Gaby (10/5): Excelente lugar, amplio, cálido y muy confortable. - Es un lugar hermoso, lo recomiendo ampliamente. Lleno de paz, vegetación y por si fuera poco pet friendly. Las recámaras son super amplias, y nos dieron un desayuno en la terraza del mismo cuarto, fue espectacular. Muy consentidos. tal vez su único incoveniente es que queda lejos del centro, pero en transporte llegas en menos de 20min.

Madrigal (4/5): Deja mucho que desear. - El hotel es bonito, una casa colonial bien arreglada. Tiene estacionamiento Nos atendieron bien en la llegada pero luego ya no hubo quién nos atendiera. La iluminación del cuarto es muy deficiente, no se ilumina bien el cuarto y el baño lo mismo, está en penumbra. No cuenta con agua caliente, es el colmo que un hotel que se paga tanto por un cuarto y que dice ser Boutique no cuente con agua caliente para bañarse. Tuvimos que reportarlo y estaban poniendo el tanque de gas, ya después de que nos habíamos tenido que bañar con agua fría. También hubo un momento en que nos quedamos sin agua. No hay personal que pueda atendernos, tuvimos que salir a buscar quién podría atendernos. La persona que estaba poniendo el tanque expresó que no era su problema y que no habían puesto el gas con anterioridad. Junto a la habitación hay un salón de clases y llegaron personas por la mañana haciendo ruido en la terraza de la habitación, no hay privacidad.

Raquel (6/5): Decepcionados, pero pueden mejorar :-) - El personal con el que interactuamos muy amable, detallista y resolutivo. La cama muy cómoda. La casa es preciosa, la habitación acogedora y limpia. Han mantenido la esencia familiar del lugar. El jardín precioso y muy buen cuidado. El hotel no está en el centro pero se accede bien a él. Restaurantes y supermercados en zona. La organización y gestión. El acceso al hotel por la noche complicado, nos encontramos la casa cerrada y sin nadie que nos abriera desde dentro, el teléfono que nos habían dado era erróneo. El desayuno rico, pero muy básico. Muy caro para ser México (aunque entiendo que suba por el día de muertos) y para lo que se obtiene a cambio, no está a un nivel de 4 estrellas como se publicita: te crea unas expectativas que no se cumplen, está sobrecotizado. No tiene cocina en uso, una pena porque es preciosa.
Yazz Vargas (6/5): Decepcionante el hotel boutique, que es todo menos boutique! - Don Mario es el que realmente da la cara a los huéspedes y su recamarista Veronica muy atenta. Muy lejos de ser un hotel boutique…no se como les avalan o autorizan tener este adjetivo de hotel boutique…porque esto genera una expectativa que lejanamente se cumple. Estuvimos una estancia de 3 noches, donde dos dias estuvimos sin agua por la noche, ni para lavarse los dientes e ir al baño, disculpándose el personal de limpieza por eso, en vez de dar la cara la persona responsable de la administración del hotel. El baño oliendo a drenaje todo el tiempo, súper desagradable! No esta fumigado o bien fumigado, polilla en los muebles, hormigas grandes, de verdad que las condicionan del hotel en sí y sus habitaciones, deja mucho que desear. Para quienes realmente están acostumbrados a hoteles boutique, esta no es la opción!!

ambarscz (5/5): - Tiene problemas con el agua, si te estás bañando, de repente deja de salir, de repente sale de golpe, no puedes darte un buen baño a gusto. En la mañana se escuchaba mucho ruido de afuera (nuestra suite estuvo cerca de la recepción), lo cuál nos despertó antes. Además pagamos un arreglo de $39 dólares, y lo único que hicieron fue poner pétalos de flores en el piso y la cama, $39 dólares por pétalos nada más. Mi esposo preguntó en la recepción que si era el arreglo, y desinteresadamente le contestaron que pregunte a la encargada del día siguiente, no hubo atención de parte del hotel en brindar información/solución.

Maria Del Consuelo (7/5): Separar espacios - En general el lugar es muy lndo y comfortable. Los jardines hermosos y la habitación con mucho espacio. La terraza muy linda. Que los espacios no estén delimitados ya que durante el día está abierto al público como cafetería y taller de pintura. La música y el movimiento de gente fuera de la habitación, se pierde un poco la privacidad.

Ricardo Adrian (10/5): Excelente lugar para nuestra estancia en Morelia - El lugar esta excelente y el personal es muy amable y atento, hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera increible. El desayuno incluye lo esencial para iniciar el día, la habitación es muy cómoda. La casa realiza eventos temprano por las mañanas y el ruido de las personas y la musica entraba en nuestra habitación, ojalá pudieran mejorar eso.
Hernandez (1/5): Cucarachas y Agua Fría!!! - Su estructura rústica, su desayuno y la cama Encontramos 2 cucarachas de 3 cms, una en el baño, otra de la regadera, la cual nunca emitió agua caliente y no había crema corporal. La chica de recepción mintió que el calentador estaba encendido pero el. agua caliente nunca funcionó. Le pedí que fuera a verificarlo y se negó. Le pregunté sobre las cucarachas y dijo que seguirán saliendo porque recién habían fumigado. Solicité la cancelación, cobraron la noche que nos quedamos y cancelaron muy bien de inmediato las otras dos que tenía reservadas. Tal cual así fue esta penosa experiencia en este Hotel.
