• Ellen (9/5): - The location was good. The appartment was nice and warm. The facilities in the appartment were excellent. Having no lift to the 4th floor. The electrical supply to the kitchen acilities was ver poor and dangerous. The power triped when the electric kettle and toaster were used together. There wad no smoke or carbon monoxide alarm fitted.

• Laurens (1/5): This is photoshopped! Then show all the photos to the bookers! - This is photoshopped! Then show all the photos to the bookers! I booked this apartment through Booking.com and feel completely misled. The booking information did not state that the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator. There was only a wheelchair icon with a vague note that “the upper floor is only accessible by stairs,” which is confusing and insufficient. Nowhere did it clearly state “fourth floor, no lift.” For families with children or anyone with mobility issues, this is absolutely essential information — and leaving it out is unacceptable. When I discovered the situation, I immediately contacted the host both by phone and email several times, but received no response for over three weeks. Only after repeated follow-ups did I get a dismissive reply claiming everything was “accurately described,” which is simply untrue. Even Booking.com confirmed over the phone that the listing was later updated. The problems with the property went far beyond the stairs: • The air conditioning in the bedroom was so noisy at night that my children could barely sleep — I have video evidence of this. • There were insects in the bedroom, even in the bed — unacceptable in any accommodation. • Much of the furniture was loose or damaged, including the dining table and side table, making them barely usable. • The stovetop didn’t work due to a “child lock” — again, I have proof — and this was not explained anywhere. The manager’s reply downplayed all of this, insisting it’s “just part of an apartment stay.” That is insulting and shows no understanding of hospitality or basic customer care. If you value clear information, working facilities, and a host who responds in a timely and professional manner, stay far away from this property. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing stays I have ever had.

• Trejo (10/5): - Lo que más me gusto es las vistas y lo cerca que está de la playa y de los establecimientos locales. Lo que no me ha gusto ha sido que en la cocina no tiene campana extractora y ha la hora de cocinar tenía que abrir la ventana.
• Jennifer (8/5): Modern Comfortable Apartment - We thought the apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The communication with the hosts was excellent. We found location very central to both walking the town as well as hiking in the countryside. The bathroom is a very cramped space. There was only one electric outlet in the kitchen.

• Maeve (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this property and will return if we are ever in Nerja again. - The apartment was fabulous. Great location. Lovely views. A short walk to the bus stop, beach, town and has a supermarket just across the road. Great facilities, lovely big sunny balcony and very clean and modern. The staff helped us with our cases which was greatly appreciated and very thoughtful! And left us a bottle of water and wine in the fridge for our arrival. The nights got a little cooler so some blankets would have been nice as there were only sheets provided. Could have done with a few extra bits in the kitchen, such as a cheese grater, but we managed fine. Not many sockets or counter space for the kettle and coffee machine but again, not much of an issue. The wardrobes are in the utility space rather than the bedrooms. It is on the 4th floor with no lift.
• Sheila (7/5): Very good - The living room light and under lights on sink wall would not work of the control bit awkward when cooking, and no microwave.
