• Macdonald (7/5): Good - Good location. Good clean apartment. Great communication from the host It was a bit cold when I arrived, but it soon heated up once the air con was on. I had an issue with the main door key, but soon worked out the technique to open the door

• Aram (8/5): Very good - Location in the old city . You feel that the apartment is a home for someone. This feeling is very good. We booked and get it in 10 min, the owner answer fast. We was in August, it is so warm and the bedrooms doesn't have air-conditioning. No view from the apartment. It is back-side apartment

• Андрей (1/5): Bad - The apartment is located in the center of the town, close to main tourist places When entering the apartment we saw that the the floors in the apartment especially in the living room were in poor condition, the laminate floor was in scratches and wholes in some places, but to stay for overnight it tolerable. After check out the owner started to claim additional charge for the laminate floor repair and lately send us the invoice for 150 eur, claiming that we have spoiled the floor, which was already significantly worn out before our visit. We are travelling a lot and stayed in different places , but it is the first time when the owner wants to make the repair on our account. Obviously we are not going to pay him anything, and we see that claim as a deception. Besides, the owner claimed that we must pay him additional 20 eur for parking which we never used and never confirmed that we will use it. So, don’t book this apartment, I recommend to book any other apartment in Ronda, if you want to have good vacation

• Chinh (7/5): Centrally located apartment - Very central location, close to food places, short walk to attractions Furniture is kinda rundown, bathroom has musky smell due to weak ventilation
• Kevin (3/5): Very disappointed with property & wouldn't recommend to friends - Provided info to open the key safe for the keys but no mention that there were 2 key safe’s & which was the one to use. Wouldn’t normally be a problem but the police would not let us park the car outside apartment block to even access the key safe No info on how to exit/enter car park on foot. Car park very tight turns and small spaces so not for a large car/ SUV without scratching paintwork No indication that there were 3 staircase’s and we needed “C” which was across the courtyard On arrival we found that a green glass dish on the kitchen island had a foot missing The living room shutter was jammed about 30cm up & wouldn’t open or close. The shutter in bedroom wouldn’t stay open as strap was broken The corner bath with shower had no shower curtain so bathroom floor would get wet There was a coffee machine but no pods supplied, we bought pods to find the machine turned on but wouldn’t dispense coffee There is a hole in the floor by the internal terrace door
