• Kostiantyn (4/5): - The location and cozy bed. The owner is a lier. I came to Kaunas in the morning and we agreed previously that I can leave my luggage and go while the apartment will be cleaned. However, when I came she told me that she didn't guarantee the safety of my things while they are in the apartment with the cleaner and I need to wait until check-in time, while the cleaner is there. So I had to wait until 3 PM. When I entered the apartment I saw mess with the bed, dirty towels and so on. In 30 minutes someone knocked my door. Guess who it was? A cleaner. It appeared she didn't manage to be on time and the apartment wasn't cleaned. Still I had to walk with my luggage under snow while the owner was telling me lies about cleaning the room. There is no sink in the bathroom, so you need to brush your teeth in the shower. The bathroom is old and dirty. Many dirt on the ceiling. It's awful overall.

• Beāte (8/5): It is good place to stay if you are students or family without kids. Thank you! - Very good location, old town is in a 5 min walk, but grocery store is in a 15-20 min walk. There was almost everything for cooking, except matches and oil so be aware of that. The building is pretty old but everything is still fine.

• Andreas (1/5): Highly NOT recommended - Nothing except the location NO HEATING with temperatures -4 up to -8 per night. The heading was less than 10 Celsius in the apartment Despite my msg to the owner their reply was that they can't help me due to that is a central heating. They were contacted by Booking.com and they agreed to provide me with some extra heating - THEY didn't do anything. There only concern was that I should leave them €4 city tax and their msg was like they were mocking me :( The building is old as from 1940. They had heading in n common areas instead of the apartment:( NO Lift since the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Plus No sink in the so called bathroom- unfinished parts of the bathroom UNPROFESSIONAL
• Marie (8/5): Perfect location and a nice spacious apartment on the top floor! - Location is perfect! A very spacious apartment has everything you need. This has nothing to do with the apartment. We had very loud live music and DJ three nights in a row across the street, assume mostly because it is end of summer parties and /or beginning of school/Universities.
