- Nurani (10/5): Amazing stay, would come again! - Prime location, in the heart of Mega Kuningan. The amenities are just what we need. House keeping is fast in responding, friendly staffs and receptions. Amazing stay! The restaurant / breakfast location is the only thing that I don’t like. It look old and less luxurious than the apartment rooms. If hotel can improve the interior of the restaurant, that would be better.

- Zakaria (8/5): Overall good - Staff was nice to give me an upgrade. The superior rooms were a bit below standard as the furniture are old but the executive apartments have newer furniture. Service is really good and the staff were very accommodating and they allowed us to do a late check out because our flight was delayed. The location is amazing, lots of restaurants and malls at walking distance. Furniture of superior room is old and dated.

- Thorsten (10/5): Oase der Ruhe im hektischen Jakarta - Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich - Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Am Empfang war insbesondere Asri sehr freundlich und hat bereits am zweiten Tag unsere Frühstücksvorlieben gewusst. Auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren stets zugewandt und hilfsbereit. In unserem Zimmer gab es die Möglichkeit selbst Wäsche mit einer Waschmaschine zu waschen und hinterher zu trocknen. Das Waschpulver wurde gestellt! Das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr ruhig. Es hätte gar nichts besser sein können. Alles war ganz großartig!

- MTBG Widjaja (9/5): Top verblijf - Net als tweede huis - Dit is het tweede keer dat we hebben hier verblijven. We voelden ons meteen thuis in dit ruime appartement, gelegen op een veilige locatie. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig — van comfortabele bedden en een fijne douche tot de Ranch Market om de hoek. Perfect voor een ontspannen verblijf! 🌿✨ Na onze terugvlucht uit Australië kwamen we voor ons tweede verblijf (2025) weer aan in het hotel. Door een demonstratie onderweg deden we er ruim twee uur over vanaf het vliegveld, waardoor we pas aankwamen toen het restaurant al gesloten was. Toch zorgde de vriendelijke medewerkster Agnes ervoor dat we nog een warme maaltijd op onze kamer geserveerd kregen — zelfs om 22:15. Wat een geweldige service en aandacht, daar zijn we enorm dankbaar voor! niets

The check in process was easy and great. The room very spacious, nice and clean. The bed was comfy. I don't have anything not to like.

- Zaiful (7/5): Nice 2 bedroom suite but that's about it. - The 2 bedroom suite size was good and nicely furnished, equipped with everything including kitchen, washing machine, ironing room, dining room & living room. However we didn't use any of them other than beds and bathrooms. The location was great for the event that we were attending. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The pre-check in communication with the staff. I had to change our stay dates and I was grateful for them to allow us to change the dates however for some reasons they keep approving and denying the change of dates several times every time I reply to their approval, which I found very unprofessional & very stressful. I travel to Jakarta a few times a year and we usually stay at St Regis, Four Seasons & Raffles in Jakarta and the reason we booked at Oakwood this time was due to recommendation of a friend. I was rather disappointed because other than the suite size was big, nothing at this hotel I think it should be rated 5 star level. The breakfast buffet, the lobby, the pool area, etc are more like a 4 star level. And first time I did not receive any welcome amenities at a 5 star hotel.

- Kaetzchen (8/5): お部屋が清潔で広く、設備も整っている長期滞在者にはおすすめのコンドミニアムです。 - ・前半4泊した後、バリ島で11日過ごしてまたジャカルタに戻り帰国前に5泊した後半分のレビューです。 ・気を利かせていただいたのか、まったく同じ階の同室にしていただいたようで、使い勝手が分かっている分過ごしやすかったです。面白味には欠けましたが。。 ・ジャカルタに戻った際に、ピックアップする荷物を一つ空港に忘れたのですが、フロントにサポートをお願いしたところ、関係するところにすぐに連絡を取っていただき、最終的には空港に直接取りに行きましたが、その日のうちに回収できたので、よかったです。サポートにはとても感謝しています。 ・前半のレビューでも書きましたが、同建物内1Fの裏手にあるスーパーRaunch Marketは、本当に品揃え豊富で、特に子供用の食事のための食材とオムツの調達にはとても助かりました。 ・前半の宿泊後もそうでしたが、チェックアウト後数日以内に、お部屋へ残していったものをリストアップしてレポートしていただけます。前半に子供のおもちゃを置いてきてしまいましたが、バリ島へ移動後にメールをいただき、見つけていただけたので、後半宿泊時まで預かっていただけ、無事再度チェックインした際に回収できたのはとても良いサービスだったと思います。 ・シャワーが使っているうちにだんだんぬるくなるのは残念。お湯も貯めても一人が入った後はかなりぬるくなるため、熱々のまま保てないです。再度入れるのは時間がかかるので、結局子供以外はほとんど湯船にはつかりませんでした。 ・前半に続き、後半でもセーフティボックスが壊れていました。再度依頼するのは面倒だったので、そのまま使用せずでした。ただ、旅の途中で予備のお財布を紛失したことがわかり、こうした点があることで、少し疑心暗鬼にはなりました。

