Bathroom needs a mat The Stairs up the back are dangerous and needs a handrail as people staying had problems getting up and down. The stairs in the property need something to stop people falling as it is a small landing.

• Monika (7/5): Good - Big apartment with fully equipped kitchen unfortunately it wasn't very clean. In every room spider webs and spiders. the floor in the kitchen and bathroom unfortunately wasn't washed, the toilet brush was very dirty and in spider webs, the living room smelled of cigarettes and it bothered us a lot.

• Steven (6/5): Could be a lot better . Not really value for money. - Nice living room. Both bedrooms were ok. Nice dining area on the landing of the property. Small TV. Cold draughty living room from poor window. Basic shower with cheap toilet paper - had to buy our own as no spare supplied. Not even a full roll left. Kitchen rather basic. Utensils had not been cleaned by previous occupiers or cleaner properly. The microwave needs a good clean inside. Trip hazard leading into kitchen. Fridge really hard to opens No spare rubbish bags left. Was expected to rubbish down an outside staircase. Criticised by just as unacceptable that dog managed to get in bed and left hairs . No instructions as to what pets cannot do on listing as far as I can tell. Most places charge an extra £20 for cleaning in such cases up front so perhaps this should be implemented. I am register blind and cannot use the lock boxes . Had to ask a passer by to open front four for me. Please consider digital lock boxes. Don’t feel the host did enough to take my sight into consideration. Not a very safe neighbourhood. Somebody banged on the back door loudly once in the night. Police were knocking on doors the be morning.
