- Joan Miguel (9/5): Gran hotel, gran precio y gran ubicación. - Me encantó que el hotel tiene habitaciones amplias, limpias y cómodas. El personal es super amable y la ubicación del hotel es privilegiada ya que está conectado al tren y al metro directamente sin salir del hotel. Además, también hay una estación de buses frente al edificio. Lo único que no nos gustó a mi y a mi grupo era que de noche el aire acondicionado dejaba de enfriar y despertábamos en medio de la noche empapados de sudor. Desconocemos la causa, pero debemos admitir que no lo comunicamos al personal del hotel.
- John David (9/5): Good Value for Money Hotel Option in Kyoto - While outwith Kyoto's main centre, the hotel has good transport links via train and metro. Staff provided a good welcome and ongoing service and the hotel was very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of buffet options and very nicely presented. We had a room with two single beds which for us made the room feel more cramped than it would have down had it just a king size bed.

- 和楽美 (8/5): 駅近、電車利用の人には最高！ - 女性用の大浴場(大浴場にバスタオル常備)があった。大浴場の混み具合を表示していて入浴タイミングが測りやすかった。朝食が美味しい。近江牛のしゃぶしゃぶや湯葉や茶粥、フキの煮物など土地の物や季節感のあるものが味わえて、朝から幸せな気分になれた。タルトやソフトクリームなどデザートも美味しく、お茶の種類も多く、コーヒーが苦手な私には良かった。スタッフ対応も丁寧で室内も清潔、駅から近い立地も良かった。ホテル周辺に飲食店も多く夕食付きで無くても困らない立地。 車で到着したが車止めが無く荷物が降ろしづらい。ホテルの駐車場が3台分しかない。予約をしないと近隣の駐車場を探さないといけない。(18時〜9時で1400円くらいの駐車料金)大浴場のカードキーが反応せず、後から来た人も反応せず、困っていたら中にいた人が気づき、中から扉を開けてくれた。館内のエレベーター前に飾っている生花が枯れたまま。造花にしたほうが気分が下がら無くていいかも。

- marie christine (8/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix - L'emplacement est parfait devant la gare de Yamashina qui elle même est à une station de la gare de Kyoto. On peut considérer que !l'emplacement est central mais on a l'impression d'être à la campagne puisque c'est entouré de verdure et beaucoup plus calme que les environs de la gare de Kyoto. Par ailleurs l'ascenseur de l'hôtel descend directement dans le métro ligne Tozai que j'ai trouvée la plus pratique d'utilisation pour les visites que je voulais faire. Par ailleurs je veux_souligner la très bonne qualité du petit-déjeuner mais je crois que ça a déjà été rapporté dans d'autres critiques. Je pensais avoir réservé un lit double je me suis retrouvée avec un lit d'une largeur absolument phénoménale loin des 140 ou 150 cm habituels (2m de large?) Du coup la chambre semblait très étroite. Il y avait quand même la place d'ouvrir ma valise et de quoi ranger mes effets personnels. J'ai regretté aussi de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre ni même l'entrebâiller un peu. Par contre on peut régler ou éteindre l'air conditionné.

- Anita (8/5): Kellemes hotel a vonatállomás mellett - Kényelmes ágymatrac és párna, átszellőztethető szoba, Nespresso gép a szobában, közel az állomás. Reggeli mézes tea volt a favoritunk. A mosógép szárító programja sajnos nem alkalmas ruhák szárítására, így mosodát kellett keresnünk, az bosszantó volt.

- Jonathan (6/5): A very conventional place to stay, but with some upgrades could easily become far better then it is - Proximity to the station, the view, restocking water amongst other amenities, offering baggage transportation, check in lady was very sweet and spoke decent English. The pillows felt old alongside the mattress. I understand traditional pillows has buckwheat in them, but these were immensely uncomfortable most of the times. The AC only working between the hours of 0023-0600 (11pm to 6am) during spring is AWFUL. Its not as bad as summer times but if you don't open the window you'll wake up to a sauna.

The property is in a great location, away from the major tourist hot spots, but the walking distance to great sight seeing places and hiking areas. The room was a little more cramped than what we were expecting. We got a family double expecting a more spacious room, however it was a standard room with a really large bed.

- Yukiyo (10/5): 京都観光に便利で割安な穴場のホテル - 京都駅から急行で5分の山科駅から、地下道を通って直結しているので、とても便利な割には割安だと思いました。 京都駅周辺に泊まるより、混雑を避けられるので、私は好きでした。 ユニクロ、無印、スーパー、美味しいベーカリー、レストランなどにも直結しているので、さらに便利。 館内は迷いやすく、どのエレベーターで何階に行けば駐車場やモールに行けるのかを把握するのに、若干時間がかかりました。

- MUTSUMI (10/5): また来たい！ - 京都らしいビュッフェ形式の朝食はどれもすごく美味しい。大浴場（女性のみ、男性は大浴場無し）のシャワーヘッドや脱衣所のドレッサーにあるドライヤーはReFa製、シャンプーバーもあり、普段使えない様なシャンプー、コンディショナーも置いてある。 JR、京都市営地下鉄東西線、京阪京津線の3路線が乗り入れており、アクセスはバッチリです。（京都駅まではJRで5分） 商業施設ラクト山科やスタバ、コンビニなどもあり、最高の立地です。 特にありませんが、 注意点は、男性用の大浴場はありません。

- chhaya (10/5): - My best stay in Japan!! The hotel is fantastic! Its bang opposite the train station and everything is so conveniently available. The rooms are available good size too. We were very happy with our stay! Most of the convenience stores and 7/11's and restaurant's close early. By 10pm. Some restaurants are open till later. Just informing as we get so used to the 7/11's being open forever. But that doesn't take away from the hotel and the service they offer.
