• Jeethandra (10/5): Lovely pool - Beautiful pool on top floor. Crystal clear water. Elevators to top floors. Walk way to market Too far from Patong Bangla. Need to take taxi which could be costly on a long stay. I wish the staff was more friendly too.

• Taavi (10/5): Near to day and night life of Patong but far enough to give you good sleep. - I been there on every visit since 2017. Rooms are very spacious, cleaning staff is near perfect. Due Covid had a cap from 2020 to 2024. 2025 stayed again 10 nights. Hotel has gone through renovations, layouts are same but newer and more up to date. Hotels own amenity Shampoos are Amazing. Like usual in Thailand, staff reacts as well you behave with them and their property. In my case they were amazing and helpful, used their Motorbike rent (Remember to do International one) and Laundry service what was with Next day delivery. Their roof pool is very nice and has enough space for around 12-14 people. Patong if from walking distance and road directions from hotel can take you all over island. Hotel itself doesn't have bar but 7/11 is literally next door on the right as you step out from hotel and restaurant on the left. Additionally 2 min walkaway there is semi hybrid market where you can buy clothes and haggle and food pricing is mixture of local and tourist. The view what you get is bit of a lottery, there is possible get 3 views. 1 Mountains upfront, alley street on the right and next door building 3m of you on the left. Use cash as there is 4% card charge when using card to pay, get friendly with local staff, on arrival tip for second card (Up to you as much) and you are pretty golden.

Удобное расположение. Круглосуточный ресепшен. В соседнем здании находится бар, было немного шумно от них до 24:00, но это не претензия к отелю, а для сведений будущим постояльцам, которые рано ложаться спать)))

We rented a scooter easily there and had access to the taxi and other transportation too. The shower drainage was blocked and the water level rises up after every shower. The water smelled like sewage water.

• Venessa (1/5): It wasn’t a pleasant experience and most of the reception staff are not friendly. - Nothing The pictures are deceiving, it’s apartments not a hotel. Even the apartments are like a block of flats that do not look appealing like on the photos. We stayed for one week and the apartment was not cleaned for the entire stay they only make the bed, so the bathroom remains filthy. The staff also doesn’t replace the towels to fresh and clean ones. The water is lukewarm in the shower. They don’t refill tea and coffee, when you request it they tell you that they are too busy to attend to it and have many guests. The staff does not provide information about the place such as reception dialing code, checkout time however on day of checkout the reception lady calls you rudely to check out. When you request to leave luggage before checkout the reception lady is very rude and tells you that she’s not going to be responsible for your luggage. The reception staff was often rude when asking for something they will tell you they are busy. The reception area is crowded with bikes and tour information centre. The reception bathroom is leaking.

• ปพัชญา (5/5): Not so bad - It is located just about 10 minutes from the beach(By walk), and importantly, it's right next to 7-11, where you can buy whatever you need 24/7. I love it on this point ❤️ Even though it's during the New Year, it wasn't overly crowded. My sleep was good. The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations. I made a reservation during the New Year and tried to contact the staff, but no one answered the phone. There was no real contact number for the place, which made me quite frustrated at the time. There were two places nearby with the same name, and I ended up wasting time going to the wrong one. The room wasn't very clean, and the air conditioning wasn't as cold as expected. Patong looks beautiful at night, but during the day, I found it quite ugly.
