• Bailey Clarke (4/5): - The location. Had to go out my way to recieve communication about how to check in. The place was not clean crumbs and stains on the worktops and the fridge. Burn stains on the radiators, hasn't been hoovered in a long time, stains on all the couch pillows, bathroom sink doesnt drain, the black chairs are broken and there is no cutlery. The mattress on the bed has 0 firmness can feel the baseboard when you lie on it. Cupboard doors broken, mirror hanging off Great location but not worth the money. Hope if I ever come back that it gets some TLC as it has a lot of potential.
• Debbie (5/5): Great location for 1 night clubbing - Location was fab, right in the heart of everything. Communication with the host was poor, didn't get access instructions till the last minute. Still waiting on a response for my late check out query! All worked out in the end but the place could be cleaner, extra bedding was like something out a jail cell, mouldy shower curtain etc. For 1 night out clubbing it was perfect though

• Christopher (10/5): Fantastic Apartment - Beautiful apartment right in the heart of the city. Excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. So close to the city but no noise from outside when in the apartment.

• Chris (1/5): Woeful. Hands down the most unpleasant apartment I’ve ever used for a short term stay. - Location was handy. Property was unclean; it resembled a flat before an end of tenancy clean where the residents have vacated and left all manner of clutter. Mouldy shower curtain, stained bedding, broken furnishings across every room. A strong smell of bleach coming from the wardrobe which too was unusable and full of clutter. No bin bag in bathroom bin so waste just fell on to the floor. Next door was an evidently a heavy smoker which permeated through the walls and make the entire apartment smell. I paid for two nights but vacated after one and booked alternative accommodation. Needs significant renovation before being anywhere close to lettable by professional guests.

It was not as advertised on booking.com there was no cutlery the door frame was broken you couldn't close the window properly there was no toilet roll in the apartment the fridge was smelling musty definitely not worth £135.00 for the night d
• Ebony (5/5): - loads of broken things around the property including mirrors, chairs, bedside cabinets etc. maybe at one point did look like it’s pictures but looks like it’s been through some parties, drug paraphernalia around the property and just generally looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last people. we were left standing in the cold waiting for the property owner to send us check in instructions without any prior message to say that we needed to send our ID before receiving these.

• Rebecca (5/5): Good location would benefit from some extra touches - Location was great There wasn't enough spare bedding, the futons were not very comfortable, it was fine for one night. No tea, coffee or sugar provided, cuttlery was sparse, no forks!

Ho contattato il proprietario per chiedere di avere il necessario per 4 persone, visto la prenotazione era per 4 ma avevamo in dotazione solo due asciugamani e nessun lenzuolo per il divano letto, ma non ha mai risposto
• STEPHANE (1/5): beau voyage en écosse, gâché par les 2 dernières nuits dans cet appartement. - emplacement malheureusement gâché par l'état de l'appartement. voir ci-dessous. appartement sale, fenêtre cassée, table nuit cassée, banquette lit cassée, sale avec un matelas épais de quelques centimètres. Réservation pour 4 personnes, avec uniquement linge de lit et de toilette (douteux) pour 2 personnes. insalubrité de la sale de bain. Bref, séjour gâché à Gasglow. Cela mérite dédommagement.

• Andrew (2/5): Avoid - To be honest there was nothing to like. The place was filthy, especially the kitchen and toilet. There were many broken things, including sofa beds with broken slats and large screws sticking out. I was shocked that this place is listed for the price it is; even a hostel would be cleaner. Additionally, the entire apartment reeked of curry.
