Jason (9/5): A great find and just what I needed. - Took me a little while to find the poroperty but that was more my fault not reading things properly. The room and facilties were excellent, bathroom a little small but that is probably more about me and my size. Nothing really it was great. Couldn't really fault any aspect of my stay there at all.
jaklien (10/5): Surf break in Cornwall - It was a lovely place and value for money for a surf weekend in Newquay. Close enough to the beaches, to town. It was very quiet as well as its a bit tucked away from a busier street. I liked the surfy decor as well. Staff was super helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend it. Nothing to fault really.
Jacob (6/5): Was adequate but would perhaps not stay again unless for the odd night - Was in a decent spot to access all the local attractions and was quiet enough as required The operation of the central heating was slightly odd, coming on at 10pm at night making it difficult to sleep as with being a small room and on the second floor so already warm enough! Would definitely not recommend staying more than a couple of days unless you are planing to eat every meal out and only spend time in the room of a morning and when sleeping.

Harris (10/5): Perfect! Will be coming again if I’m in Newquay. - It was so easy to access, parking is available nearby as free street parking so don’t stress if you haven’t got the first come first served parking with the accom. It was a bank holiday weekend and half term and I still didn’t struggle to park. I couldn’t control the heating for the room individually but the host immediately resolved this and adjusted the heating on their side as it was a hot weekend.

Eleanor (10/5): Really comfortable little bolthole - The bed was so comfortable I was looking at the brand of the mattress and duvet! Really nice accommodation that suited my needs perfectly and a short walk down to the sea. Parking is tight...but it's Newquay!

Barnes (9/5): The Scots Couple - Central location, free parking, very comfortable bed. Not much to dislike, there was no hot water tap in bathroom but no big deal just use kitchen one.
Thomas (10/5): Great little stay - Was a very comfortable room with a lovely bed and everything you need for a short stay. Lovely and clean and the staff communicated well via email. Close to the town centre and a weatheespoons so don't need to use the cooking facilities provided if you don't need to. Was quiet and the couple of other guests a bumped into were Friendly. I liked everything.

The decor was modern and welcoming, bed was comfortable, clean modern bathroom, it had all the facilities we needed. Appreciated the parking spot. Owners conscientious to make everything as comfortable as possible.

Wayne (8/5): Great apartment and lovely host - Really great location. Very friendly and helpful host. I had a little issue with a leaky sink which was resolved very quickly and professionally. Overall, I had a lovely stay and I would recommend Seaview to anyone who wants a compact base to explore Newquay and the surrounding areas. I was in the Atlantic Penthouse room, which was well decorated, very clean and comfortable. However, the ensuite was very compact and it was difficult for me to move around in the bathroom without bumping into things (I am 6'4" and am a big guy, so if you are normal sized you might not have this problem).

I work around the country and I've stayed in a lot of guest houses and this one of the best ones. very clean & comfortable. super comfy bed. warm & quiet and great value. I'll definitely be back again. there was nothing I didn't like.

Louise (9/5): Lovely place for a short stay - The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything I needed for my short stay. It was handy having a parking space although I was pleased I don’t have a large car as it was on the small side. The bathroom is very compact but has been nicely done.

It’s compact but very comfortable and clean, and Jessie was a wonderful host — helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond. Perfect for a short, relaxing stay and excellent value for money! If anything, the hangers, but that is being very picky:-)
Gabi (7/5): - We had a great stay! The room was in a fabulous location, nicely decorated, warm, quiet and comfortable. Lots of equipment to use in the rooms kitchenette. The hosts were super lovely and even upgraded us which we were very grateful for. Close to a supermarket, bars and the beach. Slightly dirty in places but not too bad.
