- Marina (10/5): -
- Rachel (9/5): Large terraced house good for families - Large house with family bathroom, ensuite, and an extra shower. There are lots of extras left for us like olive oil, spices, and toiletries. Free parking outside the house. Clear instructions on arrival. Very helpful owner who fixed problems quickly. Private garden. Near kinver edge and xan walk into shopping area. Few plumbing issues which were sorted for us.
Extra key would be useful.
Hot tap is labelled blue and cold labelled red.
No Chest of drawers I double rooms.

- Josie (9/5): - Spacious house, plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Excellent communication by Fanda
- Samiya (10/5): Absolutely phenomenal stay! This house was beyond amazing—beautiful, spotless, and somehow even better than the photos. - Everything about the property was amazing.
- Sirat (10/5): cannot be any better than that - everything excellence i like everything
- Mel (8/5): 10 days in Kidderminster - Excellent location
Good facilities
Great communication Parking the car nearby was an issue, lack of street space.
Neighbours could be quite noisy at times
- Kun (10/5): It was amazing time. - Fanda is a very nice person, friendly, and helpful. The house is big and comfortable. There were plants in the flats, and the garden was clean and tidy.
- Jeriton (10/5): -
- Janet (8/5): The house was convenient, not luxurious but had everything we needed. - Well equipped kitchen. Water was hot. Plenty of space downstairs. The first floor bathroom door was swollen so it wouldn't shut. Couldn't find any instructions for heating or the TV although we did have the host's mobile number if we'd really needed the heating. The arrangement of the bathroom on the top floor is a bit strange as you have to go through it to the bedroom, The other shower cubicle is in the double room.. Therefore a shower curtain for the in-the-bath shower would be useful to reduce risk of water on the floor as that's the shower most accessible to single room occupant.

- Andrea (8/5): Overall it was great. We had all we needed and we wood chose it again. - It was close to where we worked. Large enough to accommodate all of us. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like - more just a weird set up - bathroom and bedroom were not separated - which is fine unless you are on the toilet and the other person still in bed. No privacy. Bed wasn’t too comfortable either.
- anthony (7/5): - For a group of contractors it served its purpose.
- Stephen (4/5): Very disappointing would not stay again - Wasn’t cleaned properly, all rooms needed to be cleaned. Curtains in bedroom very torn, freezer was full of stuff which made it difficult to store personal items.
- Julie (10/5): - Great location. The house was clean and had all the facilities needed. Parking good and cottage was close to local amenities and town
- Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and nice place very comfortable Big rooms are comfortable beds
- Wright (8/5): Our stay in Shrubbery Street - We are from Kidderminster so know the area well. The location was great for visiting family and getting to places we wanted to go. The street is quiet, parking was easy and the property was clean, tidy and fit for our purpose. The backdoor key and front door key was a little stiff and took us a few attempts to open the doors. The washing machine didnt drain so I was left with soaking wet washing to take home. This was fed back to the owner and she was fantastic and understanding.
- Julian (8/5): Very good -
- P (1/5): Disappointing - Clean kitchen Key didn’t work properly.Tried to message host but couldn’t get a reply.Eventually opened door.Marks on ceilings and walls.Table clean but badly marked.Notice in the bathroom to run tap to stop smells after flushing the toilet.Stairs very steep and one of our party couldn’t use them due to disability. This was not the owner’s fault but it could have been better described in the advert. We locked the door and left as it was not suitable .A better description would have helped.Host eventually replied but we had travelled home by that time.Host was friendly in messages but we wasted our money .
- Courtney (10/5): Was very homely was relaxing and comfortable - Lovely house very homely and beautiful garden kids loved playing with the balls that were left there Nothing was a realy nice house
- Robert (10/5): Cosy and spacious house - Spacious house, cosy and well appointed. The host was very helpful. Nothing, everything was great!

- Karen (8/5): Great place & good value. - Booked for 3 men working in the local area.
Comfy, clean house.
Near a pub and fish & chip shop. They were happy!!
- Kevan (8/5): Ideal comfortable house for a short stay. - A nicely laid out house, with everything you need. Nice touch to have a fresh pint of milk in the fridge on arrival. Managed to park right outside the front of the house, although in a busy narrow street I can imagine this is not always possible. The only problem we had was the middle floor toilet when flushed smelt like an open sewer, we opened the window and poured a lot of bleach down, but for two days it was vile, it seemed to ease up on the morning we left.
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - Easy to access, well equipped Person using single room couldn't get access to a proper shower as they were both ensuite
- Connor (8/5): Very good -
- Sarwat (10/5): Exceptional - Everyone was excellent No iron we found w
- Mary (9/5): perfect small house for our family group to stay overnight before spending the day on the Severn Val - kitchen is well equipped and some basics - tea etc - in the cupboard.
easy to use for food prep
- Jasmine (9/5): Superb -
- Jamie (10/5): Excellent home, would highly recommend - Very nice home, well presented and cosy. N/A
- Pat (9/5): Superb - We all had a good night's sleep beds very comfortable could have done with a few more garden chairs but over all very nice

- Bleddyn (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (7/5): Good -
- Wilby (7/5): Will stay again - Excellent communication with host. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Very good value for money, will definitely book again. Neighbours were fairly noisy quite late at night.
Lots of used products in the kitchen and bathroom, half bottles of toiletries, open packets of food and drink in cupboards and fridge.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Everything we needed for a one night stayed - 2 bathrooms & 2 bedrooms!! No off street parking but road was ok
- Keith (9/5): Good value for money and easy stay. - Clean and comfy Nothing
- Jasmine (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rob (9/5): Super value & fantastic host/comms 😀 - Super communications from the host - couldn’t have been nicer. Lovely property, great base for our needs. Nothing
- Donald (9/5): Superb -
- Ian (8/5): Nice place to stay with great host. - The top floor room was great and the kitchen had lots of left over items for us to use. And the owner was very helpful. All was good apart from neighbours being noisy and a very busy street for parking.
- Sonya (8/5): All good thanks - Good location, spacious , clean and tidy
- Earl (7/5): Decent for a short stay - The house was well located in the centre of Kidderminster and great for a night's stay. The kitchen was well laid out and the house had good seating arrangements. Communication with the host was fine. There are 3 washrooms, 2 with showers and 1 with a bath. The carpets were a little grubby and furniture and pictures had obviously recently been removed. There were clothes in the cupboards and the fridge was full of half eaten food and drink. The microwave had a plate of half eaten chicken in it covered with a paper towel. There were toiletries and jewellery left in the bathroom.
- Timothy (10/5): On Safari - The front bedroom was being updated and the other two had been done very nicely, the whole facility was comfortable with great kitchen.
Very friendly communication and enjoyed the stay. Would definitely use again. Noisey neighbours may be an issue for some but not a problem for me. Infact they were friendly when I arrived.
