering together with the kids and the fire place was enough to heat the entire house. The outdoor area has a gated area with a cubby house, swing, seating and outdoor fire pit, perfect for afternoons in the sun where adults can supervise their children safely. The chicken pen and collecting the eggs were a hit with the kids!
• Mary (10/5): A country experience - The kids absolutely loved it. We all did. There were lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. The fireplace was so warm and comforting. Plenty of room for a large family and very clean. The dining table was long enough to fit all the family. The house was very comfortable. Should've booked it for longer.

• Terrones (10/5): Huge house, where every door leads to a new space and every need is catered for. - The house is huge and every door leads to a surprising new space. The house is lived in, but well presented and clean and did not make us feel like we should walk on eggshells, which was nice with an active five-year-old running full speed between rooms. He enjoyed the children's play tent and the many toys in the playroom. We were there on a rainy weekend which is a shame because there is a wonderful area with a fire pit that we didn't get to enjoy but would come back just for the opportunity to enjoy it. There is also a covered area with a lovely outdoor table and BBQ to enjoy. We did cook a big roast dinner for the seven of us and the cooking facilities were excellent. The house would comfortably accommodate a few more people. We were there to enjoy family time, and the very large living room had all of us doing different things, reading / Ipad / TV in one space without annoying each other. The space was particularly lovely as we built a fire each night and enjoyed the cozy warmth. And how nice to walk around the grounds, pet the Alpacas, see the chickens and let the 5-year-old go crazy on the oversized trampoline. The facilities are so plentiful that it's a shame we didn't have more time to enjoy it all. Nothing. Great weekend was had by all and the hosts were great to communicate with.

The house was massive and we loved the spacious lounge area, and separate play room (with lots of toys!) for the kids. The kids also loved the trampoline, cubby-house and swing, which were also on the property. Everything was fantastic- we will be back!!

Unfortunately we had bad weather but the house is so big and equipped with things to do for the kids that we still enjoyed ourselves. The kids enjoyed seeing the animals in between the rain. Not all the beds were comfortable.
• Cb59211 (10/5): Overall, the whole family enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. Highly recommended. - The house was spacious, clean, quaint and charming. The kitchen was well-equipped. The ambience was relaxing and private. The hot water was very good. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of things to do - pool table, table tennis, karaoke, soccer games table. Encounter with the alpacas and the chickens were an added plus especially for our overseas visitors. The oven and the exhaust fan weren't working properly but having an airfryer made up for it. It would have been nice to have fans in the bedrooms but it just so happened that the temperature went down at night while we were there.

We did everything, trampoline, pool table, table tennis, keyboard, karaoke, bbq, foosball, air hockey, swing, fed chickens & collected eggs, fed & patted alpacas. Our dogs also loved the property. So much to do in just 3 days. Lu was also easy & great to deal with.

• Kelly (10/5): Exceptional - I love the house. Big and clean. It had many types of activities in the house. Like Games, ping pong, pool 🎱, karaoke, Camp fire, trampoline and the farm. The alpacas are cute. My children was very happy and enjoyed it very much. We had a lot of fun. It definitely need a car to drive to the food stores. It's about 15 drive.

• Lachlan (8/5): Enjoyed the stay. The house is large but quite random. Once use to it, it was great and would stay there again. - It was large, and plenty of space and activities for the kids. On a main highway, dishwasher was tiny, to small.

• Michael (10/5): We really enjoyed our time at the farm and would recommend it if your looking at a farm stay. - A big house that easily accommodated our family of 10. Everything in the kitchen that you would need and even some basic ingredients available like salt, pepper, flour, sugar (and lots more). The kids loved feeding the Alpaca's and the chickens - they even layed 6 eggs as a bonus. The only thing that it needs is a bit more fridge space such as a bar fridge in the bar or outside in the covered BBQ area. It could be that my family drink too much so perhaps not a problem for other groups?
• Tong (10/5): very nice place for big family with young kids. kids were kept busy with the facilities provided in the house. the house - there are lots of activities kids can do in the house. there are pool table, ping pong table, etc. Alpaca is cute. the grass in farm land is high and hard to walk around. a bit hard to find chicken coop.
• Graham (8/5): Enjoy the house for what it is, it has a great location and great hosts - We found it easy to relax - Even though the property is on the Illawarra Highway, the house is set back far enough so the noise isn't an issue, and we didn't hear any noise at all later on at night. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and we had the best sleep that we've had for a long time. Three alpacas that we chatted with, but our two highlights would have to be the chickens and the pool table. The house had pretty much everything needed for a comfortable stay and we are already talking about staying there again maybe in the first quarter of 2024 depending on work, There's not much we didn't like, but if we had to list anything, the grounds could do with a little bit of a tidy up and we couldn't work out how to find a regular free to air tv channel. These are only minor things though as once you get use to the house and it's layout, it has a great deal of potential and one can easily get comfortable there.

Very comfortable house to spend a special weekend with friends and family. Plenty to do as well as relax and enjoy. Photos on website give a good idea of what's available for both the house and property.

Ping pang table, Karaoke 🎤 and 🎱 table. Kids are entertained all day long. At night, camp fire, hot chocolate n the stars…We will come back! None

We loved sitting around the fire in the lounge room and toasting marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit. The children loved feeding the animals each morning and playing in the cubby and the trampoline, We will definitely be back in the future Nothing to dislike

Even if it was a cold or rainy day the kids could stay entertained with table tennis and pool table in the house and option to have a fire in the fireplace. The Wi-Fi worked well.
• Noah (10/5): It was calm, relaxing and comfortable. - I really liked how that we could pat the animals as they were friendly. I also got a chance to feed the goats by hand which was a different experience. Inside the house was very relaxing and confortable There was nothing to dislike.

It was raining and our kids had so many activities to do indoors or under cover (ping pong table, pool table, toys and more). The area is great for exploring. It is with a heavy heart that we share this gem, because we would rather keep it all to ourselves! It was a perfect family getaway and would highly recommend it. Would definitely return. We loved it.
