• Petr (6/5): - The property listing states that breakfast is included in the price. However, as this is an apartment-style accommodation, breakfast was not provided as a standard hotel service, but only in the form of ingredients for self-catering. The range and quality of these ingredients were entirely insufficient and unacceptable. Guests had to purchase their own breakfast supplies at their own expense. Therefore, the information regarding 'breakfast included' is misleading and false
• Edwin (1/5): Betrug: in der Wohnung gibts kein Frühstück und sie ist mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar. - Schöne Lage, aber so gut wie nicht erreichbar und schon gar nicht mit dem Auto! Das Angebot war komplett verlogen - ein echter Betrugsfall! Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, die bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar sein sollten. So wurde die Wohnung vom Vermieter angeboten. Aber 1.) Gab es überhaupt kein Frühstück vom Vermieter (Betrug!) 2.) War die Wohnung nur über 80 alte Steinstufen über 50 m Höhenunterschied erreichbar - Eine Zumutung für unsere Rollkoffer!!! 3.) Konnte man vor der Wohnung auch zum Ein-Ausladen überhaupt nicht mit dem KFZ halten (so hatte es der Vermieter angeboten) 4.) Hingen in der Wohnung Steckdosen in der Küche aus der Wand heraus und Lampen über den Betten waren Nachts nicht auszuschalten Das ganze ist eine Zumutung gewesen! Wegen des betrügerischen Angebotes fordern wir Geld zurück! Wenn booking.com da nichts unternehmen kann werden wir mit unserer Rechtsschutzversicherung und einem Fachanwalt Schritte in die Wege leiten!

• Franck (8/5): Appartement très agréable mais procédures et informations à simplifier - Le lieu et la région : très beau et came L'équipement de l'appartement : moderne et complet. La propreté générale. Le manque d'accueil par une personne. Les longues infos écrites pour rentrer, mais sans noter les détails simples et pratiques : code de la boîte à clés, code Wi-Fi ce qui nous a amené à attendre 1 heure avant de rentrer.
• Keller (9/5): Erholung pur mit Blick auf den See - Sehr schöne, moderne und gepflegte Wohnung. Alles war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Seeblick ist einfach traumhaft – wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

• Angela (10/5): Awesome romantic experience by the lake - Literally everything was so great, the location (awesome view towards the lake), calm place, especially since we were off season it was perfect. The whole place was super clean with all you need for a long or short vacation. Well equipped, carefully decorated and designed. I can't think of anything in particular. The only thing i may mention is that the breakfast was different than our expectations, but it may be our mistake that we didn't read carefully, since it included packed stuff like croissant, bread, marmalade and choco cream.
• Mathias (9/5): Prima, würde ich wieder buchen. - Schönes Apartment, schöne Lage direkt neben der Villa Fogazzaro, alles da … Die Unterkunft liegt quasi direkt am Wasser, letztlich aber hat man in der Wohnung nur sehr wenig „See-Feeling“. Nicht schlimm, ist keine Kritik. Aber es ist so 😉

• Nurullah (8/5): - direkt am See, ziemlich sauber, geräumig, sehr ruhige Lage trotzdem in der Nähe von Lugano. Parkplatz an öffentlichen Strassen mit Parkkarte. bis zur Unterkunft hat es einige Stufen. das Sofa, die Kochutensilien könnten und die Küchenschränke könnten ersetzt oder geputzt werden. Frühstück ist irreführend. Es hat Kekse und Kaffee.

• tony (9/5): Great stay in family apartment with views over absolutely beautiful lake . - Great location, absolutely beautiful area. The property is well set up , Clean and tidy , plenty of room. Has everything you need for a stay , great for families. Has amenities and toys for kids available. Coffee , tea , hot and cold drinks available. Had breakfast supplies available. Stove and cooking supplies available if wanted to cook own meals. Wine and chocolates were a really nice surprise upon arrival. Communication with host was great throughout the stay. Very quiet area and a great place to stay and base yourself to explore the wider area. Parking available on streets nearby which was very handy. It won’t be an issue with most healthy /able people but amount of stairs to access the property makes it quite difficult for people with mobility issues. Also quite challenging to carry heavy suitcases or bags up and down stairs to get to the property. All in all , just need to be prepared to have to use lots of stairs.
• Graciela Cimillo (8/5): Lindo pero alejado - Nos costó mucho encontrarlo, con la dirección de booking llegamos a Livorno y tuvimos que regresar, estábamos cansados y se nos complicó, no está en Bellagio está cerca de Gandria, de Lugano. No está sobre el lago di como. El lugar es lindo pero complicado de llegar y alejado.

