• Lopez (8/5): - La ubicacion estaba muy bien, es un barrio tranquilo y se puede llegar caminando en pocos minutos a los principales sitios turisticos La exposición a la calle lo que hace que se escuche demasiado el ruido de la gente que transita. Así como tampoco se puede abrir las ventanas sin estar expuestos. Esto hace que no entre luz natural. A quien no le importe este detalle abre la ventana igual.

• Elena (5/5): Din’t like it - Mattress and pillows were probably a bit better than your average rental. Very small space for living room especially if you want to use the sofa bed. Ground floor as described in the description, but more of a factor because you are not able to open blinds at any point without being completely exposed. Only two chais in the “dinning” area. One of us had to eat standing. We had a problem with the code being wrong upon arrival. The fridge was set to O and completely filled with water. The a/c unit in the bedroom was constantly blinking big blue letters at all times which doesn’t promote good night sleep. There is washer and not dryer. Plan accordingly. Lost power once. Between all of the issue we had to contact property management at least four times. We got responses and things got addressed except the a/c, but you don’t want to have so many issues to start with. The location wasn’t great for the money. Not far from attractions, but not convenient either. I would not stay again.

• Les (8/5): - easy to get code and the check in information and able to leave my luggage earlier too. Which was great!!! safe quiet nice neighborhood. The place was comfortable and clean!!! I had concern and they were addressed immediately via WhatsApp, but never spoke to anyone. Although it was 20 minutes away walking, it make it inconvenient when in the center of town to walk back. I will stay closer next time. Otherwise you will be out all day. Especially during Semana Santa its hard to be out all day. Still the neighborhood is very quiet and residential across the bridge ( very safe and lots of pedestrians ) But be aware of the 20 minute walk. The hot walk does run out so be aware of longer showers.

• Claudia (9/5): Departamento cómodo, muy bien ubicado para llegar caminando al Centro de Sevilla. - El departamento es muy cómodo, es pequeño, pero cómodo. Se encuentra en el Barrio de Triana en donde hay muchos edificios de departamentos y puedes caminar cómodamente. Esta muy bien ubicado ya que para llegar al Centro y demás lugares turísticos solo tienes que cruzar caminando un puente, la caminata es de alrededor de 15 min. y ya estás en todo el área turística de Sevilla. Cuando el alojamiento intentó confirmar mi reservación, quien atendía el proceso por medio de Whatsapp fué IA, entonces por alguna razón no encontraban mi reservación la cual ya estaba pagada; casi de inmediato alguien tomo el mando de la conversación y me dijo que no me preocupara que IA estaba tomando un número equivocado de reserva. Tambien recomiendo que la lavadora tenga tambien función de secado, ya que fué una sorpresa y tuvimos que colgar ropa mojada.

• Adeline (8/5): Séjour très agréable , idéalement situé pour faire tout à pied - L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter et faire tout à pied. Restaurant et magasins à proximité. Parking également. Joliment décorer. Très propre et cuisine fonctionnelle. Personnel disponible en cas de besoin Nous avons eu un soucis avec la porte d’entrée en arrivant. Le code ne fonctionnait pas mais le personnel a résolu le problème immédiatement au téléphone et tout est rentré dans l’ordre. Notre d’amélioration : 3 chaises hautes à disposition pour un logement pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et + donc pas possible de s’asseoir tous en ensemble.

