• Yen-chiang (9/5): - 住宿地點離火車站很近，走路只要5、6分鐘，交通很方便，只可惜已經離開墨爾本的免費電車區間了。 獨棟公寓，房間空間尚可，廚房設備、調味品都很充足，附近也有超市，很適合自己煮飯的家庭旅客。

• Jill Ian (8/5): Quiet location but close to the action. - Attractive property in a good location, close to rail, easy access to city. IGA within walking distance, great place for a self catering break saving $s, however there are several pubs and restaurants close by. It’s 3 levels of living with a patio on the 4th which is great but that means there are quite a lot of stairs. Probably not the best option for elderly or disabled. It worked for us though.

The airport taxi we booked via booking.com phoned to say they were going to be at least 35 minutes late. Not acceptable when you need to get to the airport for a flight.

Beds were very comfortable rooftop garden, beautiful beautiful view of the city. Very good location.

Own roof deck. Great for a group of 2 couples early 80s and early 70s respectively. Good bathrooms. Good open plan living kitchen lounge on middle floor Quiet suburban location with city views. No T-towels in the kitchen
• Mcfayden (10/5): Our stay at Flagstaff was exceptional, I would highly recommend to anyone with a family or large group - Property comfortably fit our group of 7, modern comfortable furnishings and appliances. The location was perfect, just enough out of the cbd that the street wasn’t loud and busy but a short work away from everything. Check in and communication with host couldn’t have been easier. The rooftop was a standout feature, would highly recommend. Only some very minor issues; crack in the master bath sink, batteries missing from one of the tv remotes and no toilet brush. None of which affected our stay dramatically!

The accomodation itself was modern and clean with an added bonus of the most amazing view of the city from the rooftop. The location was perfect, with lots of parking on the street. It was in a nice quite neighbourhood only 5mins out of the CBD. The best feature for me were the beds! The sheets were so soft and luxurious, plenty of towels were provided. Communication with Richard was fantastic, he was fast to respond to my queries and was more then accommodating to any of our needs. Thank you so much for an incredible stay. Highly recommend:) Nothing

Open Rooftop, 4 levels of living spaces is uniquely mindblowing. Availability of 4P free parking. The view. The cleanliness. Friendliness of the host. Walking distance to the train station, Woolworths. Nothing. It is so perfect, so convenient.

• Suzanne (10/5): Perfect location, immaculately clean, very comfortable! - Immaculately clean with all the small things thought of, like hand soap at the kitchen sink, more than enough toilet rolls, and even a carton of milk in the fridge. Beds are very comfy, showers good, and the townhouse is attractive with quality fittings such as heating/cooling. Host is very responsive and friendly. The area is quiet yet a short (for us) walk from the city, Victoria Markets and restaurants. Loved it. Nothing but there are a lot of stairs for people with mobility issues - just something to take into account if you have those.
