- Víctor (10/5): Un apartamento bonito, cómodo y limpio para conocer el Cabo de Gata - El apartamento está bien, con una cama cómoda y un mobiliario bastante nuevo y agradable. El baño es amplio y está muy nuevo. Todo el apartamento estaba muy limpio. El personal es muy amable, tanto en recepción como en la cafetería, donde merece la pena desayunar. Hay aparcamiento en la zona, pero además hay aparcamiento cerrado, lo que es muy cómodo porque llega directamente el ascensor hasta la puerta del apartamento. Está un poco apartado, aunque en un par de minutos en coche estás en la zona central del pueblo

J'avais oublié, et la terrasse que nous avions dans ma réservation était décevante. Mais la responsable à l'accueil nous a volontiers proposé un superbe appartement avec cette magnifique vue .... et un petit supplément tout à fait normal !

- Maria del Pilar (6/5): Bien, aunque lejos del centro. - Reservamos 2 apartamento, estaban limpios. Las camas eran cómodas, aunque sólo había 1 almohada y no era muy cómoda. Las vistas al mar de un apartamento costaba bastante verlas. Fuimos 8 personas en dos apartamentos,se entiende que quisiéramos estar cerca. Pues nos dieron uno en una punta y el otro en la otra punta del edificio. Había que coger 2 ascensores cada vez que queríamos visitarnos. Hicimos la reserva con bastante antelación para que lo tuviesen en cuenta.

Muy cerca de la catedral, la Alcazaba y el museo de la guitarra. La Rambla y el puerto están justo al lado. Solo hay dos apartamentos en todo el edificio. Muy recomendable.

- Gabriele (9/5): - Wir haben noch einen Tag verlängert. Es ist ein gut durchdachtes und angenehmes Apartment. Alles funktioniert, ist sauber und geräumig. Und der Blick auf das Meer ist schön. Schade, dasswir den Balkon nicht nutzen konnten. Wir hatten nichts zu kritisieren. Es ist alles nicht mehr ganz neu und auch nicht stylisch, aber man kann sich hier wohl fühlen.

- Gabriele (9/5): - Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist geräumig mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Betten sind gut, wie auch das Bad. Leider konnten wir den Balkon mit dem schönen Meerblick nicht nutzen, weil es dafür jetzt Ende Februar zu kalt ist. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum und sehr angenehm ist auch die Tiefgarage im Haus. Ansonsten ist das Parken hier kein Problem. Und es gibt einen Zimmerservice, d.h. es werden jeden Tag die Betten gemacht. Wie waren rundum zufrieden. Allerdings haben wir den Wohnrsum etwas umgestellt, d.h. den Esstisch vor das Fenster gerückt, um die schöne Aussicht beim Essen genießen zu können. Drau war es zu kalt.

- GB (9/5): Great stay, great location, just spectacular!! - Amazing value for money! Parking on site (underground). The apartment was big, nice, clean and well-kept. The view was spectacular! The staff at the reception desk was very helpful as well. What I particularly loved was that the wifi internet connection was very good! I had read some reviews complaining about the wifi but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was, I was able to teleconference with excellent connection. Parking space underneath the building was a bit narrow for a big car.

- Maria Magdalena (10/5): Estancia estupenda - La terraza con vistas al mar. El silencio y la tranquilidad. Todo estaba muy limpio. Tenía muy buena equipación de menaje y aparatos en cocina y baño. Toallas grandes y esponjosas. La decoración es bastante espartana y un poco antigua.

- Gonzalez (9/5): - A destacar la cercanía y atención prestadas por la recepcionista! Ha sido súper amable y sus recomendaciones nos han aportado un extra al viaje que nos ha hecho disfrutar muchísimo del conjunto del Cabo de Gata.

Las personas son muy agradables y acogedoras llegamos tarde y se centraron en explicarnos todo. El baño un poco antiguo y olía de vez en cuando, en la cocina solo había sal, ni azúcar ni aceite ni nada en ese sentido, el bar cerrado y no lo avisaban en la página ya que sólo es para el verano.