• Valerie (7/5): bien pour la localisation, mais pas fantastique - la propreté, la localisation, la décoration, il y a une supérette jusqu à coté, le parc santa luisa, je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce logement est souvent qualifié de fantastique, il est bien c'est tout, il est bien placé, mais au RDC très sombre, rue un peu bruyante, et les voisins du dessus sont aussi bruyants, l'accès avec DIGICODE, donne des sueurs froide, nous étions enfermés dehors, avec pour seule possibilité un numéro de tel, que se passerait il si cela arrivait à minuit ? nous n'avions pas l'adresse précise, très difficile a trouver, les photos donne une impression de clarté ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas ,
• Eugenio (6/5): - Ottima posizione, arrendo di buon gusto. Od almeno superiore alla gran media. Letti confortevoli, doccia spaziosa e piacevole. Partendo dall'errore meno importante, almeno nel mio caso, ma se affittata in estate abbastanza grave, è l'aria condizionata in salotto non funzionante, cercando online la sigla del problema, non è una cosa che si potesse risolvere immediatamente. L'errore grave ,nel mio caso, è stata la disorganizzazione e inefficienza a seguito di un errore di indirizzo. Premetto, che a causa di un ritardo aereo sono arrivato all'indirizzo fornitomi verso le 21:30, secondo l'email arrivatami il check in è fino alle 21. Dato, però, che l'indirizzo datomi era quello sbagliato la colpa rimane dalla loro parte. La faccio breve non sapendo quanto spazio ho su booking. Ci sono voluti 40 MINUTI per dirmi esca, prenda la parallela faccia 5 metri ed è arrivato all'indirizzo giusto. Sembra facile, ma quando non hai nessuna idea di dove si possa trovare questo secondo appartamento "là vicino" non lo è. Ed io l'ho detta in modo pratico, perchè quando si è finalmente chiarito senza ombra di dubbio, anche lei andatasene 25 minuti prima, che quello non era l'indirizzo corretto, sono io che ho dovuto trovarmi la porta una volta datami la via e ed un numero civico sbagliato. Ultimo punto, se la porta richiede di mettere un asterico prima, dopo , prima e dopo, non potreste metterlo chiaramente nella barra con il resto del pin? Traete godimento a far morire la speranza nella gente? Grazie.

• Judith (9/5): - Sehr gemütlich, sauber, gute Küchenausstattung Sehr angenehme Lage mit guter Infrastruktur (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Parkanlage), knapp 20 Gehminuten vom Zentrum Die Unterhaltung mit der künstlichen Intelligenz war mühsam und nicht sehr zielführend... Außerdem wäre eine Info vorab welche Buslinie direkt vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft führt (C2) hilfreich gewesen.
• Anna (4/5): - La seule chose qui est bien c'est que l'appart est recent et joliment décoré -les fenêtres de l'appart donnent direct sur la rue. Nous avons dû laisser les volets fermés tout le long de notre séjour pour être à l'abri des regards des passants -messages réguliers venant d'une IA... souvent sans interet -nous avons dû rester dehors pendant 2h car la poignée éléctronique de la porte ne fonctionnait plus. Même pas de geste commercial pour le désagrement occasioné -pour couvrir les odeurs douteuses de la salle de bain, ils ont mis un appareil qui asperge du parfum et qui fait du bruit même pendant la nuit. -en bref nous avons trouvé ce logement hors de prix quand on voit la prestation
• Dagmar (9/5): Jederzeit wieder - Das Apartment ist ganz neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche sind alle Geräte, die man auch für längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Apartment war im Erdgeschoss und man hat die Straße gehört.

• Pablo (9/5): Gran estancia en Sevilla - Muy bonito, espacioso y bien situado en Los Remedios, pudiendo caminar a varios sitios importantes de Sevilla en pocos minutos Lo unico que puedo destacar es la falta de aire acondicionado (ajustable) en una de las habitaciones. Yo fui en invierno y me gustaria haber tenido aire caliente o calefaccion en esa habitacion.

• Elizaveta (9/5): Great apartment in a nice place - I travelled with my parents, and this apartment was a great choice. Very roomy, with two separate bedrooms with the bathrooms, and a cosy living room. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were good. The neighbourhood is safe and calm (this is not a tourist zone). The city centre is in 15 minute-walk from the apartment. I loved our stay. The kettle was tiny, and we ended up boiling water in a saucepan.

We would stay there again. - The property management communicated clearly and was very responsive via WhatsApp. It was an overall great experience. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, provided towels were sufficient. There was a slight odor to the apartment which became progressively more pungent over time. We solved this by opening the windows to let in fresh air. Once we figured out this solution it was fine. We suspect the odor issue is related to it being a ground floor apartment in an older building. The apartment did have a scented essential oils diffuser which indicated the issue was being addressed as best possible.