• May (7/5): Reste convenable malgré condition d’accès - Code d’accès non recu au préalable. J’ai contacté booking pour l’obtenir via l’hôte. Sinon les clefs était dans la boîte accessible sans pb ( une fois le code réceptionné) . Vue incroyable sur le lac, par contre condition pour y accéder compliqué surtout en pleine chaleur. Pour accéder à l’appartement ruelle très étroite et très contraignante pour accéder avec des valises. Parking en hauteur permettant 10 places maximum. Route sinueuse pour y accéder. PS: non recommandé pour personnes âgées et avec poussettes

• Mun (8/5): Quiet rest stop on our road trip journey from Northern Italy to Northern Switzerland - Clean and tidy. Thankfully air conditioning worked well as it just happened to be a very cold wet February evening. Very peaceful place. I enjoyed it very much. Only the check out time!!! 10.30 or 11.00am would have been even nicer for us

• Oksana (10/5): It worth to return again ❤️ - Perfect place to spend calm time with your family. Location is comfortable to travel to different places in Switzerland. Italian cleanliness and hospitality as always at a high level 🥰 The apartment is equipped with everything necessary , even for a baby. I’d like to return here in summer!
• Cvetelina (9/5): Great apartment with a lovely view - The location is beautiful, the view, the bedrooms and amenities. Overall a great stay. There was Prosecco, jam, milk and cornflakes left for us by the host. The instructions and video were very useful The air con had a problem the first night Dixie not work but using Google search and restarting the whole system paid off. We had no issues with the luggage but for those who do not like carrying up and down a few stairs might be an issue. Also I had no clue about how to dispose of the rubbish and separated it only partially as detailed instructions were not given.

• Danuza (10/5): Perfect apartment - From the beginning to the end the experience was perfect! The apartment is so pretty, clean and comfortable. If you wanna explore Italy and Switzerland, which was our case the location is ideal. The view from the apartment is unreal, and the surroundings fairly tale like. It was really hard to leave, and next time certainly we will stay longer. The host is exceptional, before you ask any questions, she gives you all the answers. 10 out of 10 for Claudia and her lovely apartment. Everything was perfect!

• Fidan (9/5): Superb - Beautifully furnished, very engaging and interactive hosts, clean and well supplied. Lovely welcome message, baby toys and breakfast supplies provided. Parking is available and all information is provided for where to park. 1. Parking a bit tricky with pram/luggage but not impossible. 2. Stairs to get to property are plentiful and difficult for any one with mobility issues. 3. There is only one shower room and a separate room with a toilet and sink, so for the whole accommodation there is 1 toilet and 1 shower. The information on the booking.com advert should explain this a little more clearly, but for a family of 4 adults and a baby it was not impossible to navigate, just would have been good to know ahead of time.
• Malgorzata (9/5): Charming, clean and very spacious apartment - Very spacious, clean, beautifully appointed apartment. Gorgeous little balcony overlooking the lake. Bottle of wine on arrival. Lots of food items for breakfast. Charming location in the middle of a historic village. Helpful host. The public transport to or towards Lugano is very limited on Sundays.

Wasn’t a problem for us but with very little kids it might be a thing.

• Nikolia (7/5): Good - We would definitely come back to the location which was an exceptional experience. Specifically, the architecture of the buildings, the view of the lake, the beautiful gardens, and the narrow streets. The host was very kind and warm. The communication was easy and everything was explained before we arrived and we were given precise directions which made everything easily accessible. At first the house was not as clean as one has to be. There were open products available from previous guests. One of the products provided was expired. There is one bathroom available and one WC. The bathroom was located inside the one bedroom, therefore it was not convenient for those staying in the second bedroom. We were two couples, so maybe it’s more convenient for a single family. From a personal point of view the interior decoration of the apartment does not match the architecture of the exterior area.
