• Thomas (9/5): Wien ist immer eine Reise wert. - Die Unterkunft ist problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine kleine Küche mit Kochmöglichkeiten ist auch vorhanden. Es ist eine super Unterkunft für Familien. Unter unserem Fenster wurde geraucht, obwohl alles als Nichtraucher deklariert wurde.

• Anila (3/5): To sum up it wasn’t a pleasant stay at all - The wash basin was clogged on the day we arrived. It was told that it will be repaired on the next day. But even after multiple requests phone calls and messages it was not fixed, neither was the room changed. The locker allocation was also poor. The two lockers that were allocated to us was already occupied.

Wenn man die Tür schließt, hört man nichts davon. Guter Anschluss ans Zentrum mit U1. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Doppelter Übernachtungspreis am Wochenende. TV

• Valeriia (7/5): - Расположение для нас было отличным, в близи к общественному транспорту/вокзалу, возможность бесконтактного чекина в любое время, большая терраса, верхний этаж =) Номер не соответствовал тому, который был забронирован, и не соответствовал описанию. Согласно фото (при бронировании была возможность выбрать разные варианты номеров с прилагаемыми фото) мини кухня должна была быть отделена, а по факту это был кухонный уголок (нуждающийся в более тщательной уборке) при входе напротив кровати! С крана не переставая капала вода, не давая спокойно уснуть. Перечница - есть, соли - нет. На просьбу ответили, но не принесли. Также и с просьбой об утюге - ответили, но так и не принесли. Отремонтируйте душ - он так пищал, что я думаю соседние номера эвакуировались при звуке этой «сирены».

• Hsin Yi (9/5): 交通便利整潔又安全的住宿 - 1.原本預定單房的三人小套房（第三人沙發床），入住前通知升級為有陽台套房（變成有兩房-客廳+臥室），雖然客廳是沙發床，但整體空間不小且相當安靜舒適。 2.地點離維也納中央車站拉行李走路也很方便，只需要5-10分鐘（看腳程，我們都是瘦小東方女性），因為維也納路面非常平整，就算推著很重的或兩個行李也不怕，比坐電車還方便，以後到維也納還會考慮入住。 3.住宿地點附近就有Billa超市與地鐵或是路面電車，就算走去中央車站搭車前往其他國家或是維也納舊城區也方便。 沒有

• Slavica (7/5): Good but been better - The check-in procedure is one of the best. You can add extras such as early arrival, luggage storage and car parking. Rooms have space. There is a coffee machine and a kettle. The beds are comfy. It wasn't the first time in this accommodation and through the years quality has fallen. The main quality drop was the bathroom. The shower nozzle was broken and couldn't change the water drop pressure. There wasn't any shower gel instead they put the hand soap in the shower and didn't fill it even half way up. There wasn't a small hand towel as for now should have been a standard in all accommodations. Apartment doors are hard to close, even our neighbour had problems with it and he had to call support. Maybe to add steps to close the door when leaving the apartment it would have been helpful. You need to hold the door, type the code, close it and hold it till the sound.

• UGUR (9/5): It was a great accommodation that ı have never face a problem - Konumu metro duraklarına yakın, tren istasyonundan 7 dakika yürüme mesafesinde hemen dibinde Lidl ve Ferhat Döner mevcut, odalarda espresso makinesi mevcut, espresso ve çaylar incelik olarak düşünülmüş ek olarak tabak ve çatal setleri hepsi mevcuttu ben genel olarak memnun kaldım sorun yaşamadım kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kapıları kapatmamız için hızlı kapatmamız gerekiyor yavaş kapattığımızda kapanıyor belki buna bir çözüm bulunabilir :)

• Sylvia (4/5): Not pleasant - Location & large apartment In room 222, the drains in the bathroom smelled. We had to pour washing up liquid and boiling down the shower drain each morning because the smell was so bad. The TV didn't work, emailed property management. It didn't get fixed. Same with the door code. It didn't work, sent an email on the Friday, they were no help. Monday when leaving a property manager was trying to get the front code fixed. He then told us about another entry point which no one had told us about. A lot of people were using other people's code to get in. Not good security. We were told that it wouldn't have got fixed on Friday because everyone had gone home for the weekend. Also, the AC didn't work. We asked the cleaner to have a look at it and he couldn’t fix it.