On arrivait pas à ouvrir la porte, ils l'ont ouvert a distance en 5 minutes Aucune place pour garer la voiture. Bruyant la nuit car c'est un rez de chaussée dans la rue

Están utilizando AI para responder y no funciona adecuadamente, pero luego al hablar con humanos la respuesta es correcta y dedicada.
• Inga (10/5): - Saubere Wohnung. Alles was man so braucht war drin. Absolut gut gelegen. So ziemlich alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war jederzeit verfügbar sobald man Fragen hatte. Dieses auch abends. Beim nächsten Besuch werden wir diese Wohnung wieder mieten.
• Bert (8/5): - Mooi ingericht appartement. Ruime slaapkamers. Goede badkamers. Voldoende handdoeken. Wasmachine en vaatwasser aanwezig. Het inchecken verliep moeilijk. Op de dag van aankomst kregen we een ander adres door dan het adres dat we 2 dagen eerder doorkregen. We stonden dus aan het verkeerde appartement . Het eerste adres was immers het juiste. Gelukkig waren de mensen vlot bereikbaar via WhatsApp. De uitleg om de deur te openen klopt ook niet helemaal met hoe je het in werkelijkheid moet doen. Maar uiteindelijk binnengeraakt. En dan kom je in een prachtig appartement. Bij het keukengerei ontbrak een kurkentrekker.

It just gets a little noisy in the morning with a lot of people passing by but it’s all good. It took a whole for their customer service to provide me the details. They did not even send it to my email nor any other communication channel like in the booking app or email. They didn’t send it in advance. They only got to resolve after an hour that we were already at the location and freezing outside.

• Vanina (5/5): Muy bonito en las fotos pero poco funcional para personas reales - Lo mejor del apartamento era la ubicación. El apartamento no está preparado para 4 personas y menos para niños. La mesa de vidrio que estaba delante del sillón debíamos moverla cada noche para poder abrir el sofá cama siendo la misma grande, pesada, delicada y peligrosa para niños. Hemos solicitado algún tipo de alternativa y no tuvimos ninguna solución. Tampoco contaba con utensilios para 4. Solo 2 vasos, solo dos sillas en una mesa alta tampoco apta para niños en un espacio limitado.
• Eric (9/5): - Prima appartement. Rustig gelegen. Goede locatie, net buiten de stad, in nette wijk. Check in zonder iemand te zien, met een code, dat vind ik persoonlijk minder. Omdat het appartement op begane grond ligt meteen aan de straat ligt heb je eigenlijk altijd de luiken dicht. Ook overdag. Dat kan beklemmend aanvoelen.

• natasha (4/5): dismal - the location There was a major issue with the door locking system and on arrival I could not access the property. Long story short, only for my brother in law who lives there, I would have been left standing in the rain! Instructions were to never press the LOCK symbol on keypad but if you didn’t actually press this when closing the door, you could never get back in! Also the sofa bed was in front of a huge glass table so I have no idea how you were expected to open the couch into a bed as there was simply no space. The previous dirty linen was left inside the door in black bags. While the property at first were good with communication the 3rd time I got locked out they hung up on me and I heard nothing else until the following day. I was there with my elderly parents and happy I arrived before them so they were not locked out! The location was great and the apartment itself very nice but the ordeal of being locked out with shopping bags in the rain, no actual sofa bed and lack of service ruined it.

• Wiltrout (9/5): A comfortable little apartment. - The room was quite comfortable; the shower was hot with nice water pressure. It was an easy walk to the Plaza de Espana. We needed the washing machine by the time we arrive, quick was the reason we chose this apartment, but it was better than we expected. The apartment number was not on the building, and the building was actually across the street from where the number should have been. We wondered around and could not find the place. However, I spoke to a representative on the phone and were to locate the door. Look for the white door across the street from the fruit store. With that exception, everything went smoothly.
• abner (9/5): super appartement avec tout le confort très bien situer a 500 m du centre pour de super vacances - l emplacement tout leconfort, la décoration de l appartement la possibilité de regarder Netflix et la télé connecter avec toute les langes. 500 mètre du centre ville correspondants présent et aux p'tits soins la literie tout y était pour un bon séjour.

