• Angharad (8/5): Short but sweet, lovely once we found it. Would highly recommend! - Was very clean and tastefully decorated. The communal staircase/corridors were original and beautiful. Was conveniently positioned for the main railway station if travelling without a car like we were. It was difficult to find. We walked up and down the street, sat nav saying we were there but no indication of where, locals we asked had no idea as no clear sign or instructions on what to look out for before travelling. Happened upon the small buzzer sign of general apartment block as my son stopped to rest and lean against the wall!

• MG (7/5): Toccata e fuga - L'appartamento sembra essere stato recentemente ristrutturato, il letto era comodo, la posizione è ottima per arrivare in centro. Si tratta di un appartamento all'interno di un condominio quindi non di una vera e propria "struttura alberghiera", come ormai si trovano in tante città. L'ascensore è estremamente piccolo, all'interno del nostro appartamento si trovava un gradino tra la cucina e il bagno molto pericoloso e non sufficientemente segnalato, in cucina abbiamo trovato dei capelli degli ospiti precedenti, alcuni bicchieri erano sporchi. La tassa di soggiorno si può pagare solo in contanti. A noi hanno chiesto 28,00€ mentre in fattura ne hanno indicati 23,00€. La fattura l'abbiamo ricevuta solo dopo diversi solleciti e non dopo aver effettuato il pagamento. Il garage che vi consigliano chiede di lasciare le chiavi...se non lo volete fare, nel garage in piazza VIII agosto potete lasciare la vostra macchina senza problemi. Le finestre non sono sufficientemente insonorizzate che potrebbe essere un problema per chi ha il sonno leggero. Edit: Dopo aver letto la risposta del proprietario, mi sento in dovere di aggiungere alcune considerazioni. Purtroppo, la poca professionalità emerge chiaramente proprio dalle sue parole. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 14 al 15 maggio 2025, quindi non durante il fine settimana, quindi la fattura doveva essere fatta una volta lasciata la struttura. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, la nostra non è l'unica recensione a segnalare una scarsa igiene; diverse altre lamentano lo stesso problema (vedi presenza di capelli). In merito al gradino: trattandosi di un potenziale pericolo dove le persone potrebbero farsi seriamente male, è assolutamente necessario che venga segnalato in modo chiaro. Alla luce della risposta, noi come clienti non abbiamo intenzione di soggiornare nuovamente presso questa struttura.

• Anna (10/5): I felt very comfortable. The location was perfect. The train station was walkable to go and visit other towns. And you c - The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was adorable. It was stocked with some snacks and espresso, milk, and water!

• Jure (10/5): Perfect place to enjoy Bologna! - One of the nicest and cleanest apartments that we have been to. It was a pleasure to stay there and I already recommended the place to my friends. You can park in the garage for a reduced fee, all arranged by the host. Wish there ware more apartments and hosts like that.

Seemed had been upgraded quite recently We found sheets and pillows with hair and not properly clean Was asked for copy of the passports for all guests which is understandable as if it were a hotel and they sent a mail but this should have been requested at the time when the booking was arranged and pay as it is difficult to track mails before your flights and when you arrive you may have issues to have internet

• Paul (10/5): Perfect for a night before flying form Bologna Airport or for a few days sight seeing. - Just stayed one night in transit to Bologna Airport. It was 5min walk from the station. The suite was beautifully decorated and appointed. Nice little kitchen and dining area with fridge freezer cooker and everything you would need if you wanted to self cater. Very large bedrooms and comfy beds. Would stay there again maybe for a few days to get to see Bologna.

• Wayne (9/5): Lovely modern apartment, great location very close to transport links - Fantastic location less than 5 min walk to train and bus station. Nice 15 walk to Bologna centre. Very modern clean and modern boutique style 2 bedroom apartment recently renovated, with lovely welcoming AC in each room. Good communication with owner and would certainly stay again if revisiting the area :) Apartment is on the 4th floor however there is a small lift so caused us no issues.
