Ivan (7/5): Very stylish and cozy - The location was nice just 15 min walk from the city centre of Ubud with rice fields surrounding the property Villa was very well furnished and equipped with everything you need Very spacious hard to access if you come by car - it was a struggle to get through to the villa via narrow streets but maybe its a typical problem for ubud not just this property the house has problems with water, at night the water stops flowing for some reason while at day you have to wait 1-2 minutes after opening the tap for the water to appear. I asked the host to fix it but little changed. Something wrong with the water pipe the living room is open for the air to flow in so be prepared for insects and gekkos all around. No A/C in the living room