Σε πολύ όμορφη, ήσυχη και ασφαλή συνοικία. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν άμεση. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά.
• Gabi (7/5): Für eine Städtereise voll okay - aber Hinweise auf den Bewertungen gut lesen. Kann hilfreich sein! - Die Lage des Appartment-Hauses war ideal für Ausflüge mit den Öffis und dem Auto. U-Bahn ca. 7 Min. zu Fuß entfernt u. mit dem Auto in ca. 15-20 Min. auf der Autobahn bzw. außerhalb des Zentrums. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gab es einige Restaurants und Schnell-Imbisse. Außerdem zwei Diskounter zum Einkaufen. Die Parkgarage war sehr güntig mit 10,- €/Tag. Wir hatten ein App mit Dachterrasse - das ist mega. Der Ausblick und einfach draußen sitzen, wenn das Wetter passt. In der Umgebung fühlt man sich nicht unsicher. Vor dem Haus ist eine große Fußgänger-Zone, die nachts ruhig ist, so dass man mit geöffnetem Fenster gut schlafen kann. Nur morgens kommt die Müllabfuhr schon ziemlich früh vor 6 Uhr. Das App war von der Größe super für 2 Personen. Badezimmer auch sehr großzügig. Die Sauberkeit, besonders im Küchenbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig. Außerdem wäre ein Abtrocken-Tuch und ein wirklich scharfes Messer sehr hilfreich! - Denn wofür wäre eine Küche sonst gut, wenn man dort eigentlich nur Kaffee kochen soll. Hier der Hinweis, dass es sich bei der Kaffeemaschine um eine Nespresso handelt (wg. Kapseln) Für den Aufenthalt von mehr als 2 Tagen wäre es wünschenswert, wenn man die Möglichkeit hätte, eine zweite Garnitur von Handtüchern zu erhalten. Ebenso wäre ein Besen und eine Kehrgarnitur toll, damit man auch mal den vom Tagesausflug mitgebrachten Schmutz von den Schuhen zusammenkehren und entfernen kann. Der TV hat leider keinen SAT oder Kabel-Anschluss, und man muss sich über sein Google-Konto oder Apps einloggen. Wenn man das nicht hat, gibt`s kein TV oder Radio. - Das ist für uns ältere, aber ansonsten fitte Reisende überhaupt nicht schön!!! Zu bemängeln ist auch noch, dass die Tastatur am Gebäude-Eingang bei einigen Zahlen defekt ist, so dass man auch mit zig Versuchen nicht rein kommt. Mit Umweg über die TG ging`s dann. Und wir haben dann von jungen Leuten gezeigt bekommen, dass man die Türen mit der Buchungs-App entriegeln kann. Super, wieder was gelernt! Aber auch hier wäre ein Hinweis auf der Homepage hilfreich.