- Kaetzchen (8/5): 長期滞在者におすすめできる綺麗で、タクシー利用前提ですが、買い物に行くのにも便利なコンドミニアムです。 - ・お部屋は広く、2ベッドルームで、子供を２人連れても安心の広さでした。綺麗に掃除もされています。 ・インドネシア滞在中前半3泊、後半4泊こちらで泊まりましたが、長期滞在者には必須の洗濯機＆洗濯用ラックが備わっているのは本当に助かりました。 ・TVがインターネットTVなので、いちいちFire Stickなどをもっていって付けなくても、自宅同様にYouTubeが見れるのは子供のために助かります。 ・In-Room Diningは美味しかったです。お酒は注文できません。 ・何かリクエストをした時のスタッフの方々の対応はとても迅速だと思いました。 ・ホテルの1Fに Main Lobbyとは反対の出入口側にRaunch Marketという夜10時まで営業しているスーパーがあり、広さはそれほど広くない割に、品揃えがかなりよいので助かりました。子供用のオムツ（メリーズ）、お豆腐、お米、プレーンヨーグルトなど、子供に必要な雑貨・食品がすべてこの1店舗で揃ったのは大きかったです。お酒(Bintan Beer各種やSanMigel等）も買えます。Main Lobby出て道挟んだ向かいのビルの１Fには、ローソンとファミマがありますが、日本のような品揃えはないです。おにぎりはなかったと思います。 ・Pacific PlaceやGrand Indonesia等周辺にたくさんモールがあり、タクシーで10分程度でどこもいけるので便利な場所にあります。 ・お風呂のシャワーははじめは熱々が出ますが、使っているうちにだんだんぬるくなってくる癖がある出方をします。勢いは強く出て〇です。特に遅い時間に入る場合は、ぬるま湯スタートで終わりはかなりぬるくなるので、換気扇つけていると寒かったです。 ・空調は最高温度に設定してもキンキンに冷えるので、基本は切っていましたが、切ってちょうどいいくらいでした。 ・前半宿泊した際にセーフティボックスが壊れていて、フロントに伝えるとすぐに直していただけましたが、11日後に再度宿泊した際には、同じ部屋でまた壊れていたので、少し心配になりました。 ・32Fでしたが、目の前に高層ビルがあり、隙間から遠くの景色が見えるくらいで、眺望はあまり望めません。逆に夜になると向かいのビルの室内が丸見えで、こちらも見えているのだろうとカーテンをしめていました。 ・最寄り駅はかなり遠いので、移動は基本タクシーです。Grabでも、Gojekでも大抵数分で来てくれます。夕方は渋滞があるので、15分程度かかることもあります。 ・朝食ビュッフェの品数はそれほど多くはありませんが、毎日変えてはくれていました。味はまぁまぁでした。
- Bmz1977 (10/5): - الفندق نظيف ومريح وفخم طبعا حجزي شقة من ثلاث غرف الاطلاله رائعة من الدور 22 ماجربت فطورهم علشان اقيمه لكن تحت الفندق في مطعم وكوفي ومحل صب واي وايضا سوبر ماركت كبير يعني ما تحتاج تخرج من الفندق الي يبغى يقضي فيه يومين قبل السفر او حال الوصول لاشي
