• Fernanda Tiemi (10/5): Anfitriões excelentes! - Quarto não era tão espaçoso mas tinha espaço suficiente. Camas confortáveis até certo ponto. Paguei super barato pelo café da manhã e era um prato bem proteico e saudável, perfeito para começar o dia. O que mais gostei foi o serviço gratuito que eles dão para as atrações da cidade. Os anfitriões explicaram e deram sugestões de tour para o Tianmen Mountain e Zhangjiajie National Forest Park de acordo com o ticket que compramos. São super gentis e solícitos. Tem opção de usar a lavanderia de graça e uma taxa para secadora (o que não foi cobrado, eles deram de graça nossas roupas limpas e secas). A localização um pouco difícil de achar mas está bem sinalizada. A região é um ponto bem turístico cheio de restaurantes e barracas de comida então não é preciso andar muito pra achar o que precisa. Nada em específico. Apenas o banheiro que não possuí box então durante o banho, o chão fica molhado. Mas não é algo que me incomodei.

• Li San (7/5): Good location but the cleanliness could be improved. - The location is unbeatable. 5 mins walk from Tianmen mountain cableway entrance. There are lots of cafes and local eateries in the area. The reception is very helpful and kind. He helped me to carry my luggage to level 5 and down when I checked out. I was given a room on level 5 with no elevator. The walls behind the headboard has holes and not completely sealed. I could see dust trapped inside the wall and not sure if there were insects trapped inside. I did see one small spider crawling past my blanket. The toilet is small and the entire area gets wet when you shower.

• Giancarlo (10/5): A Zhangjiajie come a casa. - La struttura e` semplice ma accogliente, in posizione strategica: a pochi minuti dalla cabinovia per Tianmen Mountain ed in una zona ricca di locali dove cenare o bere qualcosa, pur rimanendo tranquilla e sicura a tutte le ore. La nostra camera era un po` piccola ma abbastanza comoda e dotata di tutto quanto puo` essere necessario per un breve ma piacevole soggiorno. L'accoglienza da parte di Lucien, il nostro host, e` stata quella di un vecchio amico, facendoci sentire come a casa. Ci ha aiutato a prenotare i biglietti e ci ha dato tanti consigli per sfruttare al meglio il nostro tempo a disposizione. La struttura non ha ascensore, ma nessun timore con i bagagli in quanto Lucien ed il suo staff vi aiuteranno in qualunque momento. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e vi tornerei volentieri.

• Rafał (10/5): Hotel with great staff and perfect location. - Great staff, the owner/guy at the desk was really helpful in getting all the details about visiting local national parks. He planned out step by step (map with interest points and sequence of their visiting) which attractions should we visit first (having in mind opening and closing hours of Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain). Lightbulb in our room stopped working and they changed it immediately. Location of the hotel is also a big plus as it is located ~150 meters away from cable car to Tianmen Mountain, as well as restaurants and local shops which is very convenient. All was good.

• Bastian (10/5): Los mejores host - Lo mas destacable son sus hosts, los chicos fueron un 10, nos ayudaron a contratar la entrada para el ingreso al Zhangjiajie National Park, el host sabe hablar ingles lo cual es de gran ayuda. Y tuvieron la amabilidad de lavarnos la ropa y secarla en tiempo record, por lo cual estamos super agradecidos. Tienen un lindo gato. Esta cerca del punto de embarque hacia Tianmen Mountain. Ofrecen servicio de lavado de ropa gratis, y secado por 30 yuanes ($4,34 USD) La cama es algo dura, pero los hosts de verdad son demasiado amables.

La gérante a pris en charge pour moi toutes les réservations. Merci !! La situation de l hotel est idéal ; pas de bruit et pourtant dans le centre avec tous les commodités autour et à proximité du Mont Tianmen et de tous transports pour visiter les parcs. J'espère revenir dans la région et sans aucun doute je reserverais à nouveau dans cet hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel +++ rien
• viviLP (7/5): Hotel sencillo - El hotel esta bien ubicado, con una relacion precio calidad muy buena. Pasamos 4 noches. El personal del hotel nos ayudò con la compra de las entradas a los parques y en explicarnos el mejor recorrido, fue excelente. Està bien ubicado cerca de la aerosilla para ir al Monte de Tianmen. Pasamos un poco de frio en las habitaciones, fuimos en el mes de enero, invierno. Otra cuestiòn es que nos alojaron en un cuarto piso al que se accedìa solo por escalera. No hay desayuno, pero en las habitaciones hay herbidor electrico.

He goes out of his way to help in any way possible. Plus the cat is so friendly. The beds were a bit hard and the shower needs a longer curtain.

