• Marco (8/5): - La casa molto bella e spaziosa,in un posto tranquillo e molto ben collegato . All' interno c'era una bellissima scala in legno e le camere molto spaziose e piene di luce ,con due terrazzini belli spaziosi. La casa non era proprio pulita,nei cassetti e all' interno degli armadi c'era molta polvere.Poi ci ha dato molto fastidio dormire su lenzuola verdi e blu .Le asciugamani gialloscuro..La signora le lavava nella lavatrice di casa ,senza quindi sterilizzarle.. È giusto dormire quando si và in case dove si susseguono continuamente persone diverse,dormire su lenzuola bianche ben pulite e igienizzate.Alcuni mobili della cucina e delle stanze erano un po' spaccati e inoltre mancavano le pentole e padelle ,ce n'erano solo due ,per altro piccoline..
• JUANCARLOS75 (9/5): Comodidad y estancia agradable - Apartamento muy cómodo y limpio. La cocina office un acierto, grande y tenía todo lo necesario. Dispone de galería con una lavadora, muy práctica en nuestro caso. Habitaciones y estancias amplias. Equipamiento correcto. Bien ubicado, a las afueras de Santander pero comunicación por carretera fácil. Además, hay estación de tren a apenas 50 metros. Aparcamiento público en las inmediaciones. Aunque la estancia fue muy agradable y cómoda, hay algunos detalles que se podrían considerar. Por ejemplo, facilitar pastilla para el lavavajillas. O dar más de una pastilla de detergente para la lavadora. También se agradecería poner algún equipo de a/a adicional al ya existente, por el calor (pillamos dos días de alerta roja por ola de calor, increíble en Cantabria, pero cierto). Recomendable también colocar mosquiteras en las ventanas.
• Ben Michael (4/5): Disappointing - The duplex was clean, the bedrooms are big, and if you need to travel by train, its location is great. I didn't like a few things: • It says it has air conditioning, but actually, it is only in the master bedroom. Then there is one fan to share around the house. • There was quite a lot of damp in the living room, not something I expected from a 'top rated' property. • The photos are amazing, but in reality, the property needs some love from its owners; it's a little run down, and the repairs that have been done are cheap and temporary. • It's called Vista Bahía because it's located in Plaza Vista Bahía, not because you have views of the Bahía; the views are of other buildings and the train station. • Only my opinion, but I hate that the towels are green and quite small. Also, the bed linen on my bed was navy blue. Hotels use white for a reason. Lastly, and most importantly, the owner takes a 300€ 'damage' deposit, which is fine, but then he (or anyone else) isn't there to do an inspection of the property at check out to refund you the deposit. Instead, you're made to check out at 11, leave, then await his inspection (for us at 14:30) for the deposit to be repaid. What's more is that a cleaner enters before he has a chance to see the property. This breaks the conditions stated on Booking.com, makes the deposit irrelevant, and obliged me to make a video of the entire house to avoid confusion/blame around possible damages. It was very unprofessional, in my opinion. I tried to give options to solve my discomfort, but the only things he offered was for me to wait until 15:00 to wait for him personally, but having to check out at 11am with 2 young children and a 5 hour drive ahead of us, that wasn't very practical. My deposit was returned in full, but either way, I believe that if a host requires a deposit, they should at least uphold their end of the bargain and have someone present for the check out.
• Sara (3/5): Esperaba mas o por lo menos mejor. - La ubicación Para gustos los colores... Pero los detalles son esenciales para hacer que una estancia sea buena. El primer detalle fue que nos dejaron un único rollo de papel higiénico para 7 personas, con lo cual ya tuvimos que ir a comprar. Nosotros solo usamos la casa para dormir, pero vamos, esta pelada de todo. Las camas son bastante regulares y utilizamos el sillón cama y ni siquiera nos pusieron almohadas, eran los propios cojines del sillón (mas detalles). La casa estaba llena de mosquitos, lo bueno, es como tuvimos que ir a por papel higiénico, pues ya compramos mata mosquitos y la limpieza... muy, muy regular por no decir mal. Encimeras y mesas pegajosas, bañera sin comentarios, cajones llenos de residuos, son cosas que hacen que no te sientas cómodo. En fin, el anfitrión muy majo, la ubicación de la casa buena, cerca de todo, pero el resto a nuestro entender no merece la pena, ya que el precio es elevado para el servicio que se presta.
