• Kirsten husby (5/5): Helt grei leilighet hvis du ikke har store forventninger! - Det var fint at det var sentrumsnært, kort vei til buss, og til strandpromenaden. Det var bilde av leiligheten på forhånd, med f.eks vinglass på bordet osv. Det fantes ikke annet enn to vannglass, litt bestikk i en eske og noen tallerkener. Det var to steikeplater, men ingen komfyr. Alt i alt var det nokså nedstrippet, men vi hadde det greit. Tv’n var ikke smarttv, burde byttes ut!
• Timothy (8/5): Good cheap accommodation with the PERFECT placement! - - Ice cold AC, one in each room - Perfect location, very central but VERY good sound insulation - Perfect size for two people but we made it work being four - Safe quiet building, no noise from neighbours - Evevator (since it's on the fourth floor) - Washing machine, a big plus for a long stay - 5 minute walk to the lift/stairs that lead to the beach! Amazing! - 1-2 minute walk to central Torremolinos shopping street, train station and bars/restaurants! Amazing! - Only ONE set of keys provided, and they knew that four adults are coming to live there for 10 days. Should be at least two sets, best would be four! - Emptying the "bottle" attached to the AC run-off, could be easily fixed with some piping - HARD bed (we got used to it tho) - Ridiculously small amount of cups, glasses and cutlery. Also too few towels for four people! - Slow answers on WhatsApp at first, and no answer on the provided e-mail at all. But when they eventually did answer they were nice, helpful and all was well!
• Carmen (7/5): - La ubicación desde luego un puntazo, en pleno centro, a nada de la playa, con muy buen acceso al ascensor que baja, y un montón de bares y restaurantes cerca Los aparatos del aire que se encuentran en la terraza goteaban un montón, cada mañana estaba encharcada la terraza

• Jan (9/5): Perfect place for a short stay but little basic if you want to stay longer and cook. - Excellent location, nice apartment in the heart of the town. Comfortable and central but little basic. Had to buy a few utensils for the kitchen.

• Rudolf (3/5): Poor - - very good location: just 3 minutes walk from the Cercanias train station (but don't consider this as a plus for the arrival as you have to collect the keys anyway from 1 km away location). - staff unresponsive and not trained; they shouldn't be in the hospitality sector - at least not in short term rentals: poor English, no procedures, not reachable over the phone in case of issues, etc - confusing check-in instructions: though I've done the check-in online I still had to go and collect the keys one kilometre away downhill (with luggage) - the first night I was disturbed twice by other guests having the same issues as I with the arrival (they thought they booked the same flat as me). - excessive cleaning fee considering the flat was full of dust - excessive deposit - considering nothing was new and high priced inside - WiFi not working for one full day and the staff didn't respond - hard bed - it's in the city centre so it may be noisy; - no basic amenities: water, coffee, oil, salt, sugar etc - hot water in the shower only works for short time.
