- Tiong P (2/5): - Two horrible things happened to our team (6 rooms total): 1. On Oct 12, Sunday. They were celebrating independence day and the discoteque in the hotel played the loud music until 5am in the morning. None of us could sleep until then!!! 2. They did not honor Expedia rate that we booked. They claimed they couldn't find the reservation even though we already gave them our confirmation number. Not staying there ever again!!! I hope Expedia would review and remove them from the platform. Totally No Integrity! Last time we encountered this was when we were in Lome, Togo. Same issue.