• Monica (8/5): Appartamento favoloso ma in una zona davvero brutta. Non ci tornerei. - Lo stabile è situato a pochi passi a piedi e ad una fermata di metro U1 (linea rossa) e Tram D dalla stazione centrale. Suppongo sia il quartiere musulmano. Di giorno troviamo prevalentemente donne con velo che vanno a fare la spesa alla Lidl, Penny, Aldi oppure al mercato con prodotti Halal nelle vicinanze. Di notte invece troviamo vagabondi, barboni buttati per terra, drogati e ubriachi che urlano e persone poco affidabili che si aggirano con fare sospettoso. Leggo nelle recensioni che questa zona sia tranquilla, non so cosa abbiano visto. Era comunque prevedibile, del resto le zone attorno le stazioni centrali di tutto il mondo, nel complesso sono poco sicure. Non ci sono ristoranti austriaci bensì solo un kebabbaro dopo l'altro (ho smesso di contarli) e qualche ristorante turco. Invece in Columbusplatz a due passi dallo stabile, direzione stazione, si trova il ristorante Piazza Colombo, pseudo italiano e Das Columbus che offre specialità austriache. Abbiamo mangiato da quest'ultimo una sera e ci siamo trovati bene. Allo stabile si accede tramite codice. Suggerisco di scaricarsi la loro app con cui si può accedere soltanto con un click, non solo dalla porta centrale bensì anche per entrare in appartamento. Noi avevamo la suite all'ultimo piano. Davvero bellissima, con terrazzino enorme e vista sui tetti. Abbiamo fatto colazione in camera avendo anche il piano cottura. Avremmo voluto farla fuori ma i prezzi a Vienna sono davvero troppo alti, specialmente se si resta per 4 giorni come noi. Un cappuccino 5,50 euro e espresso 3,80 euro! Poi sinceramente ho visto solo una caffetteria in Columbusplatz altrimenti non c'è nulla. Abbiamo preferito comprare dei cornetti e del latte alla Lidl e qualche capsula di caffè. La struttura offre solo 4 capsule e 2 bustine di tisane e qualche bustina di zucchero ma non fa il refill. In bagno ci sono due dispenser, uno con sapone per le mani e uno per la doccia ma non c'è il set di cortesia. Materasso troppo duro e cuscini inesistenti, moscissimi. Suggerisco di mettere a disposizione anche una variante più spessa in modo da poter scegliere. La pulizia potrebbe essere leggermente migliorata. Avevamo capelli lunghi neri dappertutto ed io sono bionda. Suggerisco inoltre di mettere anche uno strofinaccio per le stoviglie. Suggerisco infine di installare telecamere specialmente all'entrata principale e nel deposito bagagli. Un giorno abbiamo avuto un incontro spiacevole con 2 zingari che si sono finti ospiti e che ci hanno chiesto di accedere al deposito bagagli mostrandoci un codice palesemente finto e non volendo togliere il piede dalla porta aperta. Suggerisco agli ospiti di non far entrare nessuno sia nello stabile che nel deposito. Ognuno ha un proprio codice! Ho scritto subito alla struttura e loro hanno mandato qualcuno a verificare. Sono stati gentilissimi. Sinceramente dopo questo avvenimento non mi sono sentita molto sicura visto che poi l'ultimo giorno avremmo dovuto lasciare i nostri bagagli tutto il giorno avendo il volo di ritorno alle 20:00. Il primo giorno poi verso le 10:45 ci ha bussato l'uomo delle pulizie e ci ha chiesto di uscire poiché pensava che dovessimo fare il check-out. Io sono madrelingua tedesca ma questo non capiva quasi niente. Poi dopo le sue verifiche si è scusato perché aveva sbagliato stanza. Fortuna che eravamo ancora in camera! Pensiero finale: Lo stabile è molto bello, moderno. Le stanze bellissime e grandi, insonorizzate (non si sente una mosca) ma la zona non mi è piaciuta. Purtroppo non ci tornerei. Proverei magari ad andare al Limehome Karajangasse in alternativa. Pare la zona sia migliore. Questa è una mia descrizione obiettiva dei fatti osservati e di esperienze fatte. Ognuno ha una percezione diversa e quindi è bene che si senta libero di decidere come meglio pensa.

• Chlupáč (8/5): Pěkné ubytování, nulové služby a nespolehlivá úschovna zavazadel - Zařízení pokoje moderní, čisté. Skvělá postel a matrace. Pěkná vybavená kuchyňka s lednicí a plnohodnotným mrazáčkem, kávovar včetně uvítacích kapslí a čajů. Je třeba počítat s tím, že zde není úklidový servis a výměna ručníků jako v hotelu..chyběl hadr na podlahu na utření vody v koupelně. Příjemné posezení na balkoně, i když do hlučnější ulice. Skvělé dopravní spojení, stanice metra za rohem. V okolí obchody i občerstvení, vše po ruce. Absolutně nespolehlivé úschovna zavazadel. Nepřišel kód ke vstupu. Na vyžádání po drahné době kód poslali, ale v den odjezdu opět nefungoval. Přítomný pracovník nám sdělil, že je naše skříňka poškozená a že si máme kufr uložit na nádraží. Velké zklamání
• Marion (8/5): Ideal für Kurzaufenthalt, wenn Schlafcouch nicht genutzt wird - Lage top, 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß. Zahlreiche Lebensmittelgeschäfte und U-Bahnstation in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen, Aufteilung der Wohnung top. Einfache Kommunikation bei Buchung, unkomplizierter Check-in, unkomplizierter Zutritt. Sauberkeit der Wäsche war top. Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war ok. Die Schlafcouch ist schlimm. Sehr dünne Matratze auf Metallgestelle. Knarzt laut bei jeder Bewegung. Die Lüftung im Bad kann nachts nicht einfach ausgeschaltet werden (außer durch Hauptschalter). Das stört nachts sehr. Oberflächen, Türklinken und Schalter waren schmutzig, die scheinen nie geputzt zu werden.
