- Jamieson (10/5): Great property, great location, Wouldn't stay anywhere else. - 2nd stay at the property as we flew in and out of Christchurch from/to Australia. Cannot rate this property highly enough. Great location, great amenities both inside the property and outside(cafes, restaurants, supermarkets at you door), easy access to the property, and the 4 bathrooms was great with the extended family. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Christchurch.
- Jamieson (10/5): Great property for a large group or family, great location with amenities at your front door. - The location of the property was fantastic. Easy walk to anywhere in the city. The stadium is 300m down the road, Little High Eatery(highly recommend) is across the road, there are coffee shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy walking distance, even some almost next door. We were worried about the noise being inner city, but it was not an issue at all. The 4 bathrooms were fantastic as no one encroached on anyone else. Parking may be an issue if you are not using your car during the day, but weekends and between 5pm and 9am its free to park on the street and we had no issues getting a park for our large people mover.
- Vicki (8/5): Great place to stay in the central city but some of their polices need amending - Great location, clean and great to have the right number of beds. Check in time is too late. Needs to be earlier than 4.00pm and being charged heaps to make it earlier is bollocks.

- Delina (9/5): Great location and we'll presented property - Very clean and comfortable. Fabulous location very close to cafes, restaurants, shopping and supermarkets. Great communication. The great location also means the accommodation is very close to a bar which had very noisy music on Saturday night until after 2am. Suggest packing earplugs for a good night's sleep.
- Tom (9/5): Great property and location for a group visiting Christchurch -
- Lani (9/5): Was fantastic and we will book again for our next visit to Christchurch! - The location was good for what we had planned during our stay. Would have been ideal for onsite carparking, as our friends travelled by car.
- Connor (4/5): Disappointing - Location in close proximity to CBD.
Modern interior.
Several bathrooms.
Beds are comfortable. Check in process was tedious and inaccurate.
Parking advertised was incorrect resulting in additional fee’s of nearly $100.
Host was unhelpful and evasive.
- Emma (8/5): - Location and space for 5 people. Code on door meant we didn't have to share keys. Loud and light overnight, people and traffic. Sound could be blocked by shutting windows, just meant a bit stuffy.
- Jiken (7/5): - Nice property No parking available and it was not clearly mentioned in description

- Rea Celina (9/5): perfect airbnb for a big family or group of friends. a highly recommend this place - location, well equipped nothing
- Stephnie (10/5): Exceptional accommodation. We loved it! - An excellent property, centrally located, cafes etc nearby, walking distance to CBD, and super comfy beds.
- Peng (9/5): - The apartment has a perfect location — right in the city and close to everything. Even though there’s no dedicated car space, there are plenty of paid parking options nearby, so it wasn’t a problem at all. The property itself is in near-new condition, very nice and clean. The only small drawback was that bedding had some stains, which could be improved. Other than that, everything else was good.
- William Vincent (10/5): Very good - Good
- Penelope (10/5): Perfect location for three couples - Perfect for the three couples staying. Clean, well appointed and perfect for walking into town for dinner and a show. All good
- Glen (10/5): - Great location. Clean and warm. Highly recommended Nothing

- Lynne (9/5): Great place for our work needs. - Location and facilities
- Rowan (9/5): Superb - The location is fantastic. It is close to the centre but not too close, and there are lots of eating places around. It is a 15-minute walk from Te Pae Conference Centre, where I spent most of the time. The accommodation was clean and suited our needs exceptionally. In my room, the shower head kept falling out of its perch and was quite flimsy.
