• Solanke (1/5): The management of the apartment gave us a remarkable memory as the worst holiday ever due to our experience. The pictur - It looked good on the advertisement. It was a fake luxury apartment. Great in picture but not what was advertised. The room I paid for was not what was eventually given to us. I paid for kingsize bed but were offered 2 single beds that were ill-jointed which kept separating, forming accidental ditch when sleeping at the centre of the bed. The bed was not stable at the base as it is on a tiled floor. In between the separated bed we found a lot dirt, coin, lighter, cosmetics bottle that has been hanging for long. Our sleep was greatly impacted by with so much dissatisfaction for the two nights. I made the complaint after the first night but nothing positive was done, yet I paid in full. This particular room that we were given was cheaper on advertisement, I did not opt for it rather chose the more expensive kingsize. We brought food to cook but returned everything back home and we had to eat out all through our stay. Cooker was shown on the advert but was not functional. It was just an audio kitchen set up.
• Claire (1/5): The decor is great such a shame as we are building in the city would have been a regular booking - Nice decor No hot water? The mascerator stunk of poo on entry to departure. The king size bed is two beds put together the right headboard was broken. The freezer was over filled with thick ice and the fridge door did not close.

• Mizz (2/5): Very poor - Nothing I was cleaning the most time that's ot fair I came for holiday not for the property was dust and really damaged black cartoons it was all dirty dusty was all damage the floor desks black black blocks by the website a lot in the kitchen on top of the microwave on the stemic fan and kitchen fan was all Justice toilet was dust dirty the seat was here men's hair or anyone here everywhere was not clean the shower had was dirty the sides was dirty the sing was blocked the toilet single was blocked and showers shower places also blocked I feel so bad I feel so sad so said that I have been on that property this time As I said the location is nice the areas beautifully the places nice but the one thing is was dusty not clean the fidgety the towels the pillowcases the duface all of it is dust and looks like it haven't been opened this studio apartment for long but flat once like three flat four five they all I think is clean and stuff the cheat me as well because I have a book for one bedroom flat they give us as a family Force persons to others and two children to a 2D is so tiny and it's so dirty and the windows are not cleansed webs thank you
• Monica (3/5): Overall, very disappointing and stressful. - The location with its close proximity to town centre and the seaside. The kitchen was in great condition and clean. A nice garden at the back. We booked the room as it said in its description there would be 2 beds. But, instead we were allocated to a small room with 1 bed for 4 adults. We called around the time of arrival and the respondent told us it was an error on booking.com’s side. Apparently, they had contacted booking.com a month ago to resolve the issue but it hadn’t been resolved and we were told false information about the room. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have booked the room as 1 bed is not designed for 4 adults and if we were warned of this error or contacted beforehand, there wouldn’t be any misunderstandings. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor which gave us an overall stressful experience. Furthermore, the room stated there would be wifi but for the 3 days we stayed it did not work. Also, the heat in the room was unbearable as there were 4 of us cramped in a small room with a broken ac and 1 bed. I would like to add one more thing, it is that the bathroom window is very transparent as we could see one of our friends from outside while she was changing and using the toilet. And this was during the day, so it would be even worse at night with a bright bathroom light.

• Tony (5/5): Incorrectly listed rooms - Location was perfect Room was listed incorrectly. Said was 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. But we was given a 1 double bed appointment for 2 adults and 2 kids. The baby was fine as we brought a travel cot and the teenage had to sleep with her mum while I had to sleep on the floor. This needs fixing as the information should be correctly listed before booking. I checked my end, and the room was fine for us if the info had be correctly listed.

• Valle7 (1/5): Bad - Location We booked one bedroom studio apartment with a separate bedroom, kitchenware, dining room, and garden views, but we got a tiny room like a kennel with a fridge and microwave. After spending all evening and half of the day they moved us to another room, better than the first, but not the one we ordered.
