• Jessica (10/5): Beautiful 3 bed house - Quiet area, big kitchen, garden, very clean, excellent location for Yorkshire wildlife park The house was immaculately clean and smelled amazing as you walk in, The area was very quiet which we loved, and got a good night's sleep after a long day travelling. It was a 5-10 minute drive to Yorkshire wildlife park. Loved the little touch of a teddy bear in the room my daughter slept in. I would definitely book again if I am in the area.

• Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - It is a fabulous location for us as my cousin lives about 25mins away. Better than us all squeezing into a single room at a Premier Inn, felt like home so will definitely be coming here again.

Close to 2 pubs that do food, burger bar, another bar, and convenience store. all 3 beds were very uncomfortable and the drive was way too narrow to park the car in.
• Leanne (10/5): Exceptional - It was welcoming, home from home. A perfect stay for us as a family. The little touches made a difference, condiments in the cupboard which you may forget, cleaning equipment, shower gel, soap etc. My little girl loved that there was a teddy on the bed, she cuddled it all night. Beds were comfy, everything we needed for a perfect stay as a family. Even the dog loved it.

• Craftwitch1 (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful neat and clean house. Roomy kitchen with table and chairs. Comfy lounge, two toilets, three bedrooms. Quiet location opposite a small garden centre. Short walk to pub and convenience store. Short drive to Doncaster centre, racecourse, the Dome etc.
• Louise (8/5): Nice, clean, modern house with parking - Lovely big, clean, modern house with parking on a quiet street, very comfy sofa, great kitchen and bathroom and a good sized garden. I kind of expected tea bags and milk to be there, but maybe I've been spoilt at other places. The pillows were very flat, I wish I'd taken my own.
• Tracey (5/5): Passable - Very nice clean house and very quiet area. The front door was hard to open. All the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows were very thin. We didn't get any sleep. The grass also needed cutting.
• Sweyn (6/5): Definitely not "immaculate" - but acceptable for 4 or 5 people just wanting somewhere to crash. - Location is good if you know the area, property was very clean internally, and the price is good value if a group of 4 or 5 people just want somewhere to crash and aren't expecting much more. The title is "Immaculate house in Doncaster" doesn't really reflect the somewhat minimalist / bleak / lacking in comfort tone to the property, such as the radiator that was falling off the wall, the overgrown back lawn that needed cutting, the poor quality mattresses / pillows or the general decor / furnishings - that said, given that the property is in 'Branton', which definitively isn't in Doncaster (as the listing title states), I suspect there is some artistic license being taken with the descriptions ('Wikipedia' and 'Welcome to Yorkshire' websites are pretty clear on where Branton is / isn't) - we figured out why the property was in this state when we saw the 'For Sale' sign laid on the grass in the back garden (it's up for sale online and is obviously being rented out until sold) - I can't blame the owner, but all the furnishings are very cheap, you can feel the bed supports / batons through the mattresses they are so cheap and the pillows are the thinnest I've ever encountered (another reviewer even mentioned that people should bring their own pillow, and I agree) - but this means that the most important part of any stay, i.e. the sleep, wasn't great - in general the furnishings don't match / they look like they were bought from a second hand store / charity shop, which makes sense as the sales listings online shows the property unfurnished, so they've obviously bought the cheapest possible furniture etc. to tide the property over as a rental until it is sold. In the end the property is ok if your expectations are set at the right level in advance. It was a hard one to rate, and it's definitely not a 9 or 10 out of 10, but equally Booking.
