They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of at all times. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and turned my stay into an unforgettable experience. I am extremely happy with my stay at this luxurious hotel, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced service of this level anywhere else. It was a unique experience that cannot be repeated in any other place. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellence, comfort, and top-quality service. • Jamie (10/5): A class above - We stayed for the weekend so I could compete in the European triathlon championships. We arrived late in Friday night and unfortunately my bike hadn’t been transported. We were warmly welcomed despite the late check in. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a tasty cocktail and delicious macarons left for us. Every detail was perfect. Having mentioned my lack of bike on check in I woke to find the hotel staff (Emre) had proactively sourced me a bike from a local bike shop. Arranged a taxi and made it possible for me to actually race which I didn’t think would be a possibility. It really was going above and beyond! The entire stay was wonderful. The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious and it really was a boutique hotel of the highest quality. It was significantly more expensive than most hotels in Istanbul, but it was worth it. It really was another level Thank you to Emre for his amazing service! The sunset over the Bosphorus with a glass of wine or beer was wonderful

Nous avons adoré le restaurant italien et sa vue sur le Bosphore, et pourtant nous séjournons souvent en Italie. Rien ou l absence de piscine pour se détendre.

• Cemozenc (10/5): Quintessential stay, impeccable service and travelling in time in Istanbul. - This is truly a quintessential Istanbul experience—to travel back in time and stay in a historic building by the famous Bosphorus, reengineered once more recently and curated in detail by Vakko, one of the most elegant and famous fashion brands in Turkey. The location is perfect, the rooms are exquisite, and the staff is absolutely incredible! Special thanks to our Butler, Bilal, who thought about every little detail even before we arrived and made us feel like 17th-century Sultans. As a very frequent global traveller, I have never witnessed such elegance, attention to detail, and professionalism in any crew like I have experienced with Bilal and his colleagues at Vakko Hotel Sumahan. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! Nothing and nothing at all.

The rooms right on the sea are stunning and have a comfortable yet modern touch. It was a lovely break from busy downtown Istanbul! Nothing! The staff is so accommodating and extremely friendly, flexible and welcoming! (My son was able to check out whenever suited him best, which was another lovely gesture!)

Mr Bilal who is my butler delivered a high standard, professional, helpful n warm service to me. Even I had left the hotel, he still extended his warm n friendly services by providing extra information for my stay in Fethiye. I felt the stay is warm n happy. Rahatlıkla tüm gününüzü otelde boğaza karşı oturarak geçirebilirsiniz. Yetişkin oteli olmasından dolayı sakin ve huzurlu. Çalışanlar çok eğitimli ve ilgili. Yönetim çok ilgili.Özellikle italyan restoranı çok yeterli. Kahvaltısı çok yeterli. Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu.
