• Patrick (9/5): Good place to stay, just a few things to sort to make even better - Flat was a bit tricky to find as not very well signposted - glad I arrived in daylight!! Keysafe picture is out of date as there are more keysafes on the wall, assumed I had the right one, luckily it opened so yes I did! Overall flat was very clean and tidy and well presented Dirty mug in cupboard was a bit off putting Saw a router but couldn’t find details of the WiFi code, for work the following morning I had to tether to my phone Didn't like the 'out of blue' asking to pay £100 deposit in to some random account with a name that didn't correspond with other contact names, also to get money back would have to give my bank details, if you want a deposit do though 'booking dot com' via credit card, ( how stupid do you think some people are?) this is why you didn't get said deposit.

We booked for 5 nights and left after 1 night because of the following: -no toilet paper - no towels - no TV signal -fridge off, door closed and food from previous guests left in fridge -dirty and damp towel left in hall cupboard -Powerpoint in kitchen not working -bed really uncomfortable , so old - only one lumpy old pillow per person -filthy building entrance -building foyer rubbish visible -not luxury -not Tower Bridge (it’s Borough) -no patio furniture -owner ignored further calls for assistance See other poor reviews to see this is not a one-off.

• Pedro (8/5): Great comfortable appartment near city center, very well connected. - It was so easy to make the chek-in and to left the luggage before that. There was free coffee, sugar & tea in the kitchen. Great. The appartment is near Borough station, very good location. Clean towels diddn't arrive after two days living there. The oven was dirty with leftovers inside.
• Joanne (5/5): The apartment is in a great location close to tube access the apartment was clean but not luxury - No towels in the apartment on arrival so contacted the host and didn't receive any towels until midnight and there was also someone else's left overs in the fridge

• Lane (7/5): Served its purpose but would not rush back - The location is pretty good but dont be put off by the small street and the entrance to the property. There is a good pub next door and easy to walk to Borough Market and Borough station. The lift was broken and the apartment is on the 4th floor. Also the arrival details came through pretty late after I messaged. The description said towels and we only had 2 hand towels for 3 people.

Balcony would benefit from patio furniture. Only 2 hand towels in property but rang host & he kindly brought round some more

I had to message the host to get lock box details when I got there, the information wasn’t provided via booking beforehand which would have been really useful. Unfortunately the shower doesn’t work, this is clearly not a new issue so disappointing it hadn’t been fixed.

• Malia (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was great for a couple of weeks in London. Easy access with the key lockbox. The host very kindly let us check in early, plus arranged an extra night at the end of our stay. Very modern and comfortable apartment. Great access to the tube - 2 minutes to Borough station. A sharp knife for food prep would be useful - the kitchen is great otherwise

• Kate (6/5): Good location but a little unnerving for a lone female traveller. - Location was good for the office. I was pleased it was on the 4th floor as I felt more secure and away from the noise on the street. Amenities were good but could do with more mirrors. Good wifi The outside of the property is not welcoming at all and when its dark you can feel (as a lone female) quite unnerved. You need to be more specific about which entry door to go into as the second block has two entrances and one goes into a basement!
• Ionut (10/5): Exceptional - It was a really nice apartment, really close to the centre. Good conditions, very clean, big open space and a really comfy bed.
• Kos (3/5): Avoid unless there are no alternatives - Location Cleaning level: only one dirty towel, dirty toilet, hair on the bed, old bedsheets, food remains in the kitchen sink. Carpets at communal areas were in bad shape. Staff commutation: They did not provide receipt on asking details, avoided answering messages on WhatsApp but texted for deposit bank transfer reminders. Flat was not luxury at all. The furniture and the overall condition was 15-20 ago since it was first built. Bathroom was in bad condition with many tiles cracked. The plasterboard had cracks. Low yellow-ish lighting. Low value for money. This looks like the stereotypical subletting flat in London with low customer service and no face to face interaction. I would avoid it at any cost if there are alternatives in a similar budget.

• Amy (5/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Great location Nothing luxury about it. No toilet paper or towels on arrival, in a residential building. Facilities outdated and felt a bit sketchy! However it’s the perfect place for the most basic type of stay.

• Michael (4/5): pleasant after the check in and towel hunt but wont be back after deposit chase - Communication is poor when collecting the key. The usual "Only five minutes away" story!!!! - Many times!!! No towels in the Flat and when asked for them was again to be only minutes but was over an hour and was planning on going out dinner so didnt need to wait an hour and have to make a few phone calls to chase for Two towels!! thanks you for so many towels.... The biggest issue was getting the deposit of £100 back. Numerous WhatsApp messages read but never replied to and weeks of chasing and then "we have problems with the finance department" nonsense. Amazingly after a final phone call the money came through immediately. What a coincidence!
• Mayra (10/5): Highly recommended - Great location! It was near many restaurants and markets. The place was amazing we really enjoy our stay. It was kind hot, but overall everything was great.
• Olivér (9/5): Superb - Location of the property is good for the public transport, local stores and pubs. A local market is near to the apartment aswell. The apartment is close to a police station so it can be loud at night.
• Kiran (7/5): Good - The location was good. It had all the necessary shops around it. Calm and comfortable zone. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. The body shower was missing. There was only 1 fan provided for 4 persons.

Spacious enough for 3-4 people and excellent to have a kitchen and washing machine. Some elements of apartment a little tired, and not 100% clean, but very liveable. Be prepared to supply all necessary items, including toilet paper.
• Michael (8/5): Very good - Quiet excellent location. Spacious generally well equipped flat. Owner very friendly and generally communicated well (just the gaining entry was a minor issue). Good, spacious, comfy flat for that price in central London. It took time for us to be let in. I think the owner was trying to give a personal service, but was busy with other customers. It was a very hot day and the flat was very warm and difficult to cool down, so a/c would be handy in the summer. Tea towels would be useful.

• Michelle (7/5): Over all it was value for money and I would stay again, but the word 'luxury' is an oversell - Location was good and it is value for money if there are 2/3 people staying compare to hotel rooms in the same area Written instructions from Booking.com ie code given was wrong, plus there where multiple key safes. Very quickly resolved by owner, who sent the write information and photos to make it easy. Some basics missing like a tea towel and a bath mat. Flat was very warm. but no instruction on heating (doubt it was on, given the time of year) but to be considered luxury I would expect air con or at least a fan in each room. Black out blind in the bedroom was needed, shame there is nothing similar in the main area where the sofa bed bed.
