Warren (9/5): Well-appointed unit, in great location, with a fantastic host. - Was an absolutely fantastic host - readily available, accommodating and friendly. Also very appreciative of the special touches, like chocolates and a bottle of wine on arrival. Enjoyed the location, being very central in Newlands, and there is on site security and parking. Enjoyed the well appointed bathrooms, and was nice to be able to open the balcony sliding door and enjoy the songs of birds etc from the nearby river.
Gregory (8/5): Very much enjoyed - Lovely, quality unit Very well equipped kitchen Good location Quiet As mature overseas guests, deposit payment on arrival could not be effected by us by phone. We had to rely on a local relative. We could have easily dealt with this prior to arriving in the country. Also could not use our US netflix account and had to rely on a local relative. Very hard master bed - could be solved with a thick mattress topper. No 'summer' bedlinen No aircon
Mmabatho (10/5): My stay was amazing and well worth it. Definitely a place I will come back to and advise others to do the same. As a Dur - What a wonderful find in Newlands! Our stay was a treat. The apartment is beautifully decorated- I loved the art. It was well stocked with everything we needed to start our stay. The welcome snacks were an unexpected surprise. The apartment is within easy walking distance of shops & restaurants. The host was lovely and was great at responding to all our questions. I truly appreciated the space to quieten down and rejuvenate. We will definitely be back here. While the main bedroom has space - the second bedroom is on the smaller side. But this wasn’t a big problem for us, at all.
Peter (8/5): Potentially an excellent the property when finished.. - Location, security, clean, comfortable. Probably not ready for rental. Building and grounds were being finished, still finishing off decorating and ground work. Pool was not clean on arrival. Prefer a folder of instructions and recommendations rather than on line.
