• Tasleem (1/5): - I recieved a room with no tv working amd rooms without any windows on a very hot night no fans either apart for a. Bedside table fan so at midnight I got moved to another room with my 3 kids we turned the tv on and it said searching for connnection we didn’t bother we left 9am in the next morning amd my deposit wasn’t returned saying the tv was not usable please dont book or stay at these apartments

• Claire (7/5): Apartment lovely, location not so - The furnishing of the apartment was amazing. Really well done inside. The balcony was a little dirty, there was no sun as it is undercover. As it got later, outside got noisier and there were many people with loud music in the outdoor space so did not like to use the balcony anyway.

• Sadaf (2/5): My stay here was fine but I was really disappointed that basic necessities were not available, I have stayed in many air - The property was very spacious and a good size for a family to stay in, it had the right amount of beds and a spacious living room and 2 bathrooms There was a number of things wrong with this property, especially as I am in an air b n b business myself, first of all I don’t know what you pay your cleaners for, the floors were so filthy and very dusty, secondly the bedding was all wrong, all the beds had different size duvets, I stayed in the main bedroom and the main bed didn’t have a big enough duvet for that size bed. In the second bedroom there is a massive cracked wall behind the headboard of the first single bed as you walk in. Which does not look aesthetically pleasing, that should be sorted out, the whole apartment definitely needs some paint job as it all looks so old and cracked paint everywhere. The balcony is not safe at all, there are massive gaps that any little child can just fall through, I had 2 toddlers with me and I couldn’t risk leaving the door open as they can easily just fall through, the balcony on the opposite side has put fencing in front of those gaps and has made it safe. There wasn’t the basic necessities, there was no bin bags, we had to go a buy them, there was no cloths for us to wipe the sink, there was a horrible old sponge, like simple basic things were missing from this apartment, that I had to go and buy to use while I was there.
• Sam (2/5): Staying here was very disappointing for me and the family - No breakfast offered The key to the back door was snapped in the keyhole and there were so much cigarette stubs on the balcony which would suggest that it hand't been cleaned for a long time because no one could gain access to the back. It was just filthy, especially for me as a non smoker.

• Maariyah (1/5): Dont book - Spacious The whole checking in system, if you ring them to ask for help, they will simply tell you to just follow instructions. Despite when we arrived in the evening it was dark, there were so many different entrances and walking around & around with luggage and a toddler, trying to find the room was extremely difficult. The lifts don’t work. Very inconvenient and dangerous for kids as their is no banisters and its just all bricky. There was a strong smell of illegal substances around the building. The dirtiness, the dust accumulated around the apartment, the stains on the cushions, and the feeling of being unsafe in the apartment, due to an incident where a group of lads, tried to get into the apartment at night! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

I didn’t like where it was located as there were rats outside all over, there was a weird stench from the hallway as I was trying too finding our apartment, which was quite complicated. Not very clear instructions. No staff around to really ask for help. The bathroom in the bedroom was not working very well as the shower pipe was leaking. And the door to the balcony was very hard to lock.

In the first email the photo was not present so I chased The hallway was dirty inside the bedroom no widows so got really stuffy and hot. Ventilation in ensuite was poor so toilet had a smell.

• Mohammad (9/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment in good location - Very clean and spacious. Every little detail has been thought of to ensure a comfortable stay. Clear and easy instructions for self check-in and check-out. Good location with plenty of parking and local shops and restaurants/ take aways.
