• Enea (8/5): A comfortable, romantic apartment in the centre of Tirana - I enjoyed the location, it was two minutes walk from the main square. Although the road was awful due to the works and the building a little old, the apartment was excellent. There is a lot of room, the sofa is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean and useful. The only thing that bothered me was the road works, I hope they’ll be finished soon.

La signora che si occupa dei servizi é stata incredibilmente gentile. La casa è strutturata in un unico ambiente, é stato un po’ sgradevole dormire nello stesso posto in cui si cucinava.

• Jeppe (9/5): - Excellent location, central, quiet and with a bit of view. Finding the place could be a bit difficult but instructions and the video made it easy. Really nice place, everything worked as intended. Not a classy or luxurious place but absolutely value for money. All was fine.

Comme dit dans les autres commentaires, il ne faut pas se fier à la "façade" car l'endroit est très safe et proche du centre. L'appartement est vraiment moderne et le lit très confortable. La salle de bain était super propre et la cuisine aussi! On ne s'est pas fait à manger lors de notre séjour mais j'ai pu voir qu'il y avait pas mal d'ustensiles si besoin. Hôte très réactif sur WhatsApp! Wifi pas ultra performante mais cela était sûrement dû à la très mauvaise météo lors de notre séjour! Ce qui n'est en rien la faute de l'hôte :)

• Enrico (1/5): Soggiorno terribile. - C'e stato un problema con l'acquedotto pubblico, per cui siamo rimasti circa 36 ore senza acqua in casa ed il gestore della casa non ha fatto nulla per alleviare il problema come per esempio portare qualche bottiglia di acqua in casa. Inoltre via chat e per telefono mi aveva promesso un risarcimento che in seguito non mi ha dato.

Comme souvent en Albanie ne pas trop s'inquiter de l'état exterieur du logement, il est en parfait état à l'intérieur. Echange facile et indication claire avec l'hote pour récupérer les clefs. Je conseille à 100% ! On s'est senti très bien dedans. Un marché tous les matins dans le quartier. RAS

• Marta (6/5): Not a good location for a solo female traveller - The flat was very nice and clean. The location for a solo female traveller didn't feel safe at all. During the day the area is a market so at night everything is shut down, no one in the street which is not one of the main ones. It was all dark to get to the building, I had to ask a friend of mine to walk me home.

We konden ten alle tijden vragen stellen via WhatsApp. Het appartement was erg schoon en het was een fijne uitvalsbasis voor ons verblijf in Tirana. De smart-tv deed het niet (verbindingsproblemen). We vonden het jammer, maar absoluut geen dealbreaker. Ik heb dit gemeld en ze zouden er naar kijken.

Booking.com customer care take no responsibility in such cases and you will just lose your money even after explaining them everything. The more days you book, the more you will lose as there is no way to get back your booking amount. The most you can do is to write a review. There is no way to upload video so I have added screenshots from video that you get as part of check-in. It looks like some shady area and this apartment is inside an under constructed building on 3rd floor only to reach using broken stairs (no lift). The listing only shows internal rooms of property without disclosing other surprising details like under contracted building , broken stairs, no lift service, the building entrance is not reachable by car. Go through other customers reviews as well to decide if it's a suitable place for anyone to book and stay.

The staff sent us instructions for check in/out and the exact building location which was v helpful. The apartament is very beautiful and comfortable. A socket over the sink to heat the kettle and a few tv channels would be a plus.

House of leaf & the central post office is just a few steps from the apt. The host is very responsive and easy going , allow us to check out a little bit later. Easy check in & check out. The apt is cozy, the bed & sofa are very comfortable. We have a very good sleep when staying there. The smell of smoking is really strong every time when we are back & open the door even we open the window for ventilation. The street downstair is bit too dark and quiet at night.

So beautiful and clean place, new. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great kitchen with some equipment. We picked this apartment just to be close to the bus to the airport and it was a great choice :-) I recommend this place to everybody! Everything was great :-)

• Diana (7/5): The apartment looks nice at first glance and is not bad value for money but it is lacking some basic essentials for an a - The property looks nice and modern. The bed and couch are comfortable. There are some basic essential things missing. The bathroom has no hooks for towels or anywhere to hang to dry your towels. We only received 2 bathtowels and a smaller towel which we used as a bath mat and had to ask for extra towel. We were only supplied with 1,5 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights, which is obviously not enough. There should be one roll for every night. We got an extra roll when we asked for it. The kitchen is also incomplete and does not have any power outlets other than the one that the fridge is using. There is no kitchen towel and sharp knife for cutting, no microwave/oven.

• Amèli (8/5): Very good - The place was newly furnished and very cute. It was cozy, warm and very clean. The location is quite central and close to almost anyplace by a short walk. I liked the self check-in as well and the host made it very easy to find the house. There wasn’t much lightning in the room when there wasn’t sunlight. Also there was a shared hall and kinda not much noise cancelation with the neighboring home. The bathroom also didn’t feel very private because of the huge window without any curtain. The window was tinted but the shape was visible nonetheless.

• Romishell (10/5): I highly recommend it for anyone looking to experience the best of what the city has to offer. - Me and my husband recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lucas Studios, an exquisite luxury accommodation nestled in the heart of the city center. The Studio’s location is unbeatable. Situated right in the bustling city center. Public transportation is conveniently close, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff was professional, and always eager to assist with any request. The room was the epitome of luxury, elegantly designed, it featured contemporary decor with a touch of classic charm. The bathroom was equally impressive. It is a state-of-the-art, including a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, added to the comfort and convenience. It is located at the 3rd floor with no access to elevator. But would still give this accommodation a 5 star.

• Ross (7/5): Comfortable with no major issues - Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was right next to the main square. Pretty quiet. Check-in instructions were good. Overall I would stay again No blind on the windows in the shower room, although the glass was frosted at night it was a bit uncomfortable going for a shower with the light on. The shower was also very slippery. Netflix didn't work on the TV. Kitchen was missing some basics for cooking like salt and oil.