La posizione della struttura é ottima, nel pieno centro della città e a pochissimi minuti dalla Stazione ferroviaria e dalla Cabinovia per raggiungere Tianmen Mountain e la famosa porta del Paradiso. La struttura inoltre si presentava pulita e ordinata con tutti i beni di prima necessità compresi. Il personale super! Lucien e la sua collaboratrice sono stati persone stupende, ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare sia l’escursuone al Zhangjajie National Park sia alla Tianmen Mountain. Inoltre ci hanno garantito il servizio compreso di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Veramente gentili e professionali. We appreciated all the advises from the host, as he would always try to recommend what to do depending on the weather and helped us booking tickets! As a plus, he speaks English, which is really helpful! As a possible improval, the room was not really isolated so it was cold. However, there was anAC that heated up the room. There is also heated blankets, which can help as well.
• MissKarencia (10/5): Awesome staff and cozy place - My friend the receptionist gave me such good tips and planned my itinerary explaining every night the next day and best English I could find in the whole Zhangjiajie it was nice to talk to him even if it wasn't that much (I was sooo tired trying to do everything). Fully recommend, the area is nice and full of street food and cheap massages haha. The room has its own AC so you have to wait until it warm up the room but they also put an electric blanket very cozy for the cold nights there. And just in front the hotel street you can take the bus for the Zhangjiajie National Park which was 12 yuans and 40, 45 min of distance. Nothing bad maybe something to consider and it's in the description, no elevator. I was in the fifth floor so after all my hikes going up those stairs felt like going up the Tianmen's Cave stairs 😂

Llegamos y fue una persona completamente amable, nos ayudo hacer la ruta de los parques, aclaro nuestras dudas y fue una comunicacion increible. Pero aparte de eso, nosotros perdimos una equipaje en un tren. dos dias despues de haber llegado al hotel nos dimos cuenta. Le dijimos lo que sucedio y comenzo a buscar soluciones inmediata, llamo a muchas personas y logro dar con nuestro equipaje que se encontraba en otra ciudad. Estoy totalmente agradecido con la persona que fue y es. Recomiendo este lugar. Estoy seguro y espero que la vida te premie amigo por hacer las cosas con tanto amor. Quien sabe, algun dia volvamos a vernos. Te deseo mucho exito en todo lo que hagas. Mi agradecimiento hacia ti es infinito

• Claire (10/5): - L'hôtel était très bien situé, dans un petit quartier sympa et près d'une des entrées du Mont Tianmen. Le personnel était vraiment agréable et nous a bien accueilli. Malgré le fait que nous étions arrivés en avance de plusieurs heures, nous avons pus laisser nos valises dans l'hôtel et avons eu la chambre en avance. On nous a également fournis des cartes pour les visites des parcs et on nous a expliqué le chemin et les meilleures recommandations. La chambre était propre et confortable. Malgré les problèmes d'isolation, la climatisation était fonctionnelle et nous avions même de petits chauffage à disposition dans le matelas. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel si vous souhaitez visiter Zhangjiajie ! Le seul petit point à titre informatif pour les prochains utilisateur: il est indiqué 24h/24h mais l'hôtel étant géré par peu de personnel, la réception ouvre vers 8h (je suis pas sur de cette information) et ferme vers 00h.

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling, making us feel truly welcome. The location is perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie and nearby attractions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie! Especially the staff, which is super helpful and will help you out with anything you want!

• Fuentes (6/5): Funcional si solo quieres pasar noche de paso - Está muy bien situado para realizar turismo en la Montaña de Tianmen y rodeado de calles llenas de puestos de comida callejera y barata, perfecta para desayunar, comer y cenar. Hablan inglés La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, cama incómoda, la ducha estaba en el mismo espacio que el vater y se acumula el agua hasta generar charcos y no se va, ni lo absorbe la rejilla, fatal, el baño muy mal.

• Michelle (9/5): Lovely & cozy. - It was lovely cozy accommodation in a gorgeous little alleyway. Very close to lots of food options. A few minutes walk to the Cable car for Tiannmen mountain. Lucian was very helpful witn recommendations and bookings. Would highly recommend it.

• SloveAleks (9/5): Satisfied - Excellent value for money — around $80 for 4 nights in Zhangjiajie is a great deal. Very spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for a comfortable stay. Clean and generally well maintained. Convenient location close to a supermarket and cable car. The heated bed/mattress was a real highlight — extremely comfortable and perfect during cold weather. One of the best sleep experiences I’ve had while traveling. The apartment could benefit from some renovation: windows don’t close perfectly, there are drafts, and a few elements feel worn. Communication with the front desk was mostly done via a translation app. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

• Luis (10/5): Una unicación precisa! - El alojamiento está ubicado a 100 metros de la estación del teleférico que los lleva a Tianmen mountain. Hay varios restaurantes al rededor. Incluso hay un starbucks y Lunckin coffee. La persona encargada del hotel habla inglés muy bien y es un guía experto que te indica las rutas para la montaña. También te ayuda con la compra de las entradas. Está ubicado a 10 minutos en taxi de las 72 torres building. El único “pero” que le doy es que no tiene ascensor. Sin embargo, yo estuve con dos maletas grandes y no fue un inconveniente.
• Artemij (9/5): - The manager spoke great english and was very helpful with planning the routes for the attractions around the city - giving us maps and planning the exact route we should take. Free bottles of water were a plus, and for this price - it's definitely worth staying. The owner's cat was also very friendly and pettable. The room we had was a little cramped for 3 people - with our luggage on the floor, it was sometimes hard to move around the room.