La Información sobre la ubicación no estaba correcta, no conseguíamos encontrar el número 58 de la Calle Montecarmelo. Este número no existe. También hemos tenido problema con la puerta del apartamento, el pestillo estaba suelto y nos quedamos atrapadas sin poder abrirla por un buen tiempo. Creo que debería haber una salida de emergencia. También sería bueno dejar el manual para encender la vitro cerámica. ¡Gracias!

• Lavinia (7/5): Why such a high rating - Quite enough space for two people. Comfortable bed and quick response from the staff. I honestly do not understand why this property has such a high rating. We had multiple problems with this accommodation. Let me start: The apartment has a very odd setup, probably an old garage. This matters because you enter directly from the street, and the walls are really thin — you can hear everything from outside. This should have been clearly mentioned in the description. I would not have chosen this location if I had known this. You constantly feel like someone walking by could easily break into your apartment. Next, the smell from the bathroom. It was really bad almost all the time, and even worse in the evening. No matter how long we kept the ventilation running, the smell wouldn’t go away. Then, we had several problems with the door. It worked fine for the first two days, but afterwards, we sometimes couldn’t open it at all. The staff was responsive and helped us each time, but honestly, knowing they could unlock our door remotely made us feel like we had no privacy at all. :( Also, we specifically asked for an ironing board. They told us there was one at the property — which was true — but it turned out to be a small tabletop one. We needed to iron my wedding dress and my husband’s suit for our “trash the dress” photoshoot, and it was almost impossible to do so. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Lastly, the location is not as good as we expected, so it didn’t make up for the other issues. To sum up: the staff were polite, but we felt there was no privacy, constant noise, and a general sense of insecurity. Overall, it made our vacation more stressful and uncomfortable than it should have been.

• Carlos (9/5): Nice ground floor apartment - Small apartament, with all you need for the stay, nice decoration, new facilities, relatively good location. Quick reply from host. A bit noise from the street due to be ground floor. Door lock can be tricky but with the help of the host all turn out well.

• Anne (9/5): Super séjour, une adresse à recommander et à conserver - L'emplacement était stratégique puisque l'appartement se trouvait à 20 petites minutes à pieds du centre historique et se trouvait donc dans un quartier plus calme avec des commerces à proximité. L'appartement était propre et spacieux et les équipements complets et récents, voire neufs. La climatisation était aussi un plus bienvenu en plein été. Un plus, oublié jusqu'au moment de l'arrivée : une salle de bain par chambre. Les lits étaient un peu trop mous à notre goût et les coussins peu confortables. L'appartement ne semble pas très bien isolé phonétiquement car nous avons été réveillées par des voisins et des passants dans la rue plus d'une fois.

• GLENDA_80 (9/5): Appartamento top con cucina super accessoriata - Organizzazione degli spazi, accessori cucina molto variegati, luminosità, letto comodo, posizione abbastanza comoda rispetto alla fermata del bus. Gestore molto gentile Nel complesso non ci sono aspetti che non ci sono piaciuti. Per il nostro gusto le sedie del tavolo non sono comodissime, ma praticabili. Non potete lasciare dopo il check out le valigie nemmeno in strutture affiliate (il gestore è stato gentile e ci ha dato un’ora in più, ma ci ha indicato un punto a pagamento dove lasciarle custodite).

• Cansu (9/5): Het is een fijne ligging met veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Mijn verblijf heb ik fijn ervaren - Dat er twee badkamers waren met airco. Vaatwassen en wasmachine waren aanwezig Parkeren voor het appartement was tegen betaling. Iets verderop konden we wel gratis parkeren.
